항만에서 액체화물 취급이 증가함에 따라 로딩암의 사용빈도가 늘어나고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 로딩암 교육생들이 실전에 투입되기 전에 충분히 교육할 수 있도록 교육용 시뮬레이션을 제시한다. 그와 더불어 시뮬레이션과 연동되는 로딩암모형의 디지털트윈 연동을 통해, 교육생들의 로딩암 조종기술 향상을 이루어, 보다 안전한 로딩암작업과 항만의 액체화물사고 빈도를 크게 줄일 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the campus life of engineering transfer students, to devise a means for increasing their participation in the ABEEK, and to assist them to have the satisfactory campus lives through researching the satisfaction level and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. We conducted a survey targeting 193 engineering transfer students of K university and D university. The study shows that most transfer students were accepted into college through a general screening process, their grades are likely to be lower than those of the previous college, however, they tend to be satisfactory with the current campus life, and the rate of participation in the ABEEK is low. Therefore university officials need to work hard to raise the rate of the participation in the ABEEK track and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. Moreover, the male transfer students tend to be more satisfactory than the female students, and students with higher grades in the previous college are likely to show higher adaptation than those with lower grades. Therefore we should make effort to increase the satisfaction of transfer students and need to accommodate the programs for the female transfer students more positively.

To engineering students, calculus is essential knowledges and skills as a mathematical model and give a perspective to observe phenomenon in the future industrial field. However, engineering students' calculus study tends to solve problems by only applying the mechanical calculation and mathematical results. This study aimed to make engineering students realize the importance of calculus and untypical problems, by suggesting problems that could apply the mathematical concepts and principles and even solve the actual conditions of the problems. Students conjectured the anti-derivative graphs by interpreting the given derivate problems. They showed errors in this process and the errors are contributed by their mathematics leaning styles. As a result, the task would be helpful to engineering students.

Even though the distance education via Web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees 'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and teaming activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types.

The web-based distance education has some problems in managing students despite the merit of getting over the problem of time and space compared with the classroom education or residential course. These problems make the web-based distance learners difficult in achieving the purpose and the standard of goal. And they drive the manager in charge of the web-based distance education into worries. The manager of the distance education should keep on monitoring students' participation and response, and then give the appropriate feedback to the students. But, the existing distance education system neglects to support efficient management function, for it puts emphasis on the activity of teaching and learning. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to extract the factors that are necessary to manage the distance education for training teachers, to realize the effective management system which can offer a proper feedback in the distance education for training teachers through the application of those factors to the training program, to make it possible to change the management system flexibly according to the curriculum and the computing setting.
