This study investigates the effects of the degree of preparation engaged in the related industry, and the amount of financial support program on R&D performance of technology based startup companies. This study seeks to discover the core variables that impacts most on business performance. However, it should be noted that the validity of such variables and their impacts on business performance can be contentious. The study sets hypothetical variables as following. Intensity of preparation of the startup company, amount of preparation and amount of work experience in related industry are independent variable. The amount of financial support program was selected as a moderating mediating variable. According to the results, the intensity of preparation had a positive relationship with R&D performance, as opposed to work experience of the founder having a negative relationship on R&D performance. The amount of support program had no significant relationship with R&D performance. Furthermore, there are negative modified effect between the amount of support program and work experience. And, there is no relationship modified effect between support program and work experience. Existing policies tend to lean heavily toward young entrepreneurs through support and guidance. The government has placed great emphasis on policies that aim to promote and create jobs for young individuals. The results suggest that the government should review their policies toward young technological entrepreneurs and that these entrepreneurs should prepare thoroughly before launching any startups.

The rapid increase in smartphone ownership underscores the importance of service delivery in the mobile environment. Accordingly, the public sector is allocating budget and effort towards providing services through mobile applications. While some have recorded high download numbers, contributing to the proliferation of public services, issues such as low user engagement and budgetary concerns have simultaneously been raised. This study aims to analyze factors influencing the intention to use public apps with the theoretical foundation of the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) to enhance users' acceptance of public apps. Previous research has primarily focused on system characteristics, but this study constructs the model with a significant consideration for user characteristics. Additionally, through a comprehensive examination of publicness, which has been lacking in existing research, the study integrates this aspect into the model. Ultimately, this research provides insights into the factors influencing users' intention to use public apps and suggests approaches to enhance usage intention for the successful implementation of a Digital Platform Government.

The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students' perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, educational service quality, perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second, it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth, the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

As practicalization and commercialization of the technologies invented from the national R&D(Research & Development) project has been emerging as an important issue, the need for a tool for R&D project management has been increased. Technology Readiness Levels model(TRL) has currently been used for R&D project management because it provides distinctive definition of the nine levels in the progress of technology development starting from the basic research level to the utilization level. However, it is difficult to adopt the model for a large-scale national R&D project in which multiple research projects are involved simultaneously. In addition, TRL demands evaluation of research projects done by relevant experts and offers no specific measures determining the level of technology development. This study uses Delphi method to develop the measurement system helping to determine technology readiness levels for the technologies invented in a large scale national R&D project. The proposed model includes definition and measurement scles for each level in TRL.

While college students have great difficulties in preparing for their careers due to the long-term COVID-19 period and the 4th Industrial Revolution, research on positive psychological capital and self-determination factors for employment is insufficient. Based on this, this study aims to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital and career preparation behavior through self-determination factors for college students. This study conducted a questionnaire for 350 people from April 1 to April 10, 2022, and a total of 345 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding five questionnaires for omission of records. As a result of the study, first, among positive psychological capital, hope had a positive effect on self-determination, but self-efficacy had a positive effect only on competence, and optimism had a positive effect on relationship. have been shown to affect And resilience was found to have a positive effect on autonomy and relationship. Second, among the factors of self-determination, autonomy had a positive effect on both career preparation behavior, and the relationship was found to have a positive effect only on the conversation of career preparation behavior. Using the results of this study, it is expected that it can be used as basic data for the direction and policy for college students to prepare for employment.

Cryptocurrency, represented by Bitcoin, initially received little public attention, but recently raised global cryptocurrency investments with recognition of future value. The academic interest in cryptocurrency lies elsewhere. This is because the future value of cryptocurrency is likely to be highly applicable to the technology underlying cryptocurrency. The technology is the blockchain. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence logistics companies to adopt blockchain technology. Based on the TOE frame, this study presented expected profit, organizational readiness, technology compatibility, and competitive pressure as factors of adoption of blockchain technology. And the effects of these factors on the adoption intention of logistics companies were analyzed empirically. A survey was conducted on Korean logistics companies. Analysis of the collected data showed that expected profit, organizational readiness, technology compatibility, and competitive pressures influence the intention to adopt blockchain technology. Among them, however, expected profit and organizational readiness were found to have the greatest influence on adoption intention.

독일 HDW조선소의 Bonn 지사장으로 근무중인 Udo Ude씨는 209급 잠수함 해외수출 성공사례를 다음과 같이 분석하였다. -1970년 독일해군용 206급 계약시 잠수함을 해군에 인도하기 전까지의 모든 과정을 조선소가 직접 책임지고 수행토록 하는 General Contractor Principle(총괄계약자 원칙)에 의해 확보된 기술인력, 자재/장비 공급원 발굴, 축적된 장비간 연동과 체계통합 기술 및 경험 –대부분의 탑재 장비를 국내 방산업체로부터 조달할 수 있는 탄탄한 국내 기술력 –매 신규사업마다 성능향상을 위한 과제선정 및 계속적인 연구 –정부 소유 시험시설 및 장비 활용과 제반 기술관리에 있어서 민.관.군의 적극적이고 긴밀한 지원체제 구축 이러한 성공사례 분석에 독일 현지에서 느낀 필자의 경험소감을 추가하면 다음과 같다. –규정을 잘 지킬 뿐만 아니라 타인의 잘못을 즉시 일깨워 주는 준법정신 및 고발정신 -2-3년 후의 휴가계획까지 수립하여 준비할 정도의 처절한 사전계획 및 준비정신 –불결한 것과 게으름을 참지 못하는 청결성 및 근면성 –누구든지 원하면 경제적인 부담없이 평생동안 공부할 수 있는 교육제도 –게르만족이 우월하다는 내면적 자부심 –작은 일이라도 모여서 토의하고 결론을 도출하기 좋아하는 공동체 의식 –약속을 철저히 지키는 정직성 –과거의 사실이나 유물을 철저히 보존하는 역사의식 –모든 분야에서 철저하게 운용되는 Meister(장인)제도 등

Digital services improve existing ways of purchasing contracts. In this study, we empirically analyzed the effects of individual technology readiness (optimism, innovation, inconvenience, anxiety) on the acceptance intention of cloud computing technology for users with relatively high understanding of cloud service. Also, the effect of technology readiness on acceptance intention was verified by the mediating effect of digital conversion. As a result, optimism and innovation had a positive effect on digital conversion, and discomfort and anxiety had a negative effect on digital conversion. And although the partial mediating effect of digital conversion was verified in the relationship between optimism, anxiety and acceptance intention, it was verified that there was no mediating effect of digital conversion in the relationship between innovation, discomfort and acceptance intention. Through these results, the practical implications and future research directions of cloud services were presented to companies.
