Recently as the interesting in geospatial technology increases, various research and education in that regard is proceeding actively. This study developed 'GEospatial Education Platform Service' for development and extension of domestic geospatial technology. GEEPS's objective are efficient utilization and environment composition about geospatial technology in educational institution and research institute. GEEPS has developed to integrate with benefits of open source software and developed Korea Land Spatialization R&D Program. In addition, we surveyed and analysed GEEPS's monitoring to seek for utilization and development planning of GEEPS and we came up with activation and advancement planning.

Jeju City is one of the cities where decline of old city-center is appearing due to the reduction of residential and floating population. The decline of old city-center of Jeju City has been on the rise since the 1990s, and has been intensifying in the 2000s. Jeju City is currently activating specific policies to ensure activation and diversification of the local commercial area. In this paper, we propose a new method to increase the number of visitors to Jeju-Mokkwana by using Augmented Reality technology for activating commerce of old city-center. Various Augmented Reality contents based on smart-phone are implemented and operated in Jeju-Mokkwana. Also the survey is conducted to 574 visitors who have experienced online/offline promotion for analyzing effects. Survey results show that the proposed method can be effectively used to activate the old city-center by increasing the floating population.

우리 경제의 성장잠재력 저하에 대한 우려가 심화되는 상황에서 국민소득 2만불 시대 견인을 위해 2004년 수립한 IT 산업 발전전략이 IT839이다. 신성장동력 핵심기술 개발 등 IT839전략에 힘입어 세계 최초로 WiBro, DMB 기술개발과 국제표준화에 성공하는 등 IT분야 기술개발을 주도하여, 선진국과의 기술격차가 1년 이상 단축되었으며, 특히, 이동통신 DIV 분야는 미국, 일본 등 선진국 수준으로 경쟁력이 향상되는 성과를 보았다. 한편, 최근 IT를 둘러싸고 있는 환경은 IT를 기반으로한 융복합화 진전, 글로벌화 심화, 인터넷 확산과 웹의 진전이다. 2008년에는 이런 환경변화 속에서 IT산업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 전략을 수립.추진할 계획이다. 무선 융합환경에서 신시장 창출 및 선점, 고부가가치 IT산업의 집중 육성, IT중소기업, 핵심인력 양성 등 경쟁력 향상을 위한 기반 구축도 강화한다. IT R&D 정책은 기초 원천기술분야 R&D 투자비중을 확대하고, IT와 비IT융합 등 융합분야 기술개발 투자도 확대할 것이다. 혁신형 IT 중소기업 육성을 위해 민간 정책협력 네트워크인 IT전문협의회 운영을 개선하고, 중소기업의 원가절감을 위한 공통서비스 확대, 대 중소 기업의 상생협력을 제도화는 등 IT정책 인프라도 고도화한다. 또한, 반도체, 디스플레이 이후의 글로벌 주력품목군으로 IT SoC, u-센서, IT-BT-NT 융합분야 등 3대 핵심분야를 선정하여 집중 육성하고, 부품기업간 협업 활성화를 적극 유도할 것이다. 시장이 원하는 글로벌 수준의 인재양성을 목표로 공학교육인증 확산, IT 융합분야를 중심으로 대학의 R&D 지원도 강화하며, 전공역략을 갖춘 IT 전문인력, 석박사급 핵심 연구개발 인력, IT재직자 교육 등 시장이 원하는 맞춤형 인력양성도 병행 추진한다. 마지막으로 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 제고하고 신시장 창출을 위해 노력도 강화한다. 조선, 자동차 등 비 IT분야의 SW활용을 확산하기 위한 선도프로젝트를 추진하고, 틈새분야 중 세계적 시장점유율을 갖춘 중소기업 제품에 임베디드SW를 탑재하여 첨단기능을 구현하는 시범사업도 적극 추진할 계획이다.

Recent college education in the face of the Fourth Industrial Revolution highlights problem-solving skills or creativity over the passing of professional knowledge. In addition, the need for convergence education is growing further as high-tech information and communication technologies are converging to create innovative changes. In this study, after IT convergence education was conducted and after general convergence education was conducted, the difference in creative problem solving capabilities was compared and analyzed. The study found that students who received IT convergence education had higher creative problem solving capabilities than general convergence education, and showed a statistically significant difference. In order to foster creative problem-solving skills, universities will need to promote IT convergence education in various courses.

