  • 다국적 제약회사에서 생산되는 제약화합물은 인간의 질병치료 뿐만 아니라 가축의 생산성을 향상시키는 물질으로도 활발하게 생산되는데 육우의 성장을 촉진하는 기능성 화합물들도 많이 있다. 북미에서 생산되는 소고기의 약 80%가 1번 이상의 성장촉진기술들이 활용되고 있다고 보고된다. 고기소로 생산되는 비육우에 적용되는 방법은 크게 피하 이식에 의해 혈류를 타고 성장을 촉진하는 17β-Estradiol과 합성 남성호르몬제인 Trenbolone acetate가 주로 활용되고, 비육후기 사료에 섞어서 급여하는 사료첨가제 형태인 β2-adrenergic agonist 같은 형태로 적용하게 된다. 근육을 성장하는 기술의 작용기전은 많은 선행연구에 의해 밝혀져 있는 반면 천연 알칼로이드 성분들의 기전은 밝혀진 것이 많지 않다. 한방제재들에서 많이 발견되는 알칼로이드 성분들은 생리활성 기능들을 가진 것으로 알려져 있지만, 생산, 수거, 가공, 추출 등의 공정에서 많은 비용이 발생하므로 비육우의 사료화 가능성은 아주 희박하다. 따라서 비용을 최소화 할 수 있는 후보재료를 검색중에 감자부산물을 확보하였고 기능성 물질의 추출과 사료첨가제 화 하여 비육우에 급여시험을 실시하였다. α-solanine과 α-chaconine은 감자의 잎, 과일 및 괴경에서 발견되는 글리코알칼로이드 화합물로, 쥐, 토끼, 닭과 같은 다양한 동물 모델에서 중독성을 가진 물질로 보고 되고 있다. 최근 연구에서는 비육우의 성능을 유도하는 데 사용되는 것으로 나타났다. 한우 송아지 3마리의 사태(Semimembranosus)와 등심(Longissimus Dorci)근육에서 추출된 근육위성 세포(BSC)에 다양한 수준의 α-solanine(control, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10μM)으로 처리해본 결과 근육관련 지표인 MHC2X과 β2-AR의 발현이 높게 나타난 것을 확인했다. 사료급여실험에서는 대조군에 비해 급여군의 등심단면적과 도체중이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 감자유래 농산부산물은 한우 비육우의 근육의 성장을 증가시키고, 그 작용기전은 β2-수용체에 작용하여 단백질 합성을 촉진시켜 근육을 축적시키는 것으로 확인하였다. 농산부산물을 이용한 기능성 사료개발은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 축산분야 탄소저감을 개선할 수 있는 기술로 축산의 업사이클링 기술로 활용 가능하다.

Coexistence Direction of AI and Webtoon Artist

  • This study aims to identify the competencies required for webtoon artists to survive in the future era of AI commercialization. It explores the current and future use of AI in webtoons, and predicts the role of artists in the future webtoon industry. The study finds that AI will replace human workers in some areas, but human empathy-related fields can be sustained. Artist roles like story projectors, Visual directors, and AI editors were identified as potential models for the changing role of artists. To address terminology ambiguity, a three-step AI categorization mechanical type AI, humanoid type AI, and transcendent type AI was proposed for a more realistic separation of AI capabilities. The researcher suggested these findings as guidelines for developing skills in emerging artists or re-skilling existing ones, emphasizing collaboration with AI for mutual growth rather than a negative acceptance of new technology.

  • For the success of the DMB market to meet consumers' demands for Ubiquitous Media and strengthen the nation's competitiveness, it's inevitable for us to activate DMB advertising as of main profit source for DMB Media, and to develop various types of DMB advertising which are linked to the profit model. So I'd like to look over the various types of DMB advertising which are suitable for DMB features as one of the efforts to activate DMB advertising. First of all, I've figured out what kinds of advertising are available for new media and which related technologies are required for DMB media. Through this research, I could find out what features of new media such as cable broadcasting, Internet and Mobile have become the source of developing various types of advertising and how to a great part to activate new media advertising markets by making the best use of their media features. This research also shows that DMB advertising has the high potential to be developed in various and effective types and kinds of advertising with its media feature and technological feature. This research observing DMB advertising cases showed that DMB advertising can be divided into 6 types such as forms, purposes, techniques, advertising positions, the use of LBS(Location Based Service), coupons and it could be developed into various kinds of DMB advertising dependent on each type. On the other hands, it would be great to have continual researches and follow-ups for various types of DMB advertising and the verification of the effectiveness for DMB advertising by performing potential DMB advertising.

