Today's information services in most archival institutions implement the same administrative procedures for general users and academic researchers, leading to issues hindering the latter's research activities. As such, this study presents a direction for the effective provision of information services by investigating and analyzing information sources mainly used by academic researchers, who are one of the major user groups; researchers' use behaviors in archival institutions; and experiences and perceptions on the such institutions' information services. In particular, surveys and interviews were conducted, and 75 questionnaire responses and 8 interview results were analyzed. The results of the analysis were summarized into the researcher's background information, information sources used, behaviors in using archival institutions' services, information service utilization, improvement requirements, and desired services. Through the results' implications, plans for the provision of information services by archival institutions were proposed based on the researchers' needs and preferences.

일반적으로 교차로에서의 보행자 사고는 대부분이 횡단보도에서나 횡단보도 주변에서 발생하는 것이 많다. 이것은 운전자의 안전의식부족뿐만 아니라 보행자들이 교통법규를 지키지 않기 때문이다. 교통사고는 운전자나 보행자를 막론하고 안전의식 수준 및 안전시설의 질적 수준과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 특히 횡단보도 위치와 관련한 정지선에 대한 기준이 없어서 횡단보도 전후에 정지선이 2개가 설치된 곳이 많아 차량간의 사고를 유발하고, 보행자는 보행동선을 단축하기 위해 횡단보도 주변횡단이라는 위험한 행태를 유발하지만 이에 대한 연구나 대안제시가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 요인분석법이란 다변량 통계기법을 통해서 사고기록과 형태자료를 분석하였다. 사고기록은 정지선이 2개에서 1개로 변경된 25개 교차로에 대한 보행자와 차량의 유형별, 위치별, 피해정도별 사고기록을 조사 분석하고 행태분석은 현재 정지선이 2개인 곳과 기하구조가 유사한 정지선 1개인 곳을 하나의 쌍으로 해서 모두 8쌍(16개의 교차로 횡단보도)를 조사 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 설문조사를 통해서 보행자의 교통법규 준수와 인식정도에 대한 조사를 통해 보행자들의 인식과 행태조사를 통한 교통법규 준수 정도를 알아보았다. 사고자료의 분석을 통해서 첫째, 정지선이 2개인 교차로는 교차로내 차량사고, 접근부의 후면 추돌사고, 횡단보도에서 보행자사고가, 둘째, 정지선이 1개인 교차로는 유출부 차량사고가 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 행태자료의 분석을 통해서는 첫째, 정지선이 2개인 곳은 횡단보도를 이탈 또는 진입하면서 횡단하는 보행자, 점멸신호에 횡단 시작하는 보행자의 행태와 보행자 신호에 횡단보도를 통과하는 차량, 둘째, 정지선이 1개일 때는 횡단보도를 침범해서 정지하는 차량, 도로에 내려서서 기다리는 보행자가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 설문조사와 행태조사를 종합하면, 보행자들의 인식으로는 약 71%의 응답자와 점멸신호의 의미를 알고, 전체 응답자의 약 58%가 점멸신호에 건너지 않고 기다린다는 응답(교통법규준수)을 했으며, 실제 행태에서는 약 12.4%가 위반하는 것(87.6% 법규준수)으로 나타났다. 보행자들이 응답한 것보다 실제 행태에서는 더 많은 보행자가 교통법규를 준수하는 것으로 나타났으며, 횡단보도를 이용하는데 있어서 횡단보도를 침범하는 차량과 신호시간이 적다는 의견이 많았다.

Public library user studies are required for better services and circulation records can be used as specific library data to identify common user patterns of the libraries. This study examined 754,198 of circulation data set - number of users, frequencies of circulation, volume of time of circulation and etc. The results of this study indicate the possibility of using circulation data to analyze the usage patterns in public libraries and to provide major types of users, collections, time of circulation, and common library user behaviors for better public library services.

This study recognized the public servants of the local governments as the principal users of the records centers. It also attempted to identify their records usage behavior and the requirements of record usage so that records and services that meet their needs as the main users would be met. Therefore, the researchers identified through an information disclosure request the highly ranked departments that use records more than the others based on their usage frequency of the records centers and the standard records management system (standard RMS) during the third quarter of 2017. A questionnaire survey was subsequently conducted to the public servants of the local governments in the metropolitan area. The questionnaire identified the users' opinion on general usage behavior, usage of standard RMS, and usage of the records center. Based on the survey results, improvements in the management of the records centers the record management system, and the record services of the local governments were suggested.

