The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects and characteristics of program on health promotion with foreign worker in Korea. The study was conducted using the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) Group. The final selected literature was varied in program and outcome variables. Therefore, it was difficult to quantitatively synthesize and it was analyzed through qualitative review. The findings indicate that health promotion programs for foreign workers reduced acculturation stress, depression and anxiety, and increased self-esteem. These findings provide scientific evidence for developing and using health promotion program of foreign workers. Futher development of a variety of health promotion programs and studies of effectiveness review for foreign workers in Korea.

In this paper, the CMOS programmable interface circuit for MEMS gyroscope is presented, and evaluated with the MEMS sensing element. The circuit includes the front-end charge amplifier with 10 bit programmable capacitor arrays, 9 bit DAC for accurate offset calibration, and 10 bit PGA for accurate gain calibration. The self oscillation loop with automatic gain control operates properly. The offset error and gain error after calibration are measured to be 0.36 %FSO and 0.19 %FSO, respectively. The noise equivalent resolution and bias instability are measured to be 0.016 deg/sec and 0.012 deg/sec, respectively. The calibration capability of this circuit can reduce the variations of the output offset and gain, and this can enhance the manufacturability and can improve the yield.

While the cruciate ligament has a profuse vascular response following injury, spontaneous repair does not occur. This may result from the fact that synovial fluid dilution of the hematoma following injury prevents the formation of a fibrin clot and thus the initiation of the healing mechanism. Another theory suggests that the dynamic nature of the fascicles of the anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) through even small ranges of motion prohibits spontaneous union to these fibers. But we experienced two cases of spontaneous healing of partially injured ACL. Initially they showed more than grade II anterior instability. 6 mm difference by stress roentgenographs(pull view) and difference of 8 mm by KT 1000TM arthrometer between the ACL injured knee and normal side knee. Lax, nearly complete tear of ACL and synovial bleeding were noted during arthroscopic examination but the continuity of synovial membrane was seemed to be intact. These cases were treated by conservative management rather than reconstructive procedure. Postoperatively they showed excellent clinical results, no anterior instability and unlimited athletic activity. Based on our clinical experience. we think that cruciate ligament has the spontaneous healing potential in acute stage and middle aged patient. We consider the microfracture technique and initial immobilization for accelleration of healing response of the ACL.

In recently, digital comic content distribution was not stable for illegal distribution and the weak of intellectual property right in the internet. The research activities of suggest the distribution model and secure intellectual property right are going in international standard communities, not yet in Korea. As the basis of the research, the general framework of international projects and standards such as MPEG-21, IMPREMATUR, FILIGRANE was analysed. Targeting on the domain of digital comics industry, the digital comics distribution structure and business flow model are defined adapting secured distribution system, DRM. The detail content of this research consist of three themes. The first, survey and analysis of the international standard ＆ leading DRM project's models. The second, suggestion of the service scenario on the digital comic content distribution. The third, suggestion of the model on the secured distribution of digital comics. Through this research targeting at the digital comics business, we found that standards technical items and requirements was well adapted into target domain, and would affect other domain in digital content industry.

The Common Symptoms of insomnia are to be hard to sleep, often wake up at night, be easy not to fall asleep again after waking up. In serious conditions, an insomniac can never get to sleep overnight. This is the case that we diagnosed a 49-year-old patient who demonstrates insomnia, palpitation, anxiety, dizziness, distress in the stormach as Deficiency of Yang(陽虛) and treated her. At 1st stage we diagnosed the patient as Insufficiency of both the heart and the spleen(心脾兩虛) and prescribed Gwibi-tang(歸脾湯), and next stage we dispensed bogol-dan(補骨丹) to cure Deficiency of Kidney Yang. As the result of treatment, the patient made a good improvement. We considered that this case report to be a good prcedent of Insomia due to deficiency of Yang.

This article aims at developing Mind Healing Program for university students, whose anxiety and depression are getting serious. Reality therapy was experimented total 10 times(one time per week), which was the revision and supplement of Woo(1994)'s reality therapy program. It consists of introducing program and self, understanding 5 mind desires, identifying obstacles of conversation, learning efficient communication skills, controling irrational expectation of others, recognizing mind gap, problems of choice and responsibility, nurturing mind, etc. The effectiveness of this program was verified through a model whose research variants were participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and mental health. Direct effects of participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and mental health were less satisfactory than indirect effects of the time when program satisfaction is a variant. It is concluded that mental health of participants is getting better when more satisfactory program should be provided, rather than motivation of simple participation.

