Analysis of Pharmacy Worker's Satisfaction about Interior Design (약국 근무자의 실내디자인 만족도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for better design of Pharmacy after introducing the new system of separation of dispensing from prescribing medicine. To analyze characteristics of interior design in pharmacy and measure workers' satisfaction, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 255 workers who serve at any Pharmacies located in Busan, Korea. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA were performed with the SPSS Win program(Ver. 10.0). The satisfaction level of working environment was a little higher then an average. In terms of an area, an entrance was the highest, and dispensary was the lowest. Compared to the result of working time in the dispensary, it is necessary to study more about dispensary design for workers.

  • 어디서나 접속할 수 있는 인터넷의 광역성과 최근 들어 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래의 급진전, 네트웍을 통한 다양한 형태의 원격 접속 확대 등으로 이제 많은 기업들이 통신비가 상대적으로 저렴하면 서도 기밀성이 보장되는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network(IP VPN) 도입을 서두르고 있다 VPN은 공중망 인프라를 공유하여 구축된 가상 사설망을 의미한다. IP VPN으로 기업은 본사와 지사를 연결하는 Intranet, 협력사와 연결되는 Extranet 그리고 최근 들어 급증하고 있는 이동 근무자와 재택 근무자를 회사에 안전하게 연결시킬 수 있는 원격 접속 등을 경제적으로 구축할 수 있다. 또한 광케이블과 동축케이블이 혼합된 Hybrid Fiber & Coaxial(HFC)망이 초고속인터넷, 디지털방송, 주문형비디오(VOD) 등의 멀티미디어 서비스를 수용하기에 가장 좋은 방안으로 최근 각광을 받고 있다. HFC망은 기존의 CATV망을 기반으로 하므로 신규 투자비가 적게 들면서도 다양한 형태의 고속 데이터 통신이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 HFC망에서의 IP VPN의 성능을 전송 프로토콜과 암호화 알고리즘을 달리 하면서 어떤 요소가 성능에 얼마나 영향을 주는지와 요소간 상호작용이 어떻게 일어나는지, 또한 어떤 조합으로 VPN 통신을 할 때 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는지를 비교 분석한다.

  • In this study, the IOT-based desk layout method was proposed to complement the existing seating method and to improve the work efficiency. The IoT system for the desk layout needs determining the function, type and network protocol of the sensor to find out the working status of the desk to reasonably assist the worker's seat placement. A collection method was proposed. The algorithm used in Block Stacking was used when deciding how to allocate seats using the acquired data. As a result, we could suggest an arithmetic basis for rational desk layout in IoT environment and show that it can be applied to an advanced flexible seating system based on working type in addition to the preferences of employees in the future.

The Effect of Police Department Size on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention among Police Officers (경찰관서 규모가 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, I examine whether differences in the levels of job satisfaction and turnover intention exist with regard to the police department size. To accomplish this, a way ANOVA analysis of variance(One-way ANOVA) was conducted. As a result, a significant differences were found in job satisfaction and turnover intention according to the department size and grade. Specifically, first, in the job satisfaction level on the department size, the smaller department size was, the lower job satisfaction level was and the bigger department size was, the higher job satisfaction level was. Second, in the turnover intention level on the department size, the result was not statistically significant. Third, in the job satisfaction level on the department grade, the lower department grade was, the higher job satisfaction level was and the higher department grade was, the lower job satisfaction level was. Fourth, in the turnover intention level on the department grade, the lower department grade was, the lower turnover intention level was and the higher department grade was, the higher turnover intention level was.

  • 본고에서는, 빌딩에서 최적의 사무 환경을 유지하면서, 최소의 비용으로 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 방안을 자동제어 시스템을 통한 실제 사례를 들어서 설명한다. 경제 성장과 생활 수준의 향상으로 인하여 쾌적한 거주 및 사무환경의 요구에 발 맞추어, 현대 빌딩에 있어서 가장 주안점을 두어야 할 것은 빌딩 근무자 들이 쾌적한 사무환경 속에서 지적인 생산성을 극대화하는 것이다. 하지만, 빌딩의 근무 여건이 쾌적하지 못하여, 낭비되는 생산성을 흔히 너무도 쉽게 지나쳐 버리는 상황이 아직까지도 우리나라의 현실이다. 이로 인하여 근무 능률이 제대로 발휘되지 못하고 손실되는 시간을 돈으로 계산하면 천문학적으로 엄청난 금액이 될 것이다.(중략)

