Purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention with clothing products on online platforms (온라인 플랫폼 의류제품의 구매 만족도 및 재구매 의도)

  • This study analyzed differences in the purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of customers who buy clothing products from online platforms. The participants were teenage individuals to those in their 50s residing in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do. The data were examined via factor analysis, a t-test, Analysis of variance(ANOVA), Duncan's multiple range test, two-way ANOVA, and linear regression analysis. The factors for satisfaction with clothing products from online platforms were wearing comfort and quality, design, and price and purchase convenience. The findings revealed that purchase satisfaction based on these factors significantly varied among the participants depending on marital status, age, and occupation. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and design differed by gender. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and price and purchase convenience varied by type of purchase and type of online platforms. The interaction effects among the variables that affected purchase satisfaction were as follows. The interaction effects among the variables for wearing comfort and quality showed significant interactions between gender and type of purchase and between occupation and type of online platforms. Those for design showed significant interactions between marital status and age, between age and occupation, and so on. The interaction effects for price and purchase convenience showed significant interactions between marital status and gender and between age and occupation. The results on repurchase intention showed significant differences in such intention by marital status, age, and occupation. Repurchase intention was influenced by wearing comfort and quality, price and purchase convenience, design, and age.

청년기 여성의 의류상표선택과 가정환경과의 관계 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청년기 여성의 국내 및 외국 의 류상표선태과 가정의 가치지향성 및 물리적 가정환 경과의 관계를 조사하며. 상표선택에 따른 상표결정 동기의 차이를 파악하고 의복구매 후 만족도에 영향을 주는 특성을 조사하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 질문지법을 사용하였으며, 조사대상은 서울시내 여고생과 여자대학생 408명이었다(여고생 224명, 여대생 184명). 가정환경변인 측정도구는 정원식의 '가정환경진단검사'중에서 가정의 가치지향 성을 사용하였으며. 사회상승주의, 물질주의, 전통주 의에 관한 내용을 포함하였다. 상표선택은 최근에 구 입한 캐주얼웨어의 상표에 대한 내용과 구입희망 상 표를 조사하였으며, 상표결정동기는 5점 척도의 10 문항을 사용하였다. 가정의 물리적 환경은 부모의 학력, 사회계층, 주거공간을 조사하였으며, 인구통계적인 변인으로 학년, 연령, 용돈을 조사하였다. 조사기 간은 2000년 4월이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여고생 및 여대생이 구입한 의류상표는 국 내상표가 24.0%. 외국 상표가 37.5%. 상표명을 기억 하지 않는 상표무관심 집단이 38.5%였다. 구입희망 상표는 외국상표가 48.8%. 국내상표가 26.0%. 무관 심집단이 25.2%로서 구입한 상표보다 구입희망상표 의 경우 외국상표가 더 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 둘째, 가정의 가치지향성은 국내 및 외국의류상표 구입집단에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 가정 의 가치지향성 중에서 사회상승주의는 구입희망 집 단에 따라 유의한 차이가 있어, 외국상표 구입희망 집단은 가정의 사회상승주의가 높았고, 상표무관심 집단은 사회상승주의가 낮았다. 따라서 사회적 지위 상승을 추구하는 가치관을 지닌 가정의 청소년들은 부모의 가치관에 영향을 받아 외국상표 의류를 희망 하여 의복을 통해 신분상승을 추구하려는 정도가 높은 것으로 해석된다. 셋째, 국내 및 외국 의류상표 구입집단운 부모의 학력, 가정의 사회계층 및 주거공간과 유의 한 관계가 있었다. 아버지와 어머니의 학력이 대졸 이상의 경우 는 외국상표를 더 많이 구입하였고, 부모띄 학력이 고졸인 청소년은 상표 무관심집단이 많았다. 또 상류 층은 외국상표 및 국내상표를 구매한 비율씨 비슷하 게 높았으나 하류층은 상표 무관심집단이 더 많은 편이었다. 구입회망상표와 사회계층 및 주거공간과 는 유의한 관계가 없었다. 따라서 청년기 여성은 가정의 사회계층과 관계없이 외국상표의 구입을 희망 하는 정도가 높다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 외국상표 구입 집단은 국내상표 구입 집단 보다 상표를 미리 결정하는 경우가 더 많았고. 백화 점에서 구입하는 정도가 더 높았다. 또한 여대생은 의류상표선택과 용돈이 유의한 관계가 없었으나 여고생은 유의한 관계가 있었다. 다섯째. 외국상표 구입집단은 국내상표 구입집단 보다 주위 사람의 상표와 상표의 명성이 더 높은 구입동기로 작용하였으나. 품질, 유행, 할인가, 디자인, 가격, 착용감은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 여섯째, 상표결정동기 중 할인가 구매는 가정의 사회상승주의 및 물질지향주의와 유의한 정적 관계 가 있었고, 적절한 가격도 물질지향주의와 정적 관계 를 나타냈다. 가정의 전통주의는 의복의 디자인과 부 정적인 관계, 상점의 위치와는 정적관계가 있었다. 따라서 전통주의적인 가치관을 지닌 가정의 자녀는 편리한 상점의 위치가 상표결정동기로 작용하는 데 영향을 주는 특성임을 알 수 있다. 일곱째, 의복만족에 동시에 영향을 주는 요인은 디자인, 면안성, 타인의 착용( - ). 상표의 명성, 외국 상표선택, 의복품질로 나타났으며. 6개 변인을 통한 설명력은 24.4%였다. 즉 상표를 결정할 때 디자인, 편안성, 상표의 명성, 의복품질을 고려하며. 주위사람들이 착용한 상표를 고려하지 않을수록 만족도가 높았으며, 외국상표를 선택한 집단일수록 만족도가 높았다. 종합적으로 볼 때 가정의 사회상승주의가 높은 청년기 여성은 외국상표 구입을 희망하는 비율이 높고 부모의 사회경제적 지위가 높을수록 외국상표 구입 빈도가 높았으며. 외국상표를 구입한 여성은 의복구 매 후 만족도가 높았다. 또한 청소년들이 외국 의류 상표를 구매하는 데에는 상표의 명성과 타인의 옷차 림이 영향을 주었으나, 타인의 착용에 영향을 받는 정도가 높을수록 의복 구매 후 만족도는 낮아진다고 할 수 있다.

