This study is to understand the logistic area effect for the satisfaction of military service; service people work the unit of Marine Corps which is close or far away from North Korea and infantry people from the structural equation models based on the component based method(PLS). From the result, we note that the trustworthy and suitability of supply are the most important factors in their of military service satisfaction for Marine Corps.

The ROK military conluded that the dead of a young soldier, walking back to his unit was caused by a ricochet after carrying our some construction work near firing range in Gangwon Province in last Septemebr. But when it was revealed that he was hit by a stray bullet cause, this fact caused public fury. To solve these problems, we will analyze the individual fire shooting range of our military units from a safe perspective and propose ways to improve it by applying the cases of the United States, which are both permanent and scientific.

The interview for the selection of army officers had a lot of interview questions and topical content, so it was difficult to prepare for military officers applicants. Applicants who pass the written evaluation will be selected after passing the final interview. However, as the number of applicants is relatively decreasing due to the improvement of the treatment of the soldiers, it is expected that there will be a shortage of executives to operate advanced equipment in the future. To ensure that excellent applicants do not drop out of the final interview, we intend to provide interview-related data and suggest a unique interview direction for applicants.

This study proposed an IT convergence curriculum for educating the Non-Commissioned Officers. This program was produced by the comprehensive reference to the curriculums of military academies and systematic and rational modelling. The key features of the proposed curriculum are to consolidate the following three areas to meet the needs of the NCO, a recipient of the education. First, IT related subjects were posed as a mainstay of the curriculum that is critical for the scientific and information advancement of the forces. Second, the military leadership courses were included in the effective management of the soldiers. Third, military counseling certificate courses were included, a ground breaking trial nationally. In addition to this, we presented a characterized courses that focus on hands-on skills and knowledge for performing the duties of the NCO.

This study, using questionnaires to target Servicemen were investigating. Study period of 2009 October to 24 was 20 days. All 600 questionnaires distributed affair, but 565 cases were collected. The purpose of the this study was serviceman investigate the actual conditions of utilization of private hospitals and awareness for the level of military hospital medical service as well as to the selection of future for the private hospitals is to finding. Results of the study are as follows: Outpatient utilization rate of each other the military hospital and private hospitals was 60.7% and 18.9%.(p<.000) The results of frequency study of the factors which affect the private hospital is satisfaction of medical workforce(58.9%), medical equipment and facilities(49.6%), etc. The choice of hospital were inpatient and outpatient both the selected by private hospitals. Had to prefer a private hospital were statistically significant (p<.005). In conclusion, to increase the preference of the military hospital is level of private hospital health care level of should be to developed. More support to financial should provide for medical workforce and setting of cutting edge medical equipment in the military hospital. Military hospital is should be competition with private hospital. Also should be improve the quality of military medical service.

The Korean military is having difficulty maintaining combat power due to the insufficient troop numbers caused by a demographic cliff and the reduction of the mandatory military service period. Recently, discussions on improving the military training system have increased significantly. This paper proposes an optimization model to establish military training schedules to improve combat power. The oblivion and learning effects on training tasks were quantified through a survey and applied to the model. The objective value, combat power, was calculated based on the total task scores of the unit members and the number of task failures after four weeks. The scenarios were configured by the change in educational conditions and initial scores of some tasks. As a result of scenario experiments, combat power has increased by at least 10% and up to 77%, which is sufficient to maintain combat power considering the change in troops. In addition, the planning of combat skill tasks has a significant impact on combat power. Through this research model, it is expected that military training managers will be able to establish a training schedule that maintains or improves the combat power of troops effectively.

