The purpose of this study is to deduce the effective improvement plans of engineering education system and to provide the base materials by analyzing satisfaction and problems in the perception survey of stakeholders related in engineering education system including Engineering Education Accreditation System. Engineering education system improvement plans from the results of study are as follows. First, government and university should provide more financial support to the college in order to improve education environment such as laboratories and equipment. Second, in order to improve links among engineering education stakeholders, student-professor, student-faculty, and colleges should operate effective mentoring program and consultation plan. Third, according to service quality evaluation, colleges need to give rewards to distinguished faculties for their outstanding work and build up job training about services in order to enhance satisfaction of students and professors, Also, business related to Engineering Education Accreditation System should be simplified and needs to increase the number of workers exclusively responsible for this work. Forth, in order to enhance comprehension of learning outcome and outcome of Engineering Education Accreditation System, it is necessary to improve Engineering education innovation center's status, to establish active systematic promotion system and to operate engineering education evaluation expert committee such as 'Engineering education system evaluation council'. Fifth, because of the stakeholder's shortage of benefits and tiredness accumulation, the issue of effectiveness in engineering education institutions has raised controversy. Thus, engineering education institutions needs to take measure necessary. Moreover, engineering education improvements should be improved by reflecting opinions from professors, faculties and students who are practically planning, operating and participating engineering education programs.

과거의 대학교육이 교수 중심의 공급자 중심이었다고 한다면 미래의 교육은 수요자 중심의 교육, 즉 학생 중심의 교육이 되어야 한다는 논의가 무성하다. 또한 교육과정을 이수하고 졸업한 학생을 채용하는 기업이 바라는 교육의 내용이 무엇인지를 아는 것은 매우 중요하며 공학인증제도의 도입노력과 연관된다. 즉 회사가 채용한 대학 졸업생의 실력을 통하여 대학의 교육성과를 최종수요자인 회사가 평가하여 그 결과를 대학의 교육과정에 피드백하는 것이 공-학인증제도의 취지이다. 그러므로 회사가 원하는 졸업생의 능력을 갖추도록 대학교육의 커리큘럼을 구성하는 것이 바람직하고 그렇지 못한 대학은 채용에 있어서 불이익을 받을 것이다. In the fourth industrial revolution and the era of convergence and integration, on the situation that the internal colleges are needed active change included in the improvement of educational quality, I tested it on the purpose of empirical analysis with SPSS v.18 how colleges' efforts on the first periodic Organization Evaluation And Accreditation System(OEAAS) affects on the Perceived Management Performances on the perspective of BSC. As the test result, the Degree of Awareness of Colleges' Efforts on the OEAAS affects on just Colleges' Learning and on Growth. The Degree Propriety of Preparation of the OEAAS affects on Customer Performance, on Internal Process Performance, and, on Finance Performance. And the Degree of Satisfaction of Internal Assessment affects on all of BSC 4 performances. The results of this research could be used on making the management idea of colleges' performance on the OEAAS. In the future, it would be needed advanced researches which are able to make relatedness to the expanse of management performance with the OEAAS.

본 논문에서는 공학기술교육인증제에서 요구하는 종합설계 교과목의 수업운영 사례 분석을 통하여 효과적인 수업 개선방안을 제안한다. 종합설계는 학생들이 스스로 문제를 해결해 나가는 현장 실무능력을 키우기 위한 교과이다. 종합설계는 대부분 목표 및 약간의 제약조건, 평가 기준들을 포함하고 있다. (사)한국공학교육인증원 인증 기준은 8개이며, 교육과정 영역에서 종합설계 교과의 필수 개설 및 실질적 운영을 매우 중요시하고 있다. 컴퓨터멀티미디어과는 2011년 (사)한국공학교육인증원의 TAC 인증평가를 받았으며, 본 논문에서는 "SW공학적 종합설계" 교과의 수업 운영 실태 중심으로 컴퓨터공학 분야 종합설계 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

지난 9월 29일 서초구 소재 서울교육문화회관에서 농장동물 복지정책 토론회를 개최하였다. 이날 농가 및 관련종사자 100여명이 참석하여 앞으로 실시될 농장동물 복지제도에 대한 많은 관심을 보였다. 이날 토론회는 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 추진과 관련한 전문가 주제 발표, 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 추진방안 및 농가 참여 확대 방안, 동물복지형 축산물 표시제 도입 및 유통 판매처 확보 방안, 소비자 인지도 제고 등 동물복지형 축산물 소비기반 마련 방안, 기타 국내 동물복지제도 정착 및 발전을 위한 토론으로 구성되어 진행되었으며 친환경 농장 경영과 동물복지(전남대학교 조광호 교수), 동물복지 축산농장 인증제 운영 방안(농림수산검역검사본부 동물보호과 한종현 과장), 동물복지 인증과 해외사례(국립축산과학원 축산환경과 유용희 과장)에 대한 발표가 있었으며 건국대학교 이상락 교수가 좌장을 맡은 가운데 본회 안영기 부회장, 동물자유연대 조희경 대표, 전남대학교 조광호 교수, 농림수산식품부 안유영 사무관, 농림수산검역검사본부 한종현 과장, 국립축산과원 유용희 과장, 대한양돈협회 이병석 차장이 토론자로 나섰다. 본고는 이날 발표내용 및 토론내용을 요약, 정리 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to grope for reading education methods and searchable reading of new student of D University. This study bring forth variety event of central library, adoption of reading education subject, induction of reading certification, draw up of must book catalogue, accrediting system of reading cultural studies, reading education via media, adoption of a required subject of reading, and so on for reading education methods.

With the program outcomes of 'the Accreditation of Engineering Education' in Korea, the acquisition and assessment of ethical attitudes as an engineer is emphasized these days. In this study, we surveyed and investigated the attitudes and ethical minds of college students majoring in information and communication engineering regarding their professional attitude and ethical behavior at present and in the future by assuming their hire in this industry. The average score of engineer ethics was 2.25 out of 5. Multi-variate regression found that the unethical attitudes of information and communication engineer were more distinct for students of older age, students with 'rude and insulting' attitudes, students who had not served in army, students who are not idealistic, and students who do not live with parents. The results provide educators with useful understandings related to the engineering ethics education program for college students.

As the creative economy is considered important recently, learner-centered IP(Intellectual Property) education has proliferated rapidly to universities, and there are greater attention and demand on IP education. On the other hand, there are lack of curriculums and an accreditation for IP education. This paper is to propose IP education module and emphasize the need of the accreditation for IP education and its authentication plan. This paper will also show the need of specialists and educational curriculum in the field of IP, the current status and the analyse of the IP education, and the trend of IP courses in intellectual-property-leading universities. It subsequently examines the domestic education accreditation system and the National Competency Standard(NCS) curriculum and suggests the IP education 8 courses model as a curriculum management model, the standard curriculum of the IP educational system, and the instructional module.
