The purpose of this study was to understand meaning of a meal among Nursing home elderly and staff. The meaning of a mean was explained to participants through observation and in-depth interviews based on Ethnomethodologic method. The meaning of a meal expressed by the Elderly was applied as personal philosophy on diversity and Caregiver also had become a management work on convenient logic. Elderly has been recognized has as hope of health recovery in important elements such as the air life indispensable to life. In contrast, Caregiver was following their will to live formally without any sense of the meaning of life. they are just extending their life. Meaning of Nursing-home elderly was lighthearted. They eat salt with snack to have massive power and escape from the daily life. However, Caregivers have other control measure. From the above result, In the standard operation of the meal, the manual of the laws of the instructions regarding long-term care insurance for the Aged, must reflect the elderly continued proposed the need to have diversity for the education about understanding and acceptance of the elderly.

This study is focused on the relation in the motive and the evaluation for the job in a special private security field. The supplement of the outstanding human resources is one of most important matter to improve the private security industry. For it the applicant's motive and evaluation of whose quality should be screened to recruit proper and oustanding human resources into the industry. For the study the follow elements would be considered. First, What is the real motive to apply the job and how prospect on the job the applicant will be taken. Second, what is different point of view to the job between male and female. Third, what relationship is in achieving the job performance between the temporary motive and the planed motive. Forth, what effects are on the job satisfaction and the planed motive for the job. With the above elements the survey was taken based on each sex for the study and the results are out as below. a) Male is in higher than female in taking with unplaned job motive and for job satisfaction is much higher in 1-20 age range. b) In general, the expectation on the job is much higher than the current job status, the male are in the expextation on the job and the female are in the the current job status. c) The job satisfaction is on positive effect to the planed taken job but the unplaned taken job is on negative. From the Research the most concerning element on the recruiting new employee is applicant's positive attitude on the job he/she will be taken.

As people increasingly play online games, numerous new features have been proposed to increase players' log-on time at online gaming sites. However, few studies have investigated why people continue to play certain online games. This research would verify that enjoyment experience could be explained by the conceptual framework. In the first, this study results indicate that customers would show a higher level of loyalty if they had an optimal experience with the games. The state of flow was felt when players were aware of opportunities for personal interaction and social interaction. The personal interaction could be motivated either to achieve the high cognitive performance or by providing the equity of distribution of the objective performance in order to examine players' cognitive performance; the social interaction can be motivated either to enhance a high level of self-esteem of player or to achieve the positive reputation in order to evaluate their self-esteem. This finding can answer the questions of what enjoyment experience is and why players are repeatedly playing specific online games.

The purpose of this paper is that investigates a model of burnout and coping strategy employees in out-bound travel agency. So, we investigated the relationship between burnout variables(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduces personal accomplishment) and employee's job satisfaction, intentions to resign. And we suggest that coping strategies will control the relationship between burnout and job attitude. We used social support, self esteem, and leisure involvement as a coping method. Data obtained from survey of frontline employees working in the several outbound travel agencies in Seoul, Korea. In the result, it has strong relationships between burnout and job-relative components. Perceived burnout phenomenon has negatively effect on job satisfaction and positively effect on resign intention. Coping variables controled in the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. In the practical implications, managers can take an action as like a social support to reduce employee's burnout. And employee has activity hobby for reducing the burnout.

Advancement of technique in the $21^{st}$ century has enabled us to combine designs through diversification of materials and academic liaison, which has brought about alteration of variety of desires in our lives. Consequently, visual concern along with harmony of functional roles allows development of design that matches one's own Individuality, in which case is becoming the subject of interest. Currently, designs are being developed using various materials. This trend respects personal sensitivity and taste and thus becoming diversified. As a result of elevated standard of living, health and individuality are becoming highly concerned and accordingly, fragrance is being developed in various forms to match personal taste and character, such as one's own memory and sensitivity. Hence, I am to propose a conjugation plan about men's adornments that deviates from women's secondary design and expresses only men's character and sensitivity. First, I will engraft porosity metal with adornments and use materials that has aroma and direction of way of wearing it. Then, I will engraft visual design with the olfactory sensation to apply to ornaments, using mechanical traits and materials with aesthetic elements, which will meet the customers' sensuous demand

