A Marital-Relationship Enhancement Program for Couples: Randomized Controlled Trial (부부관계증진 집단 프로그램이 부부의 결혼만족도, 긍정적 감정, 갈등조정방식, 의사소통 악화요인에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This paper reports a randomized controlled trial to investigate the effects of a Marital-relationship enhancement program(MREP) for marital couples. Methods: Volunteer couples from several well-being centers in Seoul were randomly assigned either to a treatment group (n=36), participating in a MREP based on Gottman's 'sound marital house' theory, or to a control group (n=35) receiving no treatment. The content of the MREP was provided to the control group after the research was completed. Data was collected from December 2003 to May 2004 using modified versions of the inventories developed by Gottman on marital satisfaction, positive affect, conflict regulation, and communication barriers. Results: Participants in the experimental group showed significant improvements in marital satisfaction, positive affects, conflict regulation, and communication-barrier scores compared to the control group. Conclusion: The present program for marital-relationship enhancement is helpful in enhancing marital relationships and regulating conflict between marital couples and, ultimately, may be useful to prevent divorce.

Relationships between Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Psychological Type and Marital Satisfaction, Divorce Proneness, Positive Affect, and Conflict Regulation in Clinic Couples (부부클리닉 방문부부의 MBTI 성격유형과 결혼만족도, 이혼가능성, 긍정적 감정, 갈등조정방식의 관계)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychological type and marital satisfaction, divorce proneness, positive affect, and conflict regulation in couple visiting a clinic. Methods: Couples (n=62) who visited "M" couple clinic participated in the study. Data were collected from March to June 2009 using the Marital Satisfaction Scale, Marital Status Inventory, Positive Affect Inventory, and Conflict Regulation Inventory. Results: The couples showed no significant differences in marital satisfaction, positive affect, and conflict regulation according to similarities between spouses in MBTI types. However, they showed significant differences in divorce proneness of husband according to a similarity in the Sensing/Intuition indicator. They also showed significant differences in divorce proneness, positive affect, and conflict regulation between the couples for ISTJ (Introversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging) or ESTJ (Extraversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging) types compared to other couples. Conclusion: When nurses counsel couples, they should understand that differences in psychological type between spouses affects their marital relationship. In addition, nurses should educate couples on the characteristics of each type according to the couple's types and help them to understand each other, especially for couples where one spouse is the ISTJ/ESTJ type. These interventions will improve marital satisfaction and prevent the divorce in these couples.

The Influence of Chinese Remale College Students' Empathy in Female Tik Toker Fashion on Favorability and Purchase Intention (중국 여대생의 여성 틱톡커(Tik Toker) 패션에 대한 감정이입이 호감도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted with female college students in their 20s living in Henan Province, China, who had experience with TikTok. The relationship between TikToker's fashion and consumers' empathy, favorability, and purchase intent is verified. The questionnaires were administered for 10 days from February 1 to February 10, 2022. A total of 316 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, and statistical processing of the collected data was performed using SPSS 26.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, Chinese female college consumers' empathy for women's TikToker fashion positively influenced favorability and purchase intention. Second, Chinese female college consumers' favorability of women's TikToker fashion positively influenced purchase intentions. Based on the results of this study, the following insights can be proposed. When promoting TikTok marketing, attention should be paid to the choice of TikToker. If choose the right TikToker, you can not only increase the favorability of TikToker fashion products but also increase the purchase intention of TikToker fashion. Choosing TikToker with charm, rich emotion, and beautiful appearance help product sales.

  • This purpose of study was to influence of fitness club leader's emotional labor on job involvement and occupation performance. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on fitness club leader's emotional labor. The survey was done through 250 copies and excluding 23 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 227(90.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, discriminant validity, Cronbach's α, correlation analysis, path analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, fitness club leader's emotional labor showed (-) effects on job involvement. Second, fitness club leader's emotional labor showed (-) effect on occupation performance. Third, job involvement showed (+) effects on occupation performance. Fitness instructors have severe emotional labor. Therefore fitness instructors manage their emotional labor. This can increase job commitment and job performance. For teeth manager need to increase support options from fitness instructors.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between servicescape experience of visitors to professional baseball stadium, control perception on the spot, consumption emotion, and revisit intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The validity of the data was verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. The hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis. First, servicescape has a statistically significant effect on control perception. Second, the control perception in the servicescape has a significant effect on the consumption emotion. Third, servicescape effected consumption emotion. Fourth, consumption emotion had a significant influence on the revisit intention. The results of this study suggest that visitors to baseball stadiums can induce revisit intention through positive experience of servicescape. The specific discussions and implications are described in the text.

