The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the emotional leadership of directors and the organization culture and to examine differences in the level of emotional leadership of directors. The research results were as follows: Firstly, the relationship between emotional leadership of directors and organization culture showed a positive correlation between all sub-factors. Secondly, multiple regression analyses identified the emotional leadership's sub-factors were significant predictors of the organization culture. Thirdly, organization culture significantly differed according to the emotional leadership level. In summary, this research confirmed that there was a correlation between the emotional leadership of directors and organization culture.

왕복동 내연 기관 실린더 내의 가스 유동은 기관의 성능 향상, 연소 개선, 배기 정화 등에 직접적 으로 영향을 미치는 인자로 되며, 최근 각종 유동의 측정 방법 및 측정 장치의 개발은 가스 유동 계측에 많은 발전을 가져 왔다. 특히 각종 열기관의 연소 성능 향상을 위한 노력은 기관의 성능 향상과 더불어 여소 배출물의 유해 성분 저감을 위한 연구에 더욱 박차를 가하게 되었다. 이에 따라서 기관의 최적 제어 운전, 자동 제어 연료 공급 및 분사장치 등에 이르기까지 많은 노력이 경주되어 왔다. 이러한 연구 개발에 못지 않게 중요한 것은 실린더 내의 연소 성능을 향상시키 는 것이며 이를 위해서는 먼저 기관 실린더 내부의 가스 유동을 밝히고, 유동의 모델링, 유동장의 계측, 연소장의 유동 측정 등의 연구가 매우 중요한 것으로 생각된다. 실린더 내의 연소 및 유 동장의 연구는 주로 연소 특성치를 관한 연구와 유동장을 중심으로 하는 흐름의 시뮬레이션을 비롯 유동장의 계측으로 크게 나눌 수 있다. 여기서는 주로 실린더 내의 가스 유동의 측정 방 법과 최근의 연구 동향에 대하여 몇 가지 측정의 보기를 중심으로 다루기로 한다.

This paper analyzes cognition of the vocational training (VT) CEOs on the theoretical success conditions of contracting-out VT services to private training providers, by using survey results on 87 CEOs. The survey results show that VT CEOs agree with most of the theoretical success conditions of contracting-out VT services. The only thing they do not agree with the theoretical success conditions was that CEOs prefer direct trainee recruiting instead of referral by public employment service offices after consulting and job capacity assessment. This implies that government can smoothly transfer vocational training policies suitable for the success conditions of contracting-out vocational training services to private training providers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze research trends of kindergarten and child care center directors focusing on the articles in a journal of early childhood education in Korea. For this, I divided and analyzed 162 articles of related early childhood education directors contained in the National Research Foundation of Korea. The National Research Foundation of Korea listed eight journals from 1991 to 2013, according to the study period, study topic and study method. As a result of this research, first, the research trends in the study period show that until 2003 less than 5 articles were published while gradually increasing since 2004 and the director-related papers were published in the 20 pieces every year from 2009. Second, concerning the study topic, the most common topic was about 'institutional management of director', and 'director leadership', and 'role and duties', and 'quality' were followed. Third, types of study included many quantitative studies but they are decreasing recently and qualitative studies tended to increase since 2006. There are many studies for the teacher and data collection methods have been utilized frequently having questions marked distinct by quantitative research. Data analysis was being used a lot with quantitative analysis. These results of the study imply that it is necessary to execute studies of topics such as a director's leadership and core competencies and to diversify study subjects and methods on the kindergarten and child care center directors.

본 연구는 SI기관 실린더 내의 유동장 변이 과정을 3차원 LDV 측정 기술을 사용하여 흡입과 압축과정 동안 정량적으로 분석하였다. 실험은 헤드에 각각 2개의 흡입밸브와 배기밸브를 갖는 기관이 모터링되는 공회전 상태에서 실시하였다. 지난 30년 동안 텀블과 스월은 실린더 내의 평균 유동 정량화에, 난류운동에너지는 난류 측정에 많이 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 텀블은 solid body 회전 유동을 비교하는데 적절하며, 서로 다른 유동 패턴 비교에는 부적절 하다는 것이 보고되고 있는 실정이다. 3차원 LDV시스템의 우수한 공간 분석 능력은 순간적인 유동장구조와 더불어 상대적으로 미세한 유동장의 구조 까지도 측정이 가능 하도록 하였다. 따라서 측정한 결과로부터 유동장의 난류운동에너지 등가면을 계산할 수 있었다. 본 실험 결과는 실린더 내의 난류 유동장 특성을 난류운동 에너지 등가면 정보를 이용하여 세심하게 관찰할 수 있음을 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among leadership, appraisal, reward, knowledge quality, knowledge management system(KMS) quality, and KMS use. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that leadership significantly influences appraisal and reward. Appraisal affects reward too. Reward and knowledge quality affect KMS Use, but leadership, appraisal, and KMS quality don't affect KMS use. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of two kinds of Master and Chief Engineer's communication style on group conflicts and members' attitude including job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to analyze the moderating effect of the isolation from home and community on the relation between the both of communication styles and the several behavioral variables in ship organization. This empirical result demonstrates the fact that Master and Chief Engineer's direct communication with crew has lower conflict and higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment than their indirect one through Chief Officer and First Engineer. In addition, it illustrates the isolation from home only effects moderately on the relation between the communication style and group conflict, and also the direct communication style reduces more the conflict in the group to show less isolation from home. To conclude, this study reveals that job satisfaction and organization commitment could be heightened by proper communication style of Master and Chief Engineer and it would utilize the job performance of ship organization in the long-term.

