  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of job stress of hair designers on flourishing, and to verify whether work engagement and career commitment have dual mediating effects. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 177 hair designers of various positions who are engaged in domestic B brand, and the relationships of variables was verified using statistical package SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Process Macro v. 3.3. The research model of dual mediating effect was demonstrated. First, it was confirmed that the job stress of the hair designer had a negative effect on the flourishing through the simple regression analysis. Second, job stress had a negative indirect effect on flourishing showing the dual mediating effect of work engagement and career commitment, and the direct effect of job stress of hair designers on flourishing turned out to be insignificant confirming a complete double mediating effect. These results means, job stress reduces successively job engagement, career commitment and finally harms the well-being of hair designer.

  • Recently, global warming and drastic climate change are the greatest threat to the world. The climate change can affect plant productivity by reducing plant adaptation to diverse environments including frequent high temperature; worsen drought condition and increased pathogen transmission and infection. Plants have to survive in this condition with a variety of biotic (pathogen/pest attack) and abiotic stress (salt, high/low temperature, drought). Plants can interact with beneficial microbes including plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, which help plant mitigate biotic and abiotic stress. This overview presents that rhizobacteria plays an important role in induced systemic resistance (ISR) to biotic stress or induced systemic tolerance (IST) to abiotic stress condition; bacterial determinants related to ISR and/or IST. In addition, we describe effects of rhizobacteria on defense/tolerance related signal pathway in plants. We also review recent information including plant resistance or tolerance against multiple stresses ($biotic{\times}abiotic$). We desire that this review contribute to expand understanding and knowledge on the microbial application in a constantly varying agroecosystem, and suggest beneficial microbes as one of alternative environment-friendly application to alleviate multiple stresses.

  • With diffusion of Smart Work, a problem has been raised that Smart Work makes the boundary between work and nonwork blur, and may cause technostress. In order to find out whether Smart work copes with techno-invasion stress in work domain, we need to understand the precedence factors influencing on job satisfaction and the role of boundary management strategy which Smart Workers actively choose. This paper developed a research model containing a causal relationship among four factors, nonwork-to-work interference, job autonomy, job commitment, and job satisfaction, and the moderation effect of boundary management strategy. The findings show that overall hypotheses were accepted based on the pooled data, but three hypotheses test on job satisfaction by boundary management strategy type differed. These results suggest that in accordance with the boundary management strategy of Smart Work users, different change management need to be prepared.

  • As the importance of human-computer interaction (Human Computer Interface) technology grows and research on HCI is progressing, it is inferred about the research emotion inference or the computer reaction according to the user's intention, not the computer reaction by the standard input of the user. Stress is an unavoidable result of modern human civilization, and it is a complex phenomenon, and depending on whether or not there is control, human activity ability can be seriously changed. In this paper, we propose an intelligent emotional recommendation system using music as a way to relieve stress after measuring heart rate variability (HRV) and acceleration photoplethymogram (APG) increased through stress as part of human-computer interaction. The differential evolution algorithm was used to extract reliable data by acquiring and recognizing the user's biometric information, that is, the stress index, and emotional inference was made through the semantic web based on the obtained stress index step by step. In addition, by searching and recommending a music list that matches the stress index and changes in emotion, an emotional recommendation system suitable for the user's biometric information was implemented as an application.