The purpose of this study is to explore problems within bibliotherapy research of the 15 thesis papers aimed at improving self esteem, and then to explore development plan. In the current study on bibliotherapy, the problems with bibliotherapy are presented in five aspects. First, there is a lack of professionalism and role of counselor who plays the most important role in bibliotherapy. Second, the situation of the internalizer as an internalizer of bibliotherapy was not reflected in the bibliotherapy program. Third, the lack of diversity in the bibliotherapy program does not keep the reader's interest in bibliotherapy. Fourth, bibliotherapy reading material is limited to text material, which lacks the use of various media. Fifth, there is insufficient validity for the test paper that measures the effectiveness of the reader's bibliotherapy in terms of research methods. Several development plan are proposed based on the factors that affect bibliotherapy. First, it is necessary to develop and train teaching materials to secure expertise of bibliotherapy counselors. Second, it is necessary to develop data on the various media on suitable for bibliotherapy material. Third, it is necessary to review the test paper that can accurately measure the effectiveness of bibliotherapy.

The self-segmentation of Seoin(西人) School and the appearance of Soron(少論) School in the 17th century Joseon society has an important meaning in the political history. Soron School(少論學派) had quite different line in their thought and public position from the Noron(老論) School represented by Song Shi-yeol. With such thought and position, Soron School added a vitality to the barren climate of Joseon intellectual society and soon became an important school of it. Especially, the senior leaders of early Soron School shared the culture of discussion and dialogue which was represented by the phrase, "the forest of debate and the hill of argument". Accordingly, Soron School could form an unique academic tradition which was different from other schools. For instance, Park Se-dang(朴世堂), Nam Gu-man(南九萬), Yoon Jeung(尹拯) and Park Se-chae(朴世采) had relatively flexible Conception of Heresy; which was in the same context with the academic position of Soron School that allowed diverse approaches to truth each as the path of justice. Furthermore, the leaders of Soron School continued dialogue and discussion on the wide range of current issues. They deeply sympathized with the Tangpyeong-ron(蕩平論), which was to appoint important government positions equally from multiple schools. They thought that the Tangpyeong-ron(蕩平論) was to avoid the harmful influence of conflicts between schools, the Bungdang(朋黨), and tried to tune and compromise the different opinions of different schools. In fact, the "Hwanggeuk Tangpyeong-ron" (皇極蕩平論) submitted by Park Se-chae was the summarization of the discussions shared by the Soron School leaders. Consequently, the seniors of Soron School practiced their philosophy that "the true academic practice is the communication" by keeping the dialogue with other schools while respecting the difference of each other, rather than staying comfortably in the closed academic fence of uniformity. Such communicative academic practice adopting discussion and dialogue had been succeeded to the second generation of Soron School and it remained as an unique academic tradition of Soron School.

The powerful association between poverty and mental health has been recognized for many decades in the Western Countries. Despite growing poverty studies, there has been little attention to the association between poverty and mental health in Korea. In this article we examine the effects of the mental health on the poverty status transition. In this study we draw on nationally representative data from the The Korean Welfare Panel Study, to estimate the effects of depression and self-respects on the poverty status transition. Major findings are as follows. First, we find that there are mental health disparities between poor and non-poor classes. The mental health conditions of the poor are worse than the non-poor. Second, we find the strong correlations between the mental health and poverty status transition. Whether poor family exits poverty or not depends on the household head's mental health. Third, poverty experiences are different depending on the mental health conditions. To the mental ill-health family, the probabilities of poverty-exit are much lower and poverty duration is more long. Fourth, we find that family poverty status transitions are very significantly related with household head's mental health from the logistic model analysis. These findings suggest that there is a strong relationship between poor mental health and the experience of poverty in Korea. They also suggest that intervention programs to enhance the mental health of the poor are needed in order to reduce the poverty problem in Korea.

온라인 커뮤니티는 사용자들의 상호작용을 기반으로 생성된 컨텐츠(member-generated content)를 그 핵심가치로 제시하고 있으며, 이용자들은 소통의 장으로써 온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 정보획득, 교육자료 공유 등 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 최근 2년 페이스북과 카카오스토리, 밴드 등과 같은 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 이용자 수가 감소한 반면, 온라인 커뮤니티만 상승세를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여자고등학생들을 대상으로 고등학생들의 온라인커뮤니티 이용 실태와 이용하는 의도를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 정보품질, 커뮤니티 정보의 신뢰성, 학습 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 자아존중감 혜택, 쾌락적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 지속사용의도와 관련된 설문을 실시하였다.
