국내 베이비붐 세대 은퇴가 본격화하며 국내 시니어들의 은퇴후 평생직업 대안에 대한 수요가 폭증하며 창업이 그 대안으로 부상하였지만 주로 자영업창업 중심이어서 효과적인 대안이 되지못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문은 시니어들이 노후 대책으로 재대로 된 창업을 준비하도록 창업교육을 통한 만족도 제고를 통해 창업기회를 인식하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구로서 각 변인에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향관계와 둘째, 창업교육만족도가 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 가설검증 결과로 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도는 하위 변위에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있으나 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감에는 영향을 미치나 셋째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 창업기회인식에는 영향을 미치지 안는 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 시니어 창업에 영향을 주는 요인 중 하나로 노후준비도를 살펴봄으로써 시니어가 가진 노후준비 특성이 창업기회인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검정했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 시니어의 창업 활성화 및 노동력 활용 방안으로 창업교육의 확대 필요성과 시니어 창업 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 창업을 준비할 수 있는 사회 분위기와 제도적 지원 및 프로그램 설계 필요성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the elderly's motivation to participate in lifelong education, educational satisfaction and life satisfaction. Three types of participation motivation(goal-orientation, activity-orientation and learning orientation) and four components of educational satisfaction(educational content, educational environment, instructor quality and educational result) were examined in this study. The sample of this study was composed of 307 elderly people attending in 6 community colleges for the aged located in Seoul metropolitan area. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed employing multiple regression analysis as a main data analysis method. This study found that participation motivation in lifelong education had a positive effect on educational satisfaction and that educational satisfaction had a positive effect on quality of life. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic knowledge and a proper education-training program for hotel enterprises. The results are as follows. First, an education-training program was focused on five factors. Service quality, Job, Organization culture, Self improvement, and Language. Second, the Importance Performance Analysis Result show that Keep the Good Work variables are the Customer reception, Food hygiene, Hygienic management, Cooking, First aid, Self development, and Communication. Possible excesses include Customer satisfaction, Business vision, Brand, Prevention of sexual harassment, Multiple cultures. Finally, an education training program should focus mainly on 'Manner', 'Table manner', 'Personal hygiene' and 'Chinese'.

The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect the motives for participating in lifelong education and involvement on lifelong education have on the learners' satisfaction from lifelong education, the continuous intention to take courses, and the intention to recommend lifelong education. The results from a quantitative research show that the practical and recreational motives had a high positive correlation to situational involvement in lifelong education and that the relational and goal-oriented motives had a high positive correlation to continuous involvement in lifelong education. Moreover, for satisfaction about teaching methods, practical motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about facility comfort, recreational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about communication, relational motives had a relatively higher effect. For satisfaction about contents' quality, goal-oriented motives had a relatively higher effect. The finding also shows that situational involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about contents' quality. Continuous involvement had a relatively higher effect on satisfaction about teaching methods.

청소년 기업가정신에 관한 관심과 기업가정신 교육의 필요성이 중요시됨에 따라 초·중·고등학교 교육과정부터 체계적인 기업가 정신 교육이 강조되고 있으며, 이와 관련한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 기업가정신, 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 기업가 정신교육의 만족도가 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 성별과 부모 창업의 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소 '진취성', '위험 감수성', '혁신성'과 긍정심리자본의 '희망', '자기효능감', '회복 탄력성', '낙관주의'를 독립변수로 하였는데, 기업가정신 교육 프로그램에 참여한 청소년(중학생) 총 204명의 응답을 회수 후 실증분석을 시도 했다. 또한 기업가정신 교육의 만족도를 조절변수로 하는 연구 모형을 상정하였는데, 이는 기업가정신 및 긍정심리자본과 창업 의지의 관계에서 기업가정신 교육의 만족도가 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 청소년의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among motivation to participate, organizational support, satisfaction and learning outcome in lifelong education. The survey was conducted on the learners who enrolled in "A" lifelong education center in the first semester of 2011 and structural equation modeling analysis were used. A total of 151 respondents were analyzed for this study. The major findings of this research are as follow: First, motivation to participate factor has an influence on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, organizational support factor has an influence on the satisfaction, but not on the learning outcomes. Third, learners' satisfaction have direct effects on the learning outcomes. Furthermore, learners' satisfaction mediated causal relationship between motivation to participate and learning outcomes. This study proposed implications and managing strategies that enhance satisfaction of female adult learners in lifelong education environment and learning outcomes.

With the coronavirus outbreak in China at the end of 2019, a global pandemic, most universities held non-face-to-face classes in the spring of 2020. One of the difficulties experienced by universities that abruptly conducted non-face-to-face education was management of the quality of education. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed how the existing indicators used to measure the quality of education in a non-face-to-face education environment changed. The results of the survey on the degree of adaptation and satisfaction of the lecture held at Handong University in the spring of 2020 were compared and analyzed with the previous data of the same lecturer. Overall, both class adaptation and satisfaction scores were found to be similar or slightly higher than before. Compared to lectures conducted by uploading recorded lectures, lectures conducted in real time had higher scores on all satisfaction survey questions. There was no significant change in satisfaction depending on the number of participants and the teacher's previous online lecture experience.

As a result of the this exploratory study the main results show that the factors affecting the satisfaction of non-face-to-face class learning of graduate students in Education were social presence, perceived easy to use, and information service quality. Secondly, the factors affecting the learning persistence were perceived usefulness and social presence, but perceived usefulness's influence was relatively small. Next, it was found that the subjective satisfaction of graduate students of education did not significantly affect their intention to continue learning persistence. Lastly, learning satisfaction and learning persistence had a positive effect on the intention to recommend to others. Through the this empirical analysitics study it demonstrate the factors such as attitudes, feelings, and friendliness toward non-face-to-face online classes perceived by graduate students in Education.
