Purpose: This study aims to analyze the current status of research related to infants and school-age-child published in the journal of Korean society for school & community health education from 2000 to 2023, with the goal of contributing to the future development and enhancement of the journal. Method: From 2000 to 2023, 52 papers were analyzed, comparing and classifying their journal topic, research types, data collection methods, and data analysis methods. Results: The results shows that the highest publication trend occurred between 2008 and 2012, with most studies focusing on school-age children. In terms of research topic, 'health behavior and health education' was the most frequent with 14 papers (26.9%), followed by oral health with 9 papers (17.3%), safety management with 7 papers (13.5%), and sexual awareness with 6 papers (11.5%). Quantitative research was the most common research type, with surveys being the primary data collection method. Descriptive statistics and t-test were the most frequently used data analysis methods. Conclusion: To enhance the quality of the journal of Korean society for school & community health education, there should be an expansion of evidence-based research focusing on infants and school-age children. Additionally, there is a need for greater diversity in research design, data collection, and analysis methods.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of elementary mathematics education in Japan. For this purpose, 192 papers published by Japan Society of Mathematics Education for the last 10 years(2004-2013) were analyzed according to there criteria. First, as for research topics, the frequent topics in order were instructional design and methods (36.7%), analysis of curriculum and textbook, general studies, learners' perspectives and abilities, evaluation, teacher education, education engineering and parish. Second, the contents were researched by the order of number and operations (47.4%), geometry, regularity, measurement and probability and statistics. Finally, research subjects of this study were researched by the order of students(39.3%), teachers. Papers dealing with lower graders as well as pre-service teachers were rare. And article dealing with low-achievers and gifted students were not founded. On the basis of this result, we hope it will provide the follow-up and the idea of the elementary mathematics education in Korea and also help various and balanced development.

The purpose of the research is to analyze research trends related to climate change education by network analysis based on keywords extracted from the research title. For this purpose, 62 papers were selected from Korean Citation Index(KCI) journals published from 2011 to 2020 using such keywords as "climate change" and "climate change education" in the Research Information Sharing Service. The analysis procedure consisted of selection of analysis papers, keyword extraction and purification, and keyword network analysis and visualization. Textom, Ucinet 6.0, and NetDraw were used to analyze the frequency, degree centrality, and betweenness centrality. The results of the research showed that, first, Early 'Energy and Climate Change Education' had the highest frequency of papers examining climate change education. Second, the keywords/phrases that appeared most frequently in research on climate change education were "program" "energy," "analysis," "elementary school," "elementary school," "elementary school students," "development," and "impact." Third, the analysis of the centrality of betweenness centrality showed that the index of 'program', 'primary students' and 'primary schools' were the highest, and the largest group was 'development and effect of teaching and learning programs'. Based on these results, it was concluded that future research on climate change education needs to be examined in further detail and expanded into more specific areas.

This study examined the research trends of sustainable development education in the family life area, focusing on papers published in journals specialized in the Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) subject from 1989 to 2018. The papers from three journals were selected based on the titles, abstracts, and keywords for their contents related to sustainable development education. The results were analyzed by frequency analysis and cross-tabulation. Sustainable development education has surged since the mid-2000s when national interest on this topic sharply increased. Rather than focusing on particular content areas in home economics, most research was conducted through an integrated approach. More than half of the studies were conducted in experimental studies, with the largest number of studies involving elementary school students. Of the three components of ESD, research on society was most frequently conducted, followed by the environmental area. The contents of the home economics curriculum and the details of sustainable development were related. More related research should be conducted so that various sustainable development education can improve students' practical problem-solving ability through Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) curriculum.