In recent years, interest in the welfare of soldiers is increasing. More specifically, soldiers enlisted to fulfill their military service obligations live a group life that is controlled by group life, unlike military officers selected by their will. Therefore, this study aims to verify whether there is an effect of improving the morale of soldiers by increasing the satisfaction of military service meals along with the trend of increasing morale through enhancement of soldier welfare. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we surveyed 145 army soldiers working in the front and rear areas and used 137 valid samples for analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, both SERVQUAL (Responsiveness·Assurance, Tangibles) and Servicescape (Spatial Environment, Spatial Design) had a positive (+) effect on military meal satisfaction. Second, military service satisfaction and emotional commitment have a positive (+) effect on morale. Third, satisfaction with military meals has a positive effect on emotional commitment. This research has also shown that improvements in SERVQUAL (Responsiveness·Assurance, Tangibles) and Servicescape (Spatial Environment, Spatial Design) improve military service satisfaction and emotional engagement. Military food service SERVQUAL (Responsiveness·Assurance, Tangibles) and Servicescape (Spatial Environment, Space Design) must pay attention to increase military morale.

복무적합도 검사는 정신질환이나 사고가능성이 있는 병사를 감별하고, 입대 후 적응문제로 조기 전역할 수 있는 집단을 예측하는 신인성검사 중 하나로, 현재 군에서 징병 및 입영단계에 실시하는 인성검사이다. 이는 전체 검사대상자를 상대로 정신과적 문제 식별을 위한 개별면담이 불가능하기 때문에 위 검사를 통해 대상자를 효율적으로 선별하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 데이터 마이닝을 통해 복무적합도 검사의 판정을 예측 할 수 있을지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 데이터 마이닝의 기법 중 회귀분석의 로지스틱 회귀분석 기법이 복무적합도검사 판정에 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였고, 로지스틱 회귀분석의 추정된 회귀계수를 이용하여 만든 반응확률에 대한 예측 모형식은 높은 정분류율을 보였고 평가 결과 통계적으로 의미가 있음을 증명하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 활용하면 소수의 문항으로 복무적합도 검사 이전의 선별용 검사 개발이나 자가 진단용 검사 개발로 활용이 가능 할 것으로 기대한다.

전투복, 군용 천막 등에 사용되는 위장무늬는 군 작전 수행 시 주변 환경의 색상, 패턴을 모사하여 개인병사 및 무기체계의 위장 기능을 극대화하고, 이를 통해 아군의 생명과 시설피해를 최소화하기 위한 목적으로 사용된다. 특히 최근 들어 군의 작전환경과 임무가 복잡하고 다양해짐에 따라, 작전환경에 대한 데이터의 취득 및 정량적 분석을 통해 전장 환경에 최적화된 위장무늬 패턴 및 색상 추출에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한반도 자연환경 영상에 대한 자기 조직화 지도(SOM, Self-organizing Map) 기반의 한반도 자연환경 대표 색상 군집화 연구 방법에 대해 서술한다. 이를 위해 한반도 내 위도를 고려한 장소에서 시간별, 계절별 자연환경 영상 수집을 진행하며, 수집된 영상 내 다수의 화소의 군집화를 위해 2차원 SOM을 활용한다. 영상 내 각 화소의 색상 값에 대한 SOM의 학습 시, RGB공간상의 색차/색상 인지 왜곡을 피하기 위하여 CIEDE2000 색차 식을 통해 군집화를 진행한다. 실험결과에서는 온라인상으로 수집한 여름 및 가을철 대표 색상 군집화 결과와, 현재까지 수집된 계절별 자연환경 사진 내 6억 7648개 화소에 대한 대표 색상 군집화 결과를 보여준다.

Recently, as soldiers are allowed to use mobile phones, cases are frequently transferred from the police to the military due to criminal acts, and digital evidence is collected separately from the reliability of previous investigations, such as overlapping seizure and search procedures. In this study, through in-depth interviews with practitioners in charge of digital evidence in the military, police, and courts, problems related to digital evidence handling, such as infringement of evidence ability due to overlapping human factors and procedures, are derived and analyzed. The presented procedure verified the effectiveness of the procedure through case analysis, and is expected to contribute to the guarantee of the evidence capacity of digital evidence and the efficiency of handling cases.
