The Collaboration Framework for Robot Application (로봇 어플리케이션을 위한 협업 프레임워크)

  • The utilization of robot application is growing up in recent years, but there is a constraint to execute various application on the robot because of difference of robot resource. This paper presents the framework in order to solve the resource constraint by sharing resources with other devices near by robot. The framework defines common factors that are needed to collaboration work. Furthermore, We show the working flow of framework with an example consisted of robot and some devices in same network.

The Research of Unplugged Computing Method for Computational Thinking in Elementary Informatics Education (초등정보교육에서의 계산적사고 교육을 위한 언플러그드 컴퓨팅 방법에 관한 고찰)

  • Computer Science has been developed thru the study of information processing, the study of what can be automated, the study of computation, and the study of information processes both natural and artificial. As developing the computer science, the aspect of informatics education was changed. Recently we focus on computational thinking education. In this paper, I review the progress of informatics education and research the applying of unplugged computing as a method of computational thinking education. I also research the considerations about applying of unplugged computing in aspects of teacher preparation, educational content, and teaching resources. As result I found that teachers change their perceptions about computer education, understand the computer science contents, and understand the promotion of students thinking skills in point of view at teacher preparation, that teachers can set the levels of abstraction and can enrich and integrate of contents, and that teacher can manage class time and educational resources preparation in point of view at educational resources.

  • 지금까지의 벤처기업에 관한 연구에서는 어떤 산업에서 벤처기업의 창업이 활발한가에 관한 것이었다면, 최근의 관심은 산업이라기보다는 특정 전문직종이나 개인의 경제 사회적인 특징에 관한 것이다. 특별히 대학(교)이상의 학위를 가지고 있는 고급노동력의 인적자원들이 성공적인 벤처기업을 창업 및 운영하고 있다는 점이 주목받고 있으며, 이들의 공간적 특성과 관계성에 대한 연구는 의미를 갖는다. 벤처기업협회의 벤처기업입지에 관한 자료와 통계청에서 제공하는 지역별, 교육수준별 인구통계를 이용하여 그 관계성을 분석하였다. 우리나라의 지역들 중에서 경기도는 벤처기업이 가장 활발하게 창업되고 있는 지역으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 단순히 대학(교) 교육 이상을 받은 고급노동력이 경기도로 몰려오기 때문만은 아니다. 경기도로 오는 인적자원들은 실제로 기업가정신(entrepreneurship)이 왕성한 고급노동력들인 것이다. 이와 함께, 대전/충남지역 역시 그 지역의 고급노동력의 비율에 비해서 높은 비율로 벤처기업이 창업되고 있음이 발견되었다. 서울과 인천과 같은 수도권 지역 역시 벤처창업이 상대적으로 왕성함이 발견되었다. 반면에 수도권과 충청권을 제외한 지방지역에서는 각 지역들이 보유하고 있는 고급노동력에 비해서 벤처기업의 수가 상대적으로 낮게 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 지방정부 차원에서의 노력이 요망되며, 특별히 연구개발기능의 유치와 지역대학의 연구기능 강화를 위한 대책이 마련되어야 한다.

A Study of Human Resource Practices Affecting Knowledge Sharing and Utilization in Public Organization (공공기관의 인적자원관리가 지식공유 및 지식활용에 미치는 영향)

  • Main drivers of knowledge activities such as knowledge sharing and utilization are individual members of an organization and thus knowledge management strategies should be discussed in relationships with human resource management. This study analyzes the effects on knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization of human resource management practices such as training, participation in decision-making, performance appraisal and compensation system in local government. The results show that training and performance appraisal and compensation system are significantly influential factors for the knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

  • 본 연구는 최근 사회 전반적인 체제의 정보화와 그에 수반되는 제 현상으로, 정보가 모든 생산의 근본요소로 작용하고 있는 기업체의 정보자원관리에 효율성 제고를 위한 새로운 기법 개발과 그 활용모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기업활동을 유리하계 전개하여 기업이 목표로 하는 성과나 이익을 극대화시키기 위해서는 유동적인 국내외의 기업환경 변화와 그게 따른 경제동향, 기술동향 및 신기술 추세, 신제품의 출현과 시장성 등이 정확하게 파악되어야 함이 선행조건이다. 이러한 움직임은 각종 형태의 정보자원을 수집, 가공, 분석, 저장, 변형하여 생산현장에서 의사결정의 요소로 할용할 때 가능하게 된다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 주요 연구내용으로는 정보사회의 발달에 따른 기업환경 분석, 정보관리의 의의와 필요성 및 정보자원관리의 구성요소 등의 이론적 측면과. 실제 기업체의 정보자원관리 현황파악을 통한 정보자원관리 부서의 기능과 역할 방향 및 정보자원관리 기법과 교육모형을 제시함으로써 그 실제적인 적용 가능성을 연구하고 있다.

