  • This paper investigates the effect of Team Member Exchange Quality (TMX) and technology management education on innovative behavior mediating effects of Empowerment. Innovation behavior is necessary for the continuous innovation of the organization. To that end, this paper investigates the relationship among TMX, technology management education, empowerment, and innovation behavior. Independent variables are TMX and technology management education; dependent variable is innovative behavior; and mediating variable is empowerment. The hypotheses of this paper are as follows. First, team members with a high quality of TMX will generate more innovation behavior. Second, innovation behavior will be created if team members receive a lot of technology innovation education. Third, empowerment will have a mediating effect on the relationship between TMX, technology innovation education and innovation behavior. To test these hypotheses, questionnaires were distributed and thoroughly analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression, and mediating effect analysis. Until now, there have been many previous studies investigating innovative behavior; however, this paper is still meaningful in that this study focused on the effects of TMX and Technology management education on innovative behavior mediating the effects of empowerment.

  • 충북지역의 C대학은 국립대 최초로 경영정보학과를 개설하여 20년 동안 관련 분야의 인재를 양성해 왔다. 하지만, 최근 학부제로 통합되어 운영되고, 기술기피 현상에 따른 전공 지원인력이 감소하고, 정보기술의 보편화로 경영정보의 정체성이 모호해지며, 국내외 경영교육 인증 실시로 인해 교과과정 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고, 지역 관련 업체에 진출하는 졸업생 수가 감소하게 되어 중장기적인 관점에서 학부과정 교과과정의 재검토를 실시하게 되었다. 관련 분야 실무종사자들을 대상으로 경영정보 분야의 지식수요를 파악하고, 재학생/졸업생 대상으로 교육서비스의 만족도를 분석하고, 국내외 전문가를 대상으로 자문을 받고, 경영교육 인증 관련 규정을 검토하는 등의 업무를 수행하여 교과과정 개편 기본방향을 설정하고, 교과과정과 교과운영방향을 제작하는 것을 목표로 작업을 수행하고 있다.

How to use Business Simulation Game for Business Education: Based on the Development Process and Business Education Method (경영 교육을 위한 경영 모의 게임의 활용 방안: 개발 과정 및 교육 방법을 중심으로)

  • Due to the fast development of information technology, a variety of edutainment software has been used in the field of business education. One of them is Business Simulation Game that the business game domain and the information technology is definitely associated. A lot of business simulation game have been developed and used for many courses of colleges and corporate training in USA and EU. However, education program based on business simulation game has not been activated in Korea. This paper introduce a business simulation game developed by joint effort of business professors and a software firm for last three years and suggest the method of business education using this business simulation game. First of all, the development process, architecture and procedure of business simulation game are summarized. From a perspective of business education, the effect and advantage of business simulation game, sample syllabus, course outlines, users, missions and evaluation method are also addressed.

  • This study suggests the direction of management theory education in business administration under the university-linked program of Korean work and study in parallel policy. As a social science, business education is essentially to cultivate people of talent capable of making the right decisions in the social phenomenon (business practices) rather than educate skills for solving a specific issue. At the same time, the parallel system is aimed at cultivating talented people who can work practically in the real field. Therefore, practical education and theoretical education should be linked organically, and the theoretical education should be layered. Also, management education should be guaranteed to be timely and cultivate fusion thinking. Based on this background, this study is expected to contribute to the upgrading of the parallel system and education level in the future by reviewing the curriculum of the business administration department of domestic universities.

  • 대학생의 대부분은 진로에 대한 명확한 목표가 설정되지 않거나 졸업 후 진로 미결정으로 인해 어려움을 느낀다. 대학 생활 중 진로의 선택과 결정, 결정을 위해 정보를 수집하고 탐색하는 활동들은 매우 중요하며 대학에서는 진로를 '창업' 으로 결정한 학생들을 위해 다양한 창업교육 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 창업교육은 양적 성장을 하였지만 실제 창업까지는 한계가 있다. 창업을 하기 위한 적극적 창업준비행동으로 이루어질 수 있는 창업교육의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 두 영향 관계에서 계획된 우연기술에 의한 기회인식의 매개적 효과를 조사·연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학에서 지원하는 창업교육의 참여 형태, 교육 만족도, 참여횟수 등 창업교육의 실태를 파악하고 창업을 하기 위한 정보수집활동과 도구구비활동 및 목표달성을 위한 적극적 노력 등 창업준비행동을 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 개인적 관점에서 '창업교육' 이라는 우연한 행동을 기회로 인식하고 창업준비에 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있도록 체계화된 창업교육의 필요성을 시사하며 대학의 취업만을 강조하는 교육 패러다임을 변화할 수 있는 창업교육의 질적 성장의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

An Empirical Study on the Education Effect of Business Simulation Game (경영 모의 게임의 교육 효과에 관한 탐색적 연구)

However, education program based on business simulation game has not been activated in Korea. This paper examined the education effect of business simulation game. It was found that managers who were educated and trained with business simulation game were very satisfied with a business simulation game. Based on the statistical results, the method of business education using business simulation game was also suggested.

Proposal of Big Data Analysis and Visualization Technique Curriculum for Non-Technical Majors in Business Management Analysis (경영분석 업무에 종사하는 비 기술기반 전공자를 위한 빅데이터 분석 및 시각화 기법 교육과정 제안)

  • Big data analysis is analyzed and used in a variety of management and industrial sites, and plays an important role in management decision making. The job competency of big data analysis personnel engaged in management analysis work does not necessarily require the acquisition of microscopic IT skills, but requires a variety of experiences and humanities knowledge and analytical skills as a Data Scientist. However, big data education by state-run and state-run educational institutions and job education institutions based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) is proceeding in terms of software engineering, and this teaching methodology can have difficult and inefficient consequences for non-technical majors. Therefore, we analyzed the current Big Data platform and its related technologies and defined which of them are the requisite job competency requirements for field personnel. Based on this, the education courses for big data analysis and visualization techniques were organized for non-technical-based majors. This specialized curriculum was conducted by working-level officials of financial institutions engaged in management analysis at the management site and was able to achieve better educational effects The education methods presented in this study will effectively carry out big data tasks across industries and encourage visualization of big data analysis for non-technical professionals.

  • 본 연구에서는 경영환경 및 정보기술의 변화에 경영 정보학 교육이 어떻게 적응해 나갈 것인지 경영 정보학 교수와 정보시스템 실무자들의 인식을 조사 분석하였다. 40명의 경영정보전공 교수와 22명의 정보시스템 실무자들은 정보시스템 전문가가 갖추어야 할 경 영능력, 이들이 숙지해야 할 최근 정보관련 이슈, 또 정보시스템 전문가에게 요구되는 정보 기술에 대한 지식 및 활용 능력 등에 관해 거의 일치된 견해를 보였다. 경영정보 전공 교수 들은 변화하는 정보기술을 반영한 새로운 교과목을 개발하고 대학당국에서는 경영정보학이 유사공학분야(Psuedo-engineering)임을 인식하고 교과과정 개편과정에 신축성을 부여하고 이공계에 준하는 실습시설 및 연구지원을 해주어야 실무에서 원하는 인재를 양성할 수 있을 것이다.
