본 연구의 목적은 미국 여대생의 자의식, 물질주의성향, 충동구매와 과시적 소비성향간의 관계에 관하여 조사하는데 있다. 상징적 자기완성이론을 이론적 근거로 하여 가설을 설계하였으며, 설문지 조사법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 편의표본추출법을 적용하여 미국 중서부지역의 한 대학교의 여대생 315명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 최종적으로 296명의 응답을 연구결과분석에 이용하였다. Stepwise 회귀분석을 통한 분석 결과 공적 자의식은 물질주의성향과 충동구매성향 및 과시소비성향에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사적 자의식은 과시소비성향에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 단순회귀분석을 통한 분석 결과 물질주의성향과 충동구매성향 및 과시적 소비 성향 간에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 자의식, 물질주의성향, 충동구매와 과시소비 성향간의 관계 메커니즘을 증명해 보임으로써, 사회 심리학적 소비자 행동연구에 이론적 틀을 제시하였다. 또한, 본 연구결과는 미국 여대생을 표적 시장으로 하는 기업이 표적소비자의 소비행동과 심리를 이해하는데 중요한 자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes MMORPG in user's desire perspective and tried to find specific motivation factors. In research result, character has been separated in user character, another user character, boss monster and support character. And character's factor analysis yielded three factors: visual attraction, psychological propensity and competence. The result of the regression analysis about character's motivation factor show that it is significantly different that motivation level and motivation factors from each character. This finding implies that specific motivation factors can serve to make strategy for motivate user's game playing.

Tooth carving practice is required for novice learners in dentistry to understand dental morphology and acquire clinically underlying skills. Tooth carving practice is more effective when sequential models can be observed. The purpose of this study is to suggest a tooth carving practice model and to develop a mobile practice supporting tool based on tutorial providing 3D modeling information about steps of tooth carving. As a result, tooth carving practice model consists of the class activity including tooth information lecture and practice and mobile seamless learning connecting learners' practice and regular learning with the mobile tutorial tool. The mobile tutorial tool is implemented with tooth morphology dictionary, tooth carving practice/training tutorial, and 3D tooth modeling. The experts' evaluation on the developed contents shows that the content and function are valid(content validity: 5.0, interface validity: 4.53). Therefore, the mobile tutorial tool is suitable for supporting mobile seamless learning for tooth carving practice. Further researches are expected to be conducted to develop instructional models utilizing ICT and mobile contents in dentistry.

Teaching-learning activities in a school class is influenced by the development of a information science in the 21 century. Recently, the instruction in a school class use a multimedia teaching-learning contents chiefly. A great number of teachers don't recognize a foundation of the effects on teaching-learning contents utilizing multimedia. In this paper, I propose to analyze and verify the foundation of effects on cognitive psychology of multimedia teaching-learning contents. The principal method of this study is to synthesize and analyze researches of scholars or literature study largely. In this paper, the foundations of effects on multimedia teaching-learning contents are following: the dual encoding of information process, the skill on direction and speed-regulation of learning, and the others educational strength. The theoretical conviction in multimedia teaching-learning contents is operated as the confidence of education contents & media utilized by teachers and learners, and is anticipated as the growth of the quantitative and qualitative learning activities.

The purpose of this preliminary study is to help put the women with career breaks in Science and Technique back to work and keep on working. For this purpose, we developed a 8-session group counseling for woman scientists and technicians with career break: Self-Growth group and Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Group. A total of 14 people participated in Group counseling. The most of participants reported that they have experienced lowered self-esteem, difficulties in relationship with family and colleagues, and psychological pressure and distress. The participants in the Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Group Counseling showed positive changes at stress coping strategies. From this study, the women with career breaks in Science and Technique will be expected to overcome the difficulties of career breaks wisely, demonstrate and confirm their competence, and restore from stress and psychological burnout. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations of this study and future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between consumer 's self - determination psychological needs (autonomy, competence, and relevance) related to fair trade and brand equity related to fair trade products through empirical analysis. It is meaningful that it is linked to strategic brand management based on consumer need satisfaction. As a result of empirical analysis of this study, Fair Trade attitude plays an important role in the relationship between self - determination psychological desire and brand equity. Especially, Consumer need Satisfaction with competence was found to be a strategically important construct. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to provide important implications for future strategic management of brand equity related to Fair Trade products.

Cloud storage service has the potential to be a core infrastructure for the future mobile and Internet service; thus related service providers have been investing in it and trying to attract as many users as possible. In addition, those need to find out what motivates the users to keep using their service not only to attract new customers but also to secure their subscribers. Therefore, this study will examine its relationship with user's motivation based on the extended TAM model with external variables for objective research about continuous use of cloud storage service. As a result, it was found that personal innovativeness, self efficacy, functional attributes, and psychological switching cost influence the continuous use of cloud storage service. Also, it is expected they can guide service providers to the right track when setting up their business strategy in the future.

This study was conducted to verify the effects of individual psychological capital, spousal support, and organization's family-friendly work culture on work-life balance in social workers. For this purpose, married social workers working in social welfare facilities in Chungcheongbuk-do were surveyed, and 331 collected responses were used in the analysis. Multiple regression analysis revealed that resilience and optimism in individual psychological capital, spousal support, and expectations on working hours in organizations' family-friendly work culture were significantly associated with the work-life balance. In addition, there were different factors influencing the level of work-life balance according to gender and age. The findings suggest that efforts to enhance awareness and improve working conditions, such as the development of self-care program, education on the necessity of work-life balance, and implementation of work-life balancing system, are needed to improve the work-life balance of social workers.

The purpose of this study was to determine psychosocial variables of exercise behaviors for old adults. A major research problem identified through theory of planned behavior and it's empirical data: Do cognitive-social variables(health risk perception, self-efficacy, group conformity, exercise attitude) significantly mediate exercise behaviors(intention, action, maintenance)? A total of 453 older adults above 65 years(171 males and 282 females) who were enrolled in various classes were randomly selected at adults centers in Seoul. Participants completed a battery of questionnaires including the psycho-social variables(health risk perception, self-efficacy, group conformity, exercise attitude) and exercise behaviors(intention, action, maintenance). The results of statistical procedures(e.g., hierarchical multiple regression) indicated self-efficacy and exercise attitude significantly predicted exercise intentions of older adults. Exercise intention was a significant predictor of action, and action was a significant predictor of exercise maintenance. In discussion, various psycho-social mechanisms were provided to interpret the results of this study, and future directions were suggested.

In the COVID-19 crisis, the elderly over 60 have various psychological health problems such as depression, anxiety, and fear, and the community has become the only space for senior activities. To this end, this study presented a therapeutic aging-friendly community environmental design evaluation system using theoretical review, FGI interview, and hierarchical analysis AHP. The evaluation system is a three-dimensional space, with 10 upper layers and 68 lower layers. In addition, the weight of each index of the evaluation system was distributed through expert survey and SPSS program analysis. First, the material space environment design must satisfy the comfort and health of the elderly when they are active in a common space for their daily life. Second, the design of social space environment is designed to promote exchange and social connection among the elderly. Third, the operating space environment design considers the operating system of the community operating company as important. Through this, it is expected to improve the psychological health of the elderly by providing systematic technical basis and action guidelines for the development of the residential environment of the elderly.