  • This study investigates the effect of foodservice employees' mentoring part on expressing emotions and self-esteem by conducting a survey. The data collected from the survey were analysed by SPSS18.0 and AMOS for frequency analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, the mentoring part was a significant constituent for achieving an organization's objective because a mentor and a mentee could interact and sympathize through personal recommendation, consultation and support for reducing psychological stress. Second, the mentoring part had a positive effect on organizational ability to adapt. Third, organizational conflicts influenced self-esteem. As the results indicated, the foodservice industry should manage an effective mentoring system for high quality services and the attainment of an organizational goal.

  • 경영관리의 초점이 생산중심에서 마케팅중심 그리고 서비스중심으로 급격히 변화하면서 서비스 경쟁이 중요한 생존무기가 되고 있다. 차별화의 수단으로 서비스의 중요성이 강조되면서 여러 가지 서비스 속성 중에서 서비스 품질에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 서비스 품질을 구성하는 차원을 밝히려는 연구는 많았던데 비해 서비스 품질이 소비자의 태도와 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 지각된 서비스 품질을 구성하는 여러 차원들이 소비자의 태도에 어떠한 영향을 주며, 태도는 소비자의 재이용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 알아보았다. 자료는 소매점 이용자를 대상으로 수집되었으며 소매점 서비스에 관한 인과관계 모형을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구 결과 기능적 품질에 속하는 신뢰성 차원과 기술적 품질에 속하는 유형설비 차원이 소비자의 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술적 품질로 볼 수 있는 가격(비용) 차원은 예상대로 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 기능적 품질에 속하는 감정배려는 통계적으로 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 서비스 품질을 통해 형성된 소비자 태도는 소매점 재이용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 추가적으로 소매점을 특성에 따라 몇 개의 범주로 분류하고 인과관계 모형의 영향 관계가 어떻게 달라지는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 대형 할인소매점, 백화점, 주거지역 인근의 소매점들에서 상당한 차이를 발견하였다. 즉, 태도와 재이용 의도 사이의 긍정적인 영향관계는 소매점 유형에 관계없이 나타났으나 태도에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질 차원은 매우 다르게 나타났다. 이는 차별화 지표로 서비스 품질을 사용할 경우에 서비스 관리자들이 어떠한 전략을 선택해야 하는가에 관하여 시사하는 바가 크다. 아울러 동일범주의 서비스 산업이더라도, 서비스의 특성에 따라 서비스 품질을 구성하는 중요한 차원을 규명하기 위한 추가 연구의 필요성을 제기한다.

The impact of system factors in mobile payment systems on cognitive trust and emotional responses (모바일 간편 결제의 시스템 특성이 인지적 신뢰 및 감성 반응에 미치는 영향)

  • Various services using smart phones are being provided, and a variety of services are also provided in payment fields. Since the mobile payment services is closely related to the monetary part, various characteristics of the mobile system have a close relation with use trust. In this study, accessibility, compatibility, and security were selected as important factors in the mobile payment systems. We will examine how these system factors affect users' cognitive trust, emotional responses such as positive emotions and satisfaction. We surveyed users of mobile payment systems to achieve our research purposes. SPSS 23 and SmartPLS 2.0 were used for the analysis. The results showed that all system factors influenced cognitive trust and emotional response. However, positive emotions did not affect satisfaction. However, when we examine the relationship between emotional responses, positive emotions do not affect satisfaction.

Exploring the Conceptual Elements and Meaning of Meta-affect in Mathematics Learning (수학 학습 메타 정의의 개념 요소와 의미 탐색)

  • In this study, in accordance with the research trend that the learner's emotions expressed positively or negatively in mathematics learning or the learner's beliefs and attitudes toward mathematics learning affect the results of mathematics learning, the learner's emotions and affective factors are analyzed in the learner's own learning. A power that can be adjusted according to a goal or purpose is needed, and I tried to explain this power through meta-affect. To this end, the meaning of the definitional and conceptual factors of meta-affect was explored based on prior studies. Affective factors of meta-affect were viewed as emotions, attitudes, and beliefs, and conceptual factors of meta-affect were viewed as awareness, evaluating, controlling, utilization, and monitoring, and the meaning of each conceptual factor was also defined. In this study, the conceptual factors and meanings of meta-affect in terms of using them to help in learning mathematics by controlling them, beyond the identification or examination of the characteristics of the affective factors, which are meaningfully dealt with in the field of mathematics education.

  • This research focused on the moderating role of the influence an expectation exerts on a performance by a regional festival and the experience to get visitor's feeling and satisfaction. A survey design was used for the last analysis targeted for the respondent who experienced an experience directly targeted for the regional where a regional festival is promoted actively targeted for the visitor. Results are show a positive influence on the expectation exerts on a performance of festival. In addition, it was confirmed that festival experience activity the role important to feeling and satisfaction of a visitor. We suggest, therefore, that it has to raise the efficiency of the strengthening of an experience program to raise an performance of festival participants and the festival manage to draw out the various feeling formation and satisfaction through participation customers' segmentation.
