  • In this paper, the implementation of a virtual Plant simulator for the PLC programming is presented. A virtual plant simulator that replaces function of transducers (e.g. pumps and valves) consists of a personal computer and a PLC(Programmable logic controller). Input/output conponents are edited on the monitor and are operated as the field transducers. The timing process for input/output components is analyzed. The data flow between a PLC system and a virtual plant simulator is carried out.

  • 뇌파 수집과 분석을 위한 상용 장비인 모바일 헤드셋 Emotiv를 이용한 BCI 연구가 있었다. 특히 Emotiv에서 제공되는 학습기능을 사용한 사례들에서 다양한 패턴을 학습한 경우는 인식률이 떨어지고 학습하는데 많은 시간이 소비된다. 본 논문에서는 Emotiv의 학습기능을 한 가지만 사용해서 인식률을 높이고 자이로센서를 이용하여 로봇을 4가지 방향으로 제어해서 원하는 경로로 이동가능 한 기능을 구현했다. 구현한 결과는 평균 85.67%를 보여 성공적이었다.

  • This paper showed the convergence rate and the performance of interference cancellation using Applebaum and DMI algorithms in adaptive sidelobe canceller. Applebaum algorithm is used widely due to simplicity but it has a slow convergence rate and the problem of eigenvalue spread. DMI algorithm converges rapidly but has computational load and hardware complexity. We compared the performance and complexity using Applebaum and DMI algorithms in Adaptive SLC that requires rapid convergence rate and the performance and conclude that DMI algorithm is more efficient for adaptive SLC.

  • 아조벤젠 고분자는 가역적 광이성화 과정에 의한 광유도 복굴절을 일으키는 물질로 광정보저장용 및 광소자용 매질로서 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 일반적으로 아조벤젠 고분자는 rod-like 형태의 안정한 trans 상과 banana-like 형태의 준 안정한 cis 상의 이성체가 존재하고 이 두 이성체는 광에 의해 여기 되어 서로 다른 이성체로의 이성화가 일어나는데, 특히 막대 모양의 trans 상의 분자가 여기 시키는 광의 편광 방향에 수직으로 정렬하면서 복굴절이 유도되며 cis 상의 분자는 복굴절의 유도와 무관하다고 알려져 있다.   • This paper describes the effect of advice information for arriving aircraft landing order on the air traffic controller's work efficiency. The air traffic control simulator used in the experiment was modeled on the basis of the aircraft parameters from BADA, gamma-command model and the 4-dimensional trajectory using the Bezier curve. The simulation results show that advice information was helpful for the performance of the work for users who did not have the air traffic control training. On the other hand, in case of users who have experience in air traffic control training, the work efficiency was lowered when the advisory information that does not reflect the user's intention is provided. Therefore, it can be seen that the effect of improving the work efficiency through advice information can be limited depending on the skill level of the air traffic controllers and the complexity of the air traffic situation.

  • In this paper, we study the performance of eigencanceller which use a eigenvector and eigenvalue in order to update a weighter vector. Eigencanceller can suppress directional interferences and noise effectively while maintaining specified beam pattern constraints. The constraints and optimal weight vector of eigencanceller vary by using interference and noise or desired signal, interference signal and noise as array input signal. From the analysis results in the steady state, We show that weight vectors in each case are simplified the form of projection equation that belongs to desired subspace orthogonal to interference subspace and eigencanceller has the better performance than RLS method through mathematical analysis and simulation.

  • Objectives: This study aims to provide data that will improve the scope of national health insurance coverage by surveying the awareness of health insurance benefits, specifically for implants and dentures, among dental workers. Methods: Information was collected through questionnaires completed by 194 dental workers at dental hospitals and clinics. The multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to confirm influential factors in recognizing the health insurance benefits application for dentures and implants. Results: Regarding the awareness about the validity of health insurance benefits, satisfaction with the appropriateness on the subjects of the denture application and implant application are appeared to be high with each 3.369 and 3.673. Regarding satisfaction with the appropriateness of free post-maintenance for implants, the awareness level regarding the validity of health insurance benefits was indicated as high at 3.673. Conclusions: The categories and levels of appropriate insurance benefits must be restructured continuously.

  • 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 분야인 가상현실을 헬스 엔터테인먼트 서비스에 응용하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 스마트폰에 내장된 GPS와 GYRO센서를 활용하여 로잉머신의 동작 상태를 이중 데이터로 측정하고, 분석한 값을 활용해서 Unity를 사용하여 AR 어플리케이션을 설계, 구현하였다. 어플리케이션을 AR 글라스를 통해 실행한 결과, 생동감 넘치는 운동 환경을 사용자에게 제공한다. 그러나 사용자의 시각적 부담 과다로 인하여 로잉머신 운동효과 경험에 부분적 장애를 유발할 수 있어 2차적 개선으로 VR 콘텐츠로 전환을 적용하여 안전한 운동효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 VR 콘텐츠 개선기술을 적용하면 사용자 안전에 우선하는 헬스 엔터테인먼트 시장의 활성화가 기대된다.

Recognition of dental hygiene students about the advanced dental hygienist system for the elderly and people with disabilities (노인, 장애인 전문치과위생사제도에 관한 전공 학생들의 인식 조사)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the awareness of students majoring in dental hygiene regarding the advanced dental hygiene system for the elderly and people with disabilities. Methods: From September 25 to October 20, 2023, an online survey was conducted with junior and senior students in 27 universities, including eight in the Seoul area, seven in the Chungcheong area, eight in the Yeongnam area, and four in the Honam area. Data analysis methods included frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Results: After graduation, 72.9% of students were willing to work as advanced dental hygienists for the elderly and people with disabilities, and had greater recognition of the system (p=0.042), role (p<0.001), and expected effect (p=0.027) of an advanced dental hygienist than students who were not willing to work in this capacity. Conclusions: It is necessary to introduce a system that recognizes advanced dental hygienists for their expertise in oral hygiene management for the elderly and people with disabilities.
