System Implementation for Fair Automatic Heating Operation Based on Spatial Distributing and Zonal Calorie Measuring (공간분활 및 영역열량측정에 의한 공평 자동난방운영시스템 구현)

  • This paper describes the system implementation of the heating operation based on spatial distributing and zonal calorie measuring and analyzing of houses to calculate the fair amount of the heating meterage automatically. The heating space is distributed into 4 zones, which the flow rate and calories are checked by one meter respectively. The system is composed of a heating sources, adjuster of thermostat, valve controller, PC converter and total monitering. The returning temperature in the spatial zones is measured for the heating calorie to calculate the zonal calories according to the rooms temperature. The proposed system results in error by 1% or less in comparing with the dedicated experimental equipment, and reduces energy cost by 7% from conventional system. The fair checking system will be enhanced with building energy management system in the future.

Design of Heating Supply System for Facility House using Industrial Chimney Waste Heat (산업용 굴뚝 폐열을 활용한 시설하우스 난방 공급 시스템 설계)

  • A large amount of fuel is required for heating the agricultural facility house, and many farmhouses are experiencing the burden of heating costs due to the recent increase in fuel prices. This paper proposes a supply system that supports heating of agricultural facility houses located nearby by utilizing industrial chimney waste heat, and analyzes the application and effect of a heating cost reduction model. The system was designed based on the chimney waste heat system, and the facility house heating cost reduction model was applied and effect analysis was performed based on the proposed model. It was confirmed that the high-temperature waste heat from the chimney can be used to supply heating to facility houses in nearby farms. If heating is supplied to large-scale facility houses near industrial complexes, it is expected to contribute to improve productivity and competitiveness of domestic farms.

  • IT 기술분야에서 IOT(Internet of Things) 는 현재 주목받는 기술 중 하나로서 여려 IT 분야에서 연구활동이 이루어지고 있는 추세이며 이로 인해 IT 기기 뿐만 아니라 일반 기기들과도 연결이 되어 빠른 시일 내에 사물인터넷 시대가 여릴 것으로 예측되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 추세에 맞추어 스마트 홈네트워크 시스템에서는 가정내의 난방시스템에 대한 모니터링 및 자동온도측정 센서를 활용하여 적정온도 혹은 사용자의 활동 여부 등을 파악하여 설정된 온도보다 낮거나 높을 시에 자동으로 실내온도를 변경하고 나아가 원하는 가정내의 일부 부분만을 난방 할 수 있도록 자동화하는 방법에 대한 시스템 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

  • The goal of this study is to measure and compare the performance of solar heat pump for room and hot water heating. To accomplish the goal, solar heat pump with alumium roll bond type evaporator and indoor heat exchanger(condenser) was built and fully instrumented with thermocouples and pressure transducers etc. The test results showed that the COP(coefficient of performance) of HFC-134a($CF_3CH_2F$) were higher than those of CFC-12($CF_2Cl_2$). One "stratospherically safe" new refrigerant is 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(HFC-134a), which is thermodynamically similar to CFC-12 and considered to be a potential direct replacement for CFC-12 in air-conditioning and refrigeration applications. The solar heat pump system for room heating was designed to show the best efficiency that the room temperature make $18{\sim}20^{\circ}C$ and $23{\sim}25^{\circ}C$ in the southern part of South Korea during November, December, and January.

  • A district heating system produces thermal energy and supplies it to a large region. District heating systems can provide higher efficiencies and better pollution control than localized boilers. The heat generated by a district heating system is distributed to the customer via a network of insulated pipes. For the optimal operation of a district heating system, it is important to predict the distributions of pressure, flow rate and temperature of heating fluid within the network of pipes at various operating conditions. In this work, a mathematical modeling was performed to predict the dynamic hydraulic-thermal behaviors of heating fluid in the network of pipes for a district heating system. The mathematical model accounts for the conservations of mass, momentum and energy. In order to verify the validity of modeling, the modeling results were compared with the monitoring data of Gang-nam Branch of District Heating.

  • 잠열축열 그린하우스 난방 시스템의 난방특성을 분석하기 위하여 이에 대한 열평형 이론을 정립하고 수치해석에 의하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하고자 잠열축열 그린하우스 난방 시스템의 열저항 회로망을 구성하였다. 그리고 그린하우스의 피복재, 내부 공기, 토양표면, 잠열 축열재와의 열평형 방정식을 구성하였으며, Newton-Raphson반복법을 이용하여 수치해석을 하였고, 실험 분석을 통하여 수치해의 타당성을 검증하였다. 시뮬레이션 모델을 위하여 C언어를 사용하였으며, 겨울철 (11월-2월)의 기후 조건이 유사한 여러 날을 선정하여 온도, 태양강도, 상대습도, 토양 수분함량 등을 자료로 하여 모델링을 하였다. 여기에 사용된 토양 조건은 사양토로 건조한 상태를 유지하였다. 이상과 같은 분석에 의하여 그린하우스내 경시적 공기온도 변화와 열전달 현상의 실험치와 이론분석 결과가 잘 일치하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

A study on the temperature of District Heating System related to Energy Consumption of Combined Heat & Power (지역난방 공급온도의 변화가 열병합발전 에너지소비량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 지역난방용 열병합발전시스템의 열에너지 이용을 최대화하므로 1차에너지의 소비량을 감소시키는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이를 위한 한가지 방안으로 열추종 운전범위내에서 온도에 따른 지역난방 운전방법을 분석검토하였다. 운전가능한 지역난방 공급 및 회수온도에 따른 지역난방 운전방법을 분석검토하기 위하여 수치해석 프로그램 CHPSIM을 사용하여 열병합발전시스템의 열적상태와 열추가소비량을 계산하였다. 지역난방의 온도수준을 120/$65^{\circ}C$에서 95/4$0^{\circ}C$로 저하시킴으로서 년간 열추가 소비량을 24.7% 감소시킬 수 있으며, 90/4$0^{\circ}C$로 저하시키면 29.6%의 절약이 가능하다.

  • The present study has carried out thermal performance evaluation of air systems for space heating in Daejeon by the f-chart method. The various effects with the change in air flow rate, number of glazings, storage capacity of pebble bed, and coating materials of absorber plate are analyzed with regard to the effectiveness of air systems for space heating. A comparison is also made with liquid systems under the same operating conditions.

Experimental study on heating performance characteristics of electric heat pump system using stack coolant in a fuel cell electric vehicle (연료전지 스택 폐열 활용 전동식 히트펌프 시스템 난방 성능 특성 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate heating performance characteristics of electric heat pump system in a fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV). In order to analyze heating performance characteristics of electric heat pump system with plate-type heat exchanger using stack coolant to evaporate the refrigerant, R-134a, each component was installed and tested under various operating conditions, such as air inlet temperature of inner condenser and compressor speed. When the air inlet temperature of inner condenser was varied from $0.0^{\circ}C$ to $-20.0^{\circ}C$, heating capacity was not quite different due to similar temperature gap between inlet and outlet of inner condenser with electric-driven expansion valve (EEV). However, COP increased until certain EEV opening, especially under 45.0%, because of decreasing power consumption. According to the compressor speed variation from 2,000 to 4,000 RPM, heating capacity and COP were found to have opposite trend. In the future works, stack coolant conditions as the heat source for tested heat pump system were analyzed with respect to heating performance, such as heating capacity and COP.