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of a forest healing program on the level of job stress and the profile of mood states (POMS). 38 public servants who were in charge of social welfare in A city as well as 24 metal health care workers in C province participated in the forest healing programs. The data were collected by a pretest-posttest design. The data analysis showed that both job stress and POMS levels were significantly improved by the forest healing program. The therapeutic effects of forests are highly expected to be utilized for healing programs for job stress reduction and burnout prevention.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the respect for life of nursing students and to prepare the basic data for developing educational programs to establish proper awareness of the life of nursing students and nurturing it. This is a descriptive research study. A total of 146 nursing students were included in this study. Data analysis was performed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The results of this study confirmed the meaning of life, spiritual wellbeing, and attitude toward death as factors influencing respect and will for life. The explanatory power of these three factors was 26.3%. Therefore, nursing students will be able to cultivate respect for life by increasing their understanding of the meaning of life, improving their level of spiritual well-being, and reducing their negative attitudes about death. Also, in order to improve the respect for life of nursing students, it will be possible to develop an intervention program to improve life respect including the factors identified in this study. Ultimately, it is expected to grow into a nurse who can provide real help to patients who are at the end of life or who are dying.

This study analyzes the effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth by using each province city's panel data of China from 1985 to 2008. By using Recently developed fiscal decentralization index and autonomy of local government quantified this study finds the following conclusions. The increase of inflation rate affects positive effect on Chinese economy. This is the trade-off relationship with the growth of Chinese economy by the Phillips Curve theory. So this suggests the instability of Chinese economy. The affiliation of WTO of China shows positive effect on Chinese economy. This can be translated as the real evidence about free trade theory of Classical School. Expenditure decentralization in China led to economic growth and revenue decentralization also affected positively although it was not as much as expenditure decentralization's effect. Central tax and local tax negatively influenced economic growth; and differently from our expectation, local government autonomy quantified was not relevant to economic growth.

올해 국내 실물경기는 수출 증가세가 점차 둔화되고, 내수도 소비의 둔화와 투자의 감소 전환 등의 영 향으로 완연한 하락세를 보였다. 내수는 설비투자와 건설투자가 크게 감소하면서 급속한 조정 양상을 보이고 있으며, 소비도 연 2%대 증가율로 떨어지면서 둔화세를 기록하고 있다. 수출은 물량의 증가세가 유지되고 있으나, 단가는 기저효과로 인한 유가상승 폭의 축소 등의 영향으로 상승률이 떨어지면서 증가세가 둔화되었다. 2019년 세계경제는 선진권의 경기둔화와 개도권의 성장률 정체가 예상되는 가운데 하방 리스크 요인으로 인해 제한적 성장이 예상된다. 선진권은 미국경제의 성장률 하락이 예상되는 한편, 일본과 유로권도 전년보다는 약간 낮은 성장률이, 중국은 연 6%대 초반까지 성장률 하락이 예상된다. 국제유가는 글로벌 경기 둔화에 따른 원유의 수요 감소와 미 달러화의 가치 상승 등 금융 요인이 하방 압력으로 작용하나, OPEC의 감산 지속과 지정학적 불안정성이 상승 요인으로 작용하면서 연평균 보합이 예상된다. 환율은 미 달러화의 강세기조가 2019년 상반기까지 이어질 것으로 예상되지만, 하반기에는 유럽 등지의 통화긴축 전환과 미국경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 달러화가 약세로 전환하면서 연평균 기준 소폭 상승할 것으로 기대된다. 2019년 국내경제는 수출과 투자가 글로벌 경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 소폭 증가에 그치고, 소비가 전년대비 둔화세를 보이면서 2018년보다 약간 낮은 2.6%의 성장률이 예상된다. 소비는 실질소득 감소와 고용 부진 등이 예상되고, 대외 불확실성으로 인한 체감경기 약화로 증가세가 둔화되나, 보건 복지 고용의 지출 확대, 유류세 인하 등 정부 정책은 실질구매력 제고에 긍정적 요인으로 작용할 전망이다. 설비투자는 대외 불확실성과 대내 구조적 취약성 등의 영향으로 인해 제한적인 증가세가 예상되며, 건설투자도 정부의 부동산시장 안정화 대책과 SOC예산 감축 등의 영향으로 감소세가 이어질 전망이다. 수출은 세계경기의 성장세 둔화로 인해 수출물량이 소폭 증가에 그치고, 반도체의 가격 하락과 국제유가의 횡보 전망 등으로 수출단가도 하락 압력이 커지면서 2018년 보다 낮은 3.7%의 증가율이 예상된다.