This study analyzed 493 domestic mathematics curriculum articles published in KCI's listings from 1997 to 2019 using LDA topic modeling. As a result, domestic mathematics curriculum research could be categorized into eight topics such as 'context in a curriculum', 'analysis a curriculum by the mathematical concept', 'form, system, meaning, and character of a curriculum', 'instruction and application of a curriculum', 'implementation and evaluation of a curriculum', 'tasks in a curriculum', 'analysis of a curriculum based on ability', 'compare and analysis curriculum and textbook'. The topic 'implementation and evaluation of a curriculum' was identified with the lowest proportion. Also, we performed the simple regression analysis with the weight of topics in the application period of the curriculum, and 'analysis of a curriculum based on ability' appeared as a 'hot topic'. Furthermore, topics appeared differently depending on the application period of the curriculum. Some of the appeared topics showed a tendency to match the emphasis of the highlight in a mathematics curriculum. Based on the results, future studies should develop frameworks for mathematics curriculum studies and extend the field of mathematical curriculum studies to make progress. Furthermore, future studies are needed to examine the enactment, feedback, and competency evaluation in the mathematical curriculum.

This study aimed to review trends in Korean medical education research from 2003 to 2022. A total of 60 studies were identified, with an increasing trend in publication numbers. The research topics covered various aspects of Korean medicine education, including curriculum, basic science, clinical science, teaching methods, history, and international comparisons. Text mining analysis revealed "Curriculum", "Satisfaction" and "Clinical" to be frequent terms. The study suggests that Korean medicine education research should continue to develop, given its broad scope and growing interest.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of domestic research on mathematics teacher education in terms of timings, topics, methods, and subjects. For this purpose, a total of 111 articles dealing with mathematics teacher education, published since 1992 by the Korea Society of Educational Studies in Mathematics, were analyzed. The results of this study showed that the number of such articles has been rapidly increased since the late 2000's. Research on the professional development for teachers has been the most frequent topic but the studies dealing with teacher knowledge or orientation tend to be popular. Qualitative research methodology, specifically case study, has been most frequently employed in studying mathematics teacher education. The subjects for research included a similar portion of in-service and pre-service teachers, and elementary and secondary school teachers. Given these results, this paper closes with several implications for future research direction on mathematics teacher education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate research trends in the area of science education for the gifted through the analysis of articles published from 1999 to 2009. The articles were analyzed by subjects, topics and study method. In the analysis according to year, we discovered that the number of articles has increased since 2005. Most research subjects were middle school students. Other research subjects included elementary and high school students. The first topic that was researched in general was the characteristics of the scientifically gifted. The second topic was the curriculum and program of science education for the gifted. It was also found that the method most employed was surveys, followed by experimental study.

The purpose of this study was to understand the knowledge structure through keyword network analysis for the purpose of identifying research trends in the research field of multicultural education. To this end, the research trends and intellectual structure of multicultural education were identified through network analysis of words that appeared more than 6 times in the keywords of the papers registered in the KCI (Korean Journal of Citation Index) from 2002 to 2020. Study changes were analyzed by analysis. As a result of the analysis, the first period (2002-2010) focused on multicultural society and multiculturalism, while the second period (2011-2015) additionally introduced multicultural families, globalization, and teacher education, and the third period (2016-2020), multicultural receptivity, multicultural sensitivity, and multicultural efficacy were newly revealed. The research trend of multicultural education in Korean society over the past 19 years has been confirmed that the research topic has changed from theoretical research to empirical research, and the content of multicultural education has also been specified and expanded by field and subject.

덴마크의 코펜하겐에서 지난 7월 4일부터 11일까지 열린 ICME-10에서는 전체강연과 정규강연 외에 29개의 주제연구에 따른 논문발표 등이 있었다. 29개의 주제연구 중에는 영재교육을 주제로 한 분과가 있었는데, 이때 발표된 논문은 미국 5편, 이스라엘, 불가리아, 한국 각 4편, 일본 3편을 포함하여 그리스, 러시아, 노르웨이, 브라질, 캐나다, 라트비아 등 18개국에서 총 36편이 발표되었고, 발표에 참여한 인원은 공동연구자를 포함하여 50여명에 이른다. 본고에서는 이러한 논문들을 살펴보아 최근의 영재교육의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.
