The study aims to figure the effect quality of perceived education service on service value of student' satisfaction major in physical education students' of college. The subjects of the study are students enrolled in Junior colleges located in Seoul and five major cities (Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Ulsan and Gwangju) as of May 2008. It adopted purposeful sampling method to sample 443 students, and 409 effective samples were used in the study. SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct factor, reliability, frequent analysis, correlation and regression analyses, and the study reached the following conclusions. First, the tangibles and responsiveness of the quality of education service had positive effected on the value of service. Second, the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and irritability had positive effected on students' satisfaction. Third, the value of service had positive effected on students' satisfaction.

According to increasing smartphone users, Public mobile services is expanding across all areas, including education. We have to prepare NEIS(National Education Information System) student and parent service based on smartphone that provide information about student's school life for the smartphone users. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted an online questionnaire survey for student and parent. User's perception for existing services were analyzed by factors of content availability, service utilization, and user affinity. Reliability analysis of the collected data, the results of correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were found reliable. The user affinity factor have the most significant impact on user satisfaction and intention to user smartphone service. Consequently, the study stresses a measure of NEIS student and parent service based on smartphone and public education information service through the perception analysis of these.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가능해보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등의 개선된 기능이 있는 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다.

Today, as the number of applicants for admission decreases, competition among universities is deepening in Korea. Especially, the existence of local universities has led to intense competition to increase the enrollment rate of new students and reduce dropout rate. To survive in this competition, local universities are making various efforts; however, the primary problem is improving their educational service quality. In this study, we have developed a device to measure educational service quality which can be applied to the field of higher education, and factors that determine educational service quality are dragged through this device. In addition, this research identifies which statistically significant factors play a part in overall satisfaction and word of mouth effect, and interprets 29 quality attributes using importance-satisfaction transformed index.

The reason I propose the work to suggest the appropriate education for coffee and improvement on the service quality of education coffee related majors at vocational school that affects the students' satisfaction and recommend intention, achieved the training for professional man. For the study, I did a research in October, 2011, targeting 263 students who complete regular course majoring in coffee at vocational school. The main study results as follows. First, the result from the service quality of education that affects students' satisfaction, the tangibles is the highest portion followed by assurance, contents, responsiveness and reliability. Second, the result shown satisfaction has influence on loyalty represents the positive effect which corresponds to the previous study. Through the study, the facilities and equipment are the most considerable elements for improving coffee education and the professional teachers and instructors with leadership are also necessary condition in order to develop coffee education system though, the students are not satisfied with all connection towards their future careers, hence I deliberate the long term measures to improve all matters for coffee industry.

The purpose of this study is to verify how much the education service quality related to physical security of security department students affects college life satisfaction and academic continuation decision. To this end, a survey was conducted from April 10 to 28, 2023 targeting 200 university students receiving physical security education at the university. The survey contents were composed by dividing the variables into "first, educational service quality, second, college life satisfaction and third, academic continuation decision," and based on this, 3 research hypotheses were selected. We calculated regression analysis to examine the study model. Analysis result, among the 3 research hypotheses, "Educational service quality ⇨ College life satisfaction, College life satisfaction ⇨ Academic continuation decision" was significantly calculated and adopted, but "Education service quality ⇨ Academic continuation decision" was found to be insignificant and rejected. According to the results of a survey conducted among students, it seems that students will have the academic continuation decision only when they are college life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of school library services on fostering students' core competencies. In doing the research, web survey has been conducted and the data of 211 high school students were analyzed. First, the high school students' awareness of school library service facilitation is ranked 3.72 out of 5 point. High school student users' self efficacy is examined toward six core competencies of "2015 Revised Curriculum". The point of communication skills turns out to be 4.07 which is relatively high, and that of creative thinking skills is 3.66, which is relatively low. The analysis of correlations between awareness of school library service facilitations and core competency skills and self efficacy shows quantitatively meaningful correlations in all six competency areas. Based on the consequences of the study, the foundation will be established on the orientation of school library service and the acceleration of practice of competency-based education.

The research results can be summarized in two ways. First, it was confirmed that the provision of public care services for elementary school children had a statistically significant effect on the reduction of children's participation in private education. Second, it was confirmed that the provision of the services had a statistically significant effect on the reduction of children's private education expenses regardless of the mother's economic activity status. Based on this, this study drew the following policy and practical suggestions. First, it is necessary to expand the provision of the services in order to reduce the burden of childrearing of 'working mothers' raising elementary school children. Second, it is necessary to improve quality of the services. To do this, policy-wise, integrated management of services and improvement of treatment of service providers must be made. In the field, it is necessary to improve quality of the services by providing worker education and supervision.

The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether some socio-economic characteristics affect the service users' perception on the change of social condition in healthcare services. The research target for this study was fixed on the sample members in national sample design and the data of this study was used 37,648 effective samples collecting using Probability Proportional to Size. The results of this study using the causal relationships model are as follows: The variables including type of female, age, years of schooling show positive signs on the service users' perception on the social condition change of healthcare. And the variables including household income, temporary worker, casual worker, urban residents show negative signs on the service users' perception on the social condition change of healthcare. In conclusion, the socio-economic characteristics affect the service users' perception on the social condition change of healthcare. And the service user's perception on the social condition change of healthcare was affected positively on the beneficiary side.

초.중등학교에서는 교육행정업무의 효율성을 위하여 학교정보관리시스템을 활용하고있다. 본 논문에서는 NEIS가 학사업무 및 교육행정업무 뿐만 아니라, 전반적인 교육활동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 미흡한 기능에 대한 개선방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, 새로 도입한 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)과 기존의 종합정보관리시스템(SIMS, CS)의 변화된 기능을 파악해보고, NEIS의 효율성과 현장 적합성을 가늠해보았다. 그 결과, 학적관리, 성적관리, 각종 교육통계 및 보고업무, 대민 서비스 등, 기능이 개선된 반면, 보건관리, 교수학습 지원, 그룹웨어 기능의 지원이 미흡하였다. 특히, NEIS가 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 미흡한 교수학습과 그룹웨어 기능의 개선이 시급함을 알았다.
