The hypothesis had a significant impact on brand recognition, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, but did not have significant impact on the brand image. 3st, the brand equity will have a positive effect on the benefit of the benevolent. The hypothesis had a significant impact on brand recognition, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, but did not have significant impact on the brand image. 4st, The theory that the influence of positive(+) will affect the company's reputation has a significant impact on both ethical and philanthropic factors. 5st. The ethical responsibility was found to have no effect on the usefulness of the brand between brand assets and corporate reputation. 6st. The philanthropic responsibility was partly attributable to the fact that there was a substitution between brand equity and corporate reputation. In sum, the company needs to prioritize its brand recognition before establishing its reputation, and the reason why it should be implemented is that the other elements of the brand equity should be evaluated with the presence of other elements of the brand equity, thereby ensuring continued compliance with continuous CSR activities. As a result, consumers expect to see the performance-based role of the company as a strategic and long-term perspective, as consumers want to see the CSR activity and the corporate reputation in a long-term manner, as opposed to the financial responsibility and legal responsibilities of the past, as opposed to the past.

  • This study explored the relationship between users' integrated estimates (motivation, activity, & performance) of telecommunication companies' CSR & service qualities and their preference and intention to subscribe telecommunication services. The data were collected from 637 college students for understanding the relationship among variables in KT and SKT. The result indicates that social benefit motivation, legal/moral activity, and social performance of the integrated CSR estimates affected their preference. The estimate of philanthropic activity, however, was not significantly affected on preference. On intention to take telecommunication services toward KT and SKT, the estimate of social performance was only a significant variable in KT and legal/moral activity and social performance were statistically significant in SKT. Generally, the estimate of service quality was the most affective factor toward telecommunication preference and intention to subscribe its services.

  • As environmental impacts on business management rapidly rise, the importance of resilience has been emphasized ever. Resilience can be defined as the capability to quickly return to daily operational levels after external shocks. Thus, we suggest and empirically verify a conceptual model using enterprise-level resilience in knowledge management. Based on previous studies, sub-components of resilience have been distinguished into R4(i.e., Robustness, Redundancy, Resourcefulness, and Rapidity) and the internal and external knowledge management activities of companies have been identified as prior factors. Considering resilience as mediating variables, firms' knowledge management activities are assumed to affect a firms' performance. We collected data with the structured survey which had been developed from the stepwise approach to verify the structural model that leads to knowledge management activities, resilience, and performance. In further research, we request exploratory research on independent variables that can increase the firms' resilience and on dependent variables that would be influenced by the enterprise-level resilience.