제품의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하기 위해서는 해당 제품의 사용 행태를 정확하게 파악하는 것이 핵심적이다. 사용자 행태에 관한 정보를 수집하는 방법으로는 설문이나 개별/집단 면접 등이 흔히 사용되고 있으나, 이는 사용자들의 기억에 의존하는 간접적인 방법이기 때문에 그 정확성을 보장할 수 없다는 것이 단점으로 지적된다. 이 연구에서는 사용자 조작 로그(Log)를 기록, 수집하는 방법을 활용하여 가전 제품의 사용 행태에 대한 정보를 직접적으로 파악하였고 그 결과를 바탕으로 사용자 중심 인터페이스 디자인을 개발하고자 하였다. 디지털TV실사용자 가구들을 조사 대상으로 선발한 후 해당 가정의 실제 사용 환경에서 약 1개월간 사용 로그를 기록하였다. 로그 수집과 함께 면접 설문도 실시하였다. 수집된 로그를 통계적으로 분석하여 제품의 주요 기능별 사용 빈도와 패턴을 추출해 낼 수 있었다. 이 결과를 면접에서 대상자들이 응답한 내용과 비교하여 간접 조사 방법의 정확도를 검증해 보았다. 로그 분석 결과에서 도출된 사용 행태 데이터를 근거로 사용자 맞춤 인터페이스 기능을 제안하였다. 또한 각 가구별 결과를 2차 분석하여, 사용 행태 데이터를 기반으로 한 사용자 세분화(Segmentation)를 하였고 각 세그먼트(Segment)별 주요 특징을 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 이러한 여러 분석 결과는 가전 제품의 사용자 중심 인터페이스 개발에 사용 Log분석이 활용될 다양한 가능성과 유용성을 보여주었다.

This study is to investigate archival use behavior of history teachers in high schools. The study conducted 3 times interviews with high school history teachers and carried out a survey on recognition of archives, archival use, archival seeking behavior, and harrier factors for archival use to 30 teachers from the 2 local communities of history teachers. According to the survey, history teachers have used archives for raising the historical understanding by students in their classes. But the tight curriculums of history and the lack of time to search archives were barrier factors for teachers to use archives in their classes. The teachers who participated in this survey suggested that integrated DBs of archives in Korea and source books with commentaries need to promote use of archives in history classes.

Digital speedometer which is supposed to provide the basic data for analyzing human factors of drivers has a limitation for human behavior studies of drivers, because it records limited driving information including GPS velocities. Besides, Black Box, which is currently being actively commercialized in the market, records mostly vehicles' risky patterns rather than drivers' behaviors. As a result, it also shows a limit to analyze dangerous driving patterns. This study performed a risky driving study for human factor analysis. This study conducted before and after comparisons for real time warning study using a risky driving judgment device. The analysis was conducted based on Longitudinal acceleration, Lateral acceleration, and Yaw rate of vehicles.

우리나라의 자동차 역사는 주요 선진국에 비해 60년 정도 짧지만 자동차와 일어나는 교통사고의 발생률이나 심각도를 고려한다면 교통사고를 줄이기 위한 여러 가지 원인을 분석해 보는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 방송프로그램에 방송한 차량용 영상기록장치(VDR) 제보영상을 통해 다양한 교통사고의 원인을 수집하여 운전자의 행태를 분석하여 교통사고를 발생을 감소 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 연구목적이다. 방송된 차량용 영상 전체 1,262건에 대해 운전자 행태 분석을 실시하여 DB를 구축하고 이를 교통사고 분석 시스템 TAAS 통계를 비교 분석 결과 전체 1,262건 중 노면상태가 건조 할 때가 1,153건, 기상상태가 맑을 때 1,176건, 주야별 운전시 주간이 1,0,13건으로 높게 분석되었다. 또한 사고유형으로는 차대차 860건이 68.1%로 높게 분석 되었다. 따라서 운전에 장애가 되는 요소가 없는 경우 운전자 개인이 과속과 전방주시 태만이 발생할 가능성이 높으므로 운전자들에 대한 교육을 통해 의식개혁이 필요하다.

This study was to investigate bibliography in other academic areas cited by records and archives management researchers, identify academic correlations between other academic areas and their independency, and present basic data for further research on this area. Also, this study conducts the following analyses. This study analysed statistical values such as frequency and percentage of 2,224 of 6,811 bibliographies cited by 383 articles which were issued until 2011 according to themes, periods of citation, age of citers and types of bibliography, targeting 'Archival Science Studies' by Korea Society of Archival Studies and 'Journal of Records Management and Archives Society of Korea' by Records Management and Archives Society of Korea.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a trend of citing behavior, characteristics and changes in the field of archives and records management in Korea. This study analyzed the subject of each citing and cited reference that appeared in the Journal of the Korean Society of Archives and Records Management during the period, 2001-2010. One hundred and seventy one research articles were analyzed by keyword, language, and research collaboration. Three thousand and eight hundred and ninety three cited references were analyzed by type of material, language, country of publication, research collaboration, citing age and the most frequently cited literature. Finally, those results of source literature and cited references were compared with each other and a better direction for the future of the field with further studies was suggested.