  • Elementary/secondary school must make the scheme for the Low Carbon Green Growth embodiment because of the environmental problems and the Low Carbon Green Growth Policy for responding to global environmental crisis. This paper proposes a plan to make green elementary/secondary school model through the educational information. It divides into 'Greening of IT Information Resources' and 'Greening of Education Environment' through the educational information'. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school. 'Greening of IT Information Resources' suggests the guideline necessary to the introduction of IT products, the method to abandon considering recycling IT products and environmental information infrastructure model. 'Greening of Education Environment' proposes the IT green practice method for teachers and students to keep and shows the practice of various educational information service to seek a conversion to low carbon education environment. It is expected to embody Green School if these projects are realized to the elementary/secondary school.

  • This study is the purpose of effective safety education measures for special school teachers with intellectual disabilities on the status of safety accidents and preventive education. In summary, the results show that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the safety education activities of teachers at special schools with intellectual disabilities, safety education environment, safety education recognition, safety education knowledge, safety resources and training experience, and internal and external factors. Overall, the experience of safety accidents by teachers is higher than expected, and the practice of safety education to prevent the occurrence of various places, times, and types such as classrooms, staircases, auditoriums, and rides. The practice of safety education to prevent this also indicated that the safety resources of special school teachers and opportunities for training experiences should be expanded more by presenting safety data, knowledge, awareness, and education activities in order.

  • This study purposed to explain the development process on elder education policy in Korea and to find out its characteristic. As previous studies mainly described the current situation of elder education policy to make a proposal, the analysis of the development process and its characteristic was ignored. Analyzing the government documents the elder education policy was started as a part of by considering the part in saemaul(New-village) movement, the current policy support for the elderly leads to the training of human resources. In the process, characteristic of policy are as follows, first, the policy objectives and targets has changed. And in the late 1990s, most of the established elder education policy was not to run. Finally, it is not match between policy making and implementation.

Study on Learning Ecological Performance Analysis of IS-Geo's Educational Training Program (국제지질자원인재개발센터 교육훈련 프로그램의 학습 생태적 성과분석 연구)

  • The purpose of this study sought to analyze the achievement of educational training of IS-Geo's (International School for Geoscience Resources; IS-Geo's) according to the structural relationships between these components by incorporating variables and those that affect learning outcomes from the Learning ecological perspective. Therefore, from January 2014 to December 2015, data analysis was conducted based on the data collected by the questionnaire for class satisfaction, which was conducted after the operation of the educational training program. The principal result is as follows. First of all, Interventions that affect learning outcomes from the learning ecology perspective have resulted in internal factors of both learning motivation and learning development, intermediate factors of both contents of education and learning curriculum, external factors of both learner support and quality of instructors. The structural relationships between the designed factors of performance indicators of interdisciplinary achievement and sub-factors have been influenced in the structural implications of internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors that affect the learning outcomes of educational trainees who participated in the educational training programs of IS-Geo's. Also, internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors have directly affected learning outcomes for educational trainees.

Comparing 'Consumer Life' of Korean and Japanese Home Economics Textbooks Through ESD Concept (한국과 일본 중학교 가정교과서 '소비생활' 관련 단원의 지속가능발전교육(ESD) 구성개념 비교)

  • This study aimed to analyze 'consumer life' units in middle school home economics textbooks in Korea and Japan based on the ESD concept (diversity, interaction, finiteness, fairness, cooperation, responsibility). The objective was to compare how the ESD concept was reflected in Korean and Japanese textbooks. The analysis focused on the units related to 'adolescent consumer life' in Korean textbooks and 'money management and purchase' as well as 'consumer rights and responsibilities' in Japanese textbooks. Results showed that in Korea, responsibility (23.36%) was most emphasized, followed by interaction (22.43%), cooperation (19.63%), fairness (18.69%), finiteness (10.28%), and diversity (5.61%). In Japan, cooperation (21.74%) and interaction (21.45%) received significant attention, followed by fairness (16.23%), responsibility (13.91%), finiteness (13.33%), and diversity (13.33%). Korean textbooks exhibited a wider range of ESD concept percentages compared to Japan. In the Korean textbooks, responsibility was emphasized for promoting rational and ethical consumption, while Japanese textbooks highlighted cooperation in resolving consumer issues and collaborating with local and international communities to address environmental concerns. Interaction was emphasized regarding the impact of individual and family consumption on society, economy, and the environment. Overall, both Korean and Japanese home economics textbooks reflected elements that foster sustainable consumer behaviors.