신경감각작업에 종사하는 작업자의 피로감과 수면시간의 관계

  • 산업계를 중심으로 많은 직장에서 교대제 근무가 실시되고 있으나, 교대작업에 관한 작업시간의 단축이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 교대제근무의 도입에 따라 직장내에서 취하는 수면과 이러한 수면후 아침 일찍 작업을 계속하는 경우도 일반화 되고 있다. 일반적으로, 수면시간은 적어도 7시간 정도 취하는 것이 이상적 이라고 일본 후생성 등에서 권장하고 있지만, 직장에 따라서는 심야 근무의 종료시간등의 문제때문에, 반드시 이러한 수면의 장려시간이 지켜지는 경우는 많지 않다. 따라서, 수면량의 부족 및 그에 따른 수면의 질적 저하가 다음날 작업시에 작업자의 심신반응에 좋지않은 영향을 미치게 될것이라는 것은 쉽게 예상할 수가 있다. 이러한 점을 배경으로, 본 연구는 신경감각작업의 대표적인 예의 하나인 열차운전에 종사하는 운전사을 대상으로 새벽에 하는 작업에 대해 전날밤에 취한 수면의 양.부가 작업시에 작업자의 자각적 피로감에 양향을 미친는 가를 사례적으로 연구하여 분석한 것이다.

The Correlation of Dental Hygienist's Educational Experience in Infection Control with the Activity Ratio of Infection Control in Health Belief Model (건강신념모형을 적용한 치과위생사의 감염관리 교육경험에 따른 수행도와의 관련성)

  • This study examined the correlation of educational experience with practical behavior in infection control. Subjects were 152 dental hygienists in Gwangju from September 15 to October 5, 2015. The ratio of dental hygienists educated on infection control was higher in those worked in dental care with 2~4 dentist for 2~5 years and lower in those worked in dental cared with 1 dentist for 2~5 years (p<0.05, p<0.001). The dental hygienists with or without educational experience in infection control exhibited the highest activity rate in hand wash and the lowest in face protection. Barrier in health belief, was lower with the need for education in infection control among the factors affecting on the activity in infection control. The activity was higher with susceptibility and cue to action (p<0.05). Based on the results, education program on infection control should be developed, and applied periodically and obligatorily for dentist and all staffs of dental care to remove susceptibility and barrier, and to enhance cue to action. This will result the effective control of infection by elevating the health belief.

Organizational Culture, Organizational Structure and Emotional Labor of Dental Workers Impact of Convergence on Job Satisfaction (치과종사자들의 조직문화, 조직구조 및 감정노동의 융합적 관계가 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study surveyed the convergence of organizational culture, organizational structure, emotional labor on job satisfaction of dental workers and analyzed it with SPSS WIN18.0 program to obtain statistically significant results(p<.05). Organizational culture was high men, dental hygienist, university graduates, hospitals, many workers, High income. Organization structure was high hospitals, many workers. Emotional labor was high low age and career, single, drinking. Job satisfaction was high more than 10 workers, high income. There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational structure. The regression analysis showed that Y (job satisfaction) = .907 + .106 (organizational structure). Therefore, in order to enhance job satisfaction of dental workers, it is necessary to make an effort to form a positive organizational culture by considering variables related to organizational structure.

Investigation of Infection Prevention by Dental Hygienist's Personal Protection (치과위생사의 개인방호에 관한 감염방지 실태조사)

  • The relation among the variables of dental hygienists' both personal protection and infection prevention education was investigated in order to identify the necessity of realization of personal protection and utilize in the development of educational programs. The study tools included structured questionnaire and in-home interview. Data analysis included frequency and t-test, and the relations among the variables were as below: (1) Dental hygienist's maskwearing was most well observed in Kyonggi-do (90.0%) by locations, and in the dental hospitals (84.8%) by working places, which was statistically significant. (2) Glove-wearing was most well observed in the university and the higher graduates population (59.1%) by academic background, and in the dental hospital (73.9%) by working place, which was statistically significant. (3) Protection glasses-wearing was most well observed in Guns, Ups, and Myons (82.4%) by locations, which was statistically significant. (4) Uniforms were hand-laundered at home in the 40.9% of the university and the higher graduates, which was statistically significant. (5) About infection management, 67.0% of 2-year college graduates and 71.7% of the respondents from dental hospitals had been educated during their college days, which was statistically significant. (6) About the necessity of infection education, 77.3% of the university graduates responded it is very necessary, which was statistically significant.