Recently, the image processing industry has been activated as deep learning-based technology is introduced in the image recognition and detection field. With the development of deep learning technology, learning model vulnerabilities for adversarial attacks continue to be reported. However, studies on countermeasures against poisoning attacks that inject malicious data during learning are insufficient. The conventional countermeasure against poisoning attacks has a limitation in that it is necessary to perform a separate detection and removal operation by examining the training data each time. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technique for reducing the attack success rate by applying modifications to the training data and inference data without a separate detection and removal process for the poison data. The One-shot kill poison attack, a clean label poison attack proposed in previous studies, was used as an attack model. The attack performance was confirmed by dividing it into a general attacker and an intelligent attacker according to the attacker's attack strategy. According to the experimental results, when the proposed defense mechanism is applied, the attack success rate can be reduced by up to 65% compared to the conventional method.

그 동안 M2M 시장은 각 분야에서 IT를 융합하다가 자연발생적으로 형성되기 시작하면서, 복잡한 Supply Chain과 Long-Tail적 사업 특성을 가져 크게 활성화되지는 못하였다. 하지만 최근 무선기술의 발달, 글로벌 시장의 성장, 비용의 하락으로 인해 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 이에 따라 M2M 시장에 대해 KT는 M2M 인프라 구축과 제공, M2M 시장 창출과 활성화, 정부의 M2M 관련 사업에 대한 적극적인 참여 등을 기본방향으로 하여 추진 중이다. 특히 시장 창출과 활성화를 위해 저가 범용의 M2M 모듈을 개발하고, 요금상품을 재구성하는 증 비용 절감과 함께 M2M 플랫폼을 직접 구축, 외부 사업자에 제공하여 진입장벽을 낮추며, Open Ecosystem을 통해 관련 사업주체 간에 상호 Win-Win할 수 있는 사업환경을 만들어 나가고 있다. 본 원고는 종합 통신 사업자로서의 KT가 공공의 이익과 기업의 영리를 함께 고려하면서 M2M 사업을 진행해나가는 내용을 다루고 있다.

Currently, ICT is widely used in caring for the elderly living alone and preventing the disappearance of the elderly with dementia. Therefore, in this study, based on the government policy direction for the 4th industrial revolution, the use of AI technology-based care services, which are gradually increasing in community care, was sought to explore the current status and prospects for utilization and activation.AI speakers and caring robots, services that can be used for community care, help solve various problems experienced by the elderly, and are also used to relieve lack of conversation or loneliness by adding emotional functions. In order to activate community care using AI technology in the future: First, there is a need for continuous education to familiarize the elderly with AI devices and 'user experience (UX) design' for the elderly. Second, it is necessary to use human-centered technology that has a complementary relationship and enables emotional mutual relationships rather than using function-oriented technology. Third, it is necessary to solve ethical problems such as guaranteeing the user's right to self-determination and protecting privacy.

In this paper, it predicts green technology in the future with "Co-word" which is patent analysis, "technology road-map, life cycle graph of patent activation and trend analysis. Analysis result shows that it would help environment preservation because development of ITS green technology makes carbon emission effectiveness and ITS green technology is especially expected to develop in fuel saving field. In addition, fuel saving field is predicted to be advance more practically technology field with convergence with IT.

디지털화로 기술과 세상변화의 속도가 갈수록 빠르다. 모든 사물과 사람이 하나로 연결된 초연결사회에서 이를 유기적 지능적 자율적으로 통제하는 'AtO(All to One, 합일제어)시스템'은 모든 사물인터넷(IoT) 플랫폼을 하나로 연결해 통제하는 기술이다. 지난 10년 동안 인터넷과 스마트폰이 세상을 어떻게 바꿔놓았는지, 앞으로 다가올 AtO세상을 창조적 인재육성으로 핵심 경쟁력과 글로벌 시장 활성화에 힘써야 할 것이다.

This research aims to examine the efficiency and effectiveness of the governmental policies promoting IPTV by verifying their influences on the adoption empirically. The government unveiled several policies including creating demands in public sectors, developing diverse public contents, subsidizing the production of converged contents, easing the regulations to promote IPTV industry. While a lot of previous literature has already proved that a system quality, a content quality, and a perceived price have influences on the adoption of IPTV, the effects of governmental policies are not well understood despite of their contributions to the adoption. Rather, most of existing research on governmental policies in the context of technology adoption have focused on regulatory frameworks. The results of the study show that governmental policies have influences on consumers' perceived system quality and content quality. It is also found that perceived system quality, content quality and perceived price have influences on adoption intention. This study can contribute to the field in a way that it proves the important roles of governmental policies in the diffusion of new technologies including IPTV.