Research on Consumers Purchasing Characteristics and Satisfaction for Hanwoo Beef (한우에 대한 소비자의 구매특성 및 만족도 조사)

  • The study was performed through questionnaire to determine purchase characteristics and consumers' satisfaction for Hanwoo beef for 400 residents in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results obtained from 363 consumers excluding 37 improperly answered ones were statistically analyzed. The properly answered consumers were classified according to gender, 107 (29.5%) male, 256 (70.5%) female, and ages, 70 (19.3%) twenties, 97 (26.7%) thirties, 131 (36.1%) forties, and 65 (17.9%) over fifties. Consumers having older ages purchased Hanwoo beef more frequently (p<0.05), and Hanwoo specialty shop operated by farmers cooperative was the most popular purchasing sources. Consumers' favorite retail cuts for Hanwoo beef were in the order of loin (43.5%), ribs (22.9%), tender loin (10.5%), brisket (9.9%), round, fore (4.7%), others (3.3%), chuck (2.8%), strip loin, rump (2.5%). For the experiences of purchasing imported beef, 24.55% and 22.3% of consumers answered for 'sometimes' and 'yes', respectively, for the reason of 'low price' (73.3%). Consumers answered 'sometimes' (69.1%) for the question of disguisement of imported beef to Hanwoo beef, and thought traceability (61.7%) and country of origin (17.1%) would be the most effective methods to prevent disguisement. Percentages of responses were 61.1% and 75.5% for traceability and country of origin, respectively, under the assumption of consumer's trustworthiness of above 70%. Prerequisites for Hanwoo beef to succeed as a brand were in the order of taste (3.90 points), consumers' satisfaction (3.28 points), consumers' trustworthiness (3.20 points), safety (3.03 points). Consumers' satisfaction is influenced by the age, academic background and the occupation (p<0.05). Safety is expected to show the difference by the educational background (p<0.05) and the occupation (p<0.01), whereas consumers trustworthiness is influenced by the educational background and income (p<0.05). From the results obtained in the current study, it is concluded that traceability and country of origin is essential to gain consumers' satisfaction and trustworthiness, and that the most important factors for branding Hanwoo beef would be taste and safety.

Job importance, job performance, and job satisfaction in dietitians at geriatric hospitals or elderly healthcare facilities in Jeju (제주지역 요양 (병)원 영양사의 직무중요도, 직무수행도 및 직무만족도 분석)

  • Purpose: This study analyzed job importance, job performance, and job satisfaction in 38 dietitians working at geriatric hospitals and elderly healthcare facilities in Jeju surveyed from September 15-24, 2014 with the aim of providing basic data for improving the quality of meals and nutrition management for elderly patients. Methods: Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS Win program (version 12.0). Results: Regarding job importance, the average score was 4.29 (out of 5), indicating that hygiene and safety management scored the highest at 4.77 (out of 5), and nutrition management scored the lowest at3.86. In terms of job performance of subjects, the average score was 2.87 (out of 5), indicating that cooking operation management scored the highest at 4.42 (out of 5). Regarding the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of job importance and job performance, hygiene and safety management and cooking operation management scored high for importance and performance (B quadrant) menu management, human resource management, and nutrition management scored low for importance and performance (C quadrant) and purchasing management and financial management were included inD quadrant and A quadrant, respectively. For the level of job satisfaction of subjects, the average score was 3.37 (out of 5), indicating that relationships with colleagues scored the highest at 3.72, and improving professionalism scored the lowest at 2.95. Additionally, job importance and performance of subjects were positively correlated withjob satisfaction (r = 0.395, r = 0.386, both p < 0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, scores for job importance and job performance of nutrition management were low, and job satisfaction of improving professionalism scored low. Therefore, continuous training and education programs of nutrition management should be provided to improve professionalism of dietitians at geriatric hospitals and elderly healthcare facilities.