한국항공우주연구원은 액체추진기관 시스템을 이용한 3단형과학로켓(이하 KSR-III)을 국내 최초로 개발하여 비행시험을 수행하였다. 액체추진기관 로켓의 비행시험을 위해서는 이전의 고체 추진기관을 이용한 과학로켓 1, 2와는 달리 비행시험 조건에 부합하게 액체추진제 및 가압제 등을 공급하는 지상설비가 필요하다. 이에 한국항공우주연구원은 독자적으로 비행시험에 필요한 제반 설비를 갖춘 발사장을 구축하였다. KSR-III는 압축 헬륨가스(GHe)를 이용하여 연료(Jet A-1)와 산화제(LOx)를 가압하여 추력을 얻는 액체추진기관 시스템이다. 따라서 발사장에서의 지상공급설비는 유공압 설비와 발사시나리오에 따라 해당 부품을 제어하고 자료를 저장하는 제어/계측 설비 및 기타설비들로 구성되어 있다. 지상공급설비 중 유공압 설비는 LOx의 저장 및 기체 내 산화제 탱크의 충전을 위한 산화제 공급설비, Jet A-1의 저장 및 기체 내 연료 탱크의 충전을 위한 연료 공급 설비, 지상설비용 밸브구동 및 기체 내부 퍼지 등에 필요한 질소($N_2$)를 저장/공급하는 설비, 기체내부 밸브 구동 및 가압제로 사용되는 기체헬륨(He)을 저장/공급하는 설비들로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 구축된 공급설비는 기능시험, 연계시험 등의 각종 입증시험을 통해 그 성능을 검증한 후 단인증모델(SQTM)을 이용하여 발사 시나리오에 따른 추진제 공급능력을 입증한 후 KSR-III의 비행시험을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 수행된 연구결과는 향후 건설되어질 우주센터내의 발사장 기반설비 설계의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 다양한 조사사업 및 연구용역을 통해 도출된 유관기관별 수질 및 오염원 자료가 방대해지고, 이를 관리하기 위한 인력 및 시간이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 이와 더불어 각 기관별 업무가 중복되고, 인력 및 시간의 부족으로 인한 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 오염원자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 문제점들이 제시되고 있는 실정이다. 각 기관별 보유자료에 대한 자체 신뢰도는 매우 취약한 실정이며, 특히 생활계 오염원 자료의 기초가 되는 하수관거접속 인구, 물 사용량 자료와 축산계 오염원 자료의 기초인 인허가 자료 등은 자료간의 편차가 상당한 수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 오염총량관리제도 도입을 위한 자료 검증과정에서 기초자료 체계를 갖추는데 소요되는 기간만큼 계획의 수립이 지연 혹은 중단되는 사례가 최근 몇 년간 반복되고 있는 실정임을 감안할때 각 기관별로 계획수립에 필요한 자료의 수집 및 관리가 이루어져하는 당위성에 비추어볼 때 향후 오염총량관리제의 도입 등을 위하여 오염원 조사 뿐만 아니라 수문, 수질 기초 자료의 수집 및 체계적인 데이터베이스화를 통해 유관기관의 계획수립에 필요한 체계를 구축하고, 유역오염정보화의 근간을 마련하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹기반의 물관리 연구 네트워크를 구축하여 관련된 이해당사자들의 정보교류의 장으로서, 수행사업에 대한 홍보의 장으로서, 주요연구사항에 대한 학습의 장으로서 활용하게 된다. 체계적인 연구 네트워크 구성 및 유역환경정보 공유시스템의 구축은 물환경 인프라를 확충시키는데 매우 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이다.