  • Recently, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled products and services such as smartphones, smart speakers, chatbots are being released due to advances in AI technology. Thus researchers making effort to reveal that consumers' intention to adopt AI-enabled products. Yet, little is known about the intended adoption of AI-enabled products. Because most of studies has been not consideredthe perceived utility value of consumers for each attribute by classified based on the characteristics of AI-enabled products. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in importance between attributes that affect the intention to adopt of AI-enabled products. For this, first, identified and classified the attributes of AI-enabled products based on IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. Second, measured the utility value of each attribute on the adoption of AI-enabled products through conjoint analysis. And we employed construal level theory to see whether there are differences in the relative importance of AI-enabled products attributes depending on the temporal distance. Third, we segmented the market based on the utility value of each respondent through cluster analysis and tried to understand the characteristics and needs of consumers in each segment market. We expect to provide theoretical implications for conceptually structured attributes and factors of AI-enabled products and practical implications for how development efforts of AI-enabled products are needed to reach consumers need for each segment.

  • IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, the weak point of AOS jenre online game which occupies the majority of Korea game market of 2014 year is analyzed and to solve the problem, the enhanced design and implementation content is introduced. The proposed game is based on the custom AOS jenre format but has the TPS view and nontargeting format to enhance the action feel. To enhance the game quality, graphics, animation, effect and sound resources are organized. Game server is implemented by multithread of IOCP model to support many clients. The technical issue and design method of client and server are described.

A Study on the Planning Approaches for Newly Constructed Purchased Rental Housing Utilizing Volumetric Modular Construction (모듈러 공법을 활용한 신축매입임대주택 계획방안 연구)

  • This research explores the potential of purchased rental housing as a versatile solution for residential development. By focusing on smaller-scale construction compared to large residential complexes, purchased rental housing projects offer benefits such as shorter project durations and enhanced flexibility to accommodate residents' needs. This public-private collaboration extends to community planning, enabling tailored models beyond traditional rental housing frameworks. Currently, purchased rental housing, which is predominantly comprised of multi-unit house, multi-household house, and rowhouses, is in high demand and in short supply in metropolitan areas. Utilizing volumetric modular housing, considerations for module size and transportability are paramount, while advancements in construction methods, particularly prefabrication, offer efficiency and quality benefits. This study proposed three construction techniques to plan modular housing models and enhance construction and demolition efficiency: planning without columns in the middle of the unit, core production using volumetric modular construction methods, and industrialization of construction components alongside dry construction methods. Utilizing these methods, a new construction model for purchase lease housing was presented to address the need for new housing in the context of ageing housing renovation and demand fluctuations. The model comprises 16 units, with sizes ranging from 36 m2 to 54 m2, and can be applied on sites larger than 600 m2 with access to roads wider than 6 m. This promotes cluster-style development, which in turn increases construction efficiency in nearby plots.

A Study on the Factors Influencing Behavioral Intention Related to Beef Traceability and TAM (쇠고기이력추적제와 기술수용모델의 행동의도 영향요인)

  • This study investigates the causal relationships among the factors influencing behavioral intention related to beef traceability and TAM to make diet safer. To do this, this study conducted a survey targeting the customers who use the department stores, specialty shops and large supermarkets in Seoul. The result is as follows. First, the higher the information quality in beef traceability(t=3.872) and social impact (t=1.938) were, the higher the usability became significantly. Second, as the social impact of food traceability(t=2.014), information accessibility(t=2.016), perceived risk(t=1.910) became higher, the perceived usefulness was shown significantly higher. Third, as the usability(t=5.826) was perceived higher, the perceived usefulness became higher. Fourth, the higher the perceived usefulness(t=4.264), the higher the behavioral intention among the customers. Also, the lower the usability(t=-0.682), the lower the behavioral intention.

  • This is the comparative study about analyzing the methodologies of building ontology with IEEE Standard 1074-1997. The methodologies are chosen to be analyzed. They are OTK, CommanKADS, ONIONS and Noy & McGuinness's Ontology Development 101. On the basis of analyzing, the ontology development process is proposed after the strong points of four methodologies are accepted but the weak points of them are supplemented. The sixth development steps are following: 1) Conducting the feasibility study about ontology building as the pre-development process 2) Setting up the purpose of the ontology development as the starting point of the building 3) Considering the integration of the existing ontologies for the knowledge reuse 4) Constructing the ontology by defining the concepts and relations 5) Evaluating and testing the ontology for the completeness 6) Containing the ontology maintenance for the sustainable use.

  • As the information age enters, the use of biometrics using the body is gradually increasing because it is very important to accurately recognize and authenticate each individual's identity for information protection. Among them, finger vein authentication technology is receiving a lot of attention because it is difficult to forge and demodulate, so it has high security, high precision, and easy user acceptance. However, the accuracy may be degraded depending on the algorithm for identification or the surrounding light environment. In this paper, we designed and manufactured a side-type finger vein recognizer that is highly versatile among finger vein measuring devices, and authenticated using the deep learning model of DenseNet-201 for high accuracy and recognition rate. The performance of finger vein authentication technology according to the influence of the infrared light source used and the surrounding visible light was analyzed through simulation. The simulations used data from MMCBNU_6000 of Jeonbuk National University and finger vein images taken directly were used, and the performance were compared and analyzed using the EER.