The Effect of Lifestyle, Service and Quality of Bakery Products on Purchasing Intention (라이프스타일에 따른 베이커리 제품이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Lifestyle has the largest influence on purchasing intention. Currently, consumers have to be adjusted to dynamic environmental change, therefore they are demanding more and more on bakery items and functional food products. It is important to understand the trend of customers' eating habits and the effect of this trend on purchasing intention as well as the development of special characteristics in purchase, viewpoints, and behaviors. Based on this fact, this study was conducted to classify the types of lifestyle according to the consumer's behavior and to examine how the variety and quality of bakery products affect consumer's purchasing pattern. The subjects of this survey were housewives in thirties and forties at the national capital region. AIO(activities, interests, opinions) analysis was used to classify lifestyle and to investigate the effect or relationship between lifestyle, variety and quality of bakery products. Lifestyle was classified into the pursuit of rationality, the pursuit of utility and the pursuit of convenience. The information was the most concerning area in the pursuit of rationality, the taste in the pursuit of utility, and convenience in the pursuit of convenience. The purchasing intention was not affected by the quality of the bakery product itself but by the satisfaction with the service of the bakery.

  • In this study, we compared the perception of absolute purchase of equipment for broadcasting equipment purchasing demand according to the rapid change of domestic content production and distribution method, and the degree of information such as technical reliability and system stability of domestic broadcasting equipment perceived by consumer The effects were analyzed through a research model. Due to the lack of existing research data on broadcasting equipment demand, we conducted in depth interviews with surveys of broadcasting equipment and surveys. As a result of analysis, compared to foreign equipments, there are many cases of purchase of domestic equipments, systems, and block purchases. To improve the preference and satisfaction of Korean broadcasting equipment, which is recognized by domestic demand for broadcasting equipment, it is urgent to improve the technical reliability and to develop core key equipment and to expand the demand of domestic equipment limited to small power transmitter antenna and monitor equipment. It is urgent to develop in order to develop overseas and to support the domestic market to secure the domestic market.

A Study on Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Intentions and Purposes in Direct-To-Consumer Genetic Test (소비자의뢰 유전자검사 구매 의도 및 목적에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • Innovation of genomics technology has recently been extended to Direct To Consumer Genetic Test (DTC-GT) which consumers purchase without requesting the service on medical institutes. In 2016, Korea has introduced the DTC-GT but the market size is small comparing to global market. This study analyzes consumers' purchase intentions and purposes and their influential factors based on 2018 consumer survey. According to the results of binominal and multinominal logistic regression, knowledge after purchase, attitude on medical care benefit, health status are statistically significant on purchase intentions. Purchase purposes are different on age group and related on medical care rather than health care. These results imply that DTC-GT is needed to improve consumer satisfaction, re-purchase and effective care service. This paper is expected to contribute on strategic directions for the new DTC-GT product development.

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

Design Preference & Consumer Trend of Younger Children's Parents for Smart Animal Toy (영유아 부모의 동물형 스마트 토이 디자인 선호도 및 구매요인)

  • The purpose of this study was firstly, to explore the design preference, consumer experience and purchasing factors of parents for smart animal toys and secondly, investigate whether there is a difference by children's sex and age. For this purpose, the questionnaire survey was conducted with 344 parents of younger children in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. As a result, the white or brown colored 20~30cm, dog-type smart toy was preferred and the sound was considered as the most important function. Besides role of toy, smart toy was expected to play as a pet, a friend and a younger sibling. Actually, dog-type smart toy were most frequently purchased. And main satisfied causes were fun, interactivity and design and dissatisfied causes were noise, price, battery life and durability of purchased smart toys. Finally, the important factors in purchasing smart toy were the safety, durability, battery life, sustainable play, education and washability. The parents' preference, customer experience and purchasing factors showed little significant differences according to the sex and the age of the children. This research will be useful in understanding parents purchasing activity of smart animal toys and provide valuable data for function construction, design and service planning necessary to develop the smart animal toy.

The Influence of Healthy Lifestyle toward Wine Selection Attributes (건강 라이프스타일이 와인 선택속성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how the characteristics of healthy lifestyle and wine selection influence each other, and how healthy life and wine selection themselves influence the overall satisfaction of wine. The data collected for this study was taken from a sample of 285 persons during the period of August 29, 2013 to September 29, 2013. Extrapolating from the data, three different characteristics of a healthy lifestyle were identified: health confidence, health sensibility and a desire for good health. Three different characteristics of wine selection were also identified: wine label, wine experience and wine recommendation. The relations of influence between healthy lifestyle and wine selecting attributes were analysed through canonical correlation and regression analysis. This report concludes that healthy lifestyle and wine selection strongly influence each other and their combination has a significant influence on the satisfaction of wine. Among the different healthy lifestyle characteristics identified, the desire for good health was the primary factor that significantly influenced wine satisfaction. With regard to wine selection, the label of wine and experience of wine were the primary factors that significantly influenced wine satisfaction.
