A Study on the Status Investigation for Establishing the Disaster Management Cooperation System at Educational Institutions (교육기관의 재난관리 협력체계 구축을 위한 실태조사 연구)

  • Due to the increase in awareness of school safety after the Sewol ferry disaster, it became necessary to improve the capability to prevent a safety accident at school and to respond to an accident in the case of emergency as well as the awareness of safety issues. Therefore, it is necessary for educational institutions to reinforce safety measures autonomously, and the importance of supports and cooperation from agencies related to the safety of local community is also emphasized. However, it is quite difficult for schools and the Office of Education to prevent safety accidents only with their own capability, and safety accidents can be prevented through the supports from agencies involved in safety of local communities. Therefore, the status and cooperation system of educational institutions and relevant authorities were reviewed theoretically in this study. In addition, a field investigation was carried out to examine the awareness of disaster and safety, and cooperation status of officials in charge of practical disaster-related works. Moreover, this study intended to present a measure to establish the safety cooperation system between educational institutions and agencies involved in safety of local community in the future based on the findings.

  • 최근 이상기후와 높아지는 물 수요 등으로 인하여 물관련 문제가 전 세계적으로 심각해지고 있다. 따라서 많은 국가에서 깨끗한 물을 국민에게 공급하고 물로 인한 재해로부터 피해를 최소화하기 위한 국가적 체계와 정책은 이제 당연한 중요과제가 되고 있다. 이러한 물 관련 문제에 대하여 적극적이고 합당한 대안의 의사결정을 위해서는 신뢰도 높은 수문자료가 중요한 기초자료가 된다. 따라서 이러한 수문자료를 생산하기 위해서는 조직체계, 충분한 예산, 높은 기술력 등과 함께 전문인력이 필수조건이다. 이러한 전문인력을 양성하기 위해서는 교육과 경험이 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 국토해양부(현재 국토교통부)는 수문조사 전문가 수요를 충족시키고자 2008년 4월 하천법을 전부 개정하여 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자에 대한 교육을 명시화하고 이를 시행토록 의무화하였다. 교육을 수행할 기관으로 한국건설기술연구원(유량조사사업단)과 한국수자원공사(K-Water 교육원)를 선정 후 위탁하여 2009년부터 교육기관별로 매년 2회 이상 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 실시되고 있다. 이에 따라 수문조사 관련 업무 종사자는 교육대상자로써 전문인력으로 발전되고 국가로부터 관리되고 있다. 현재까지도 수문조사 종사자는 수문조사 관련 업무에 종사한 날부터 2년 이내에 30시간 이상의 교육을 받아야 하고, 3년마다 재교육을 받아야 함을 규정(하천법시행령 제13조) 하고 주기적인 교육을 실시하고 있다. 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련이 처음 실시된 2009년부터 2015년까지 총 1,311명이 수료하였다. 교육수료자수는 최대 277명(2009년)에서 최소 155명(2013년)으로 7년 평균 188명으로 집계되었으며, 이중 재교육수료자는 2015년까지 총 260명으로 집계되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 수문조사 전문가 양성을 위해 국토교통부에서 실시한 수문조사 종사자 교육훈련의 성과와 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 국외 수문전문가 양성을 위한 교육관련 선진사례로서 프랑스의 물 전문가를 위한 국립교육센터(CNFME)를 선례로서 조사하였다. 그리하여 향후 우리나라의 수문관련 전문가 양성을 위한 우리나라 교육체계의 발전방안에 대하여 제언하였다.

The university and security organizations's developmental research (대학교 경호학과 및 경호 관련 교육단체들의 발전방안 연구)

  • The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

The Influence of the Education Service Quality of State-Sponsored Beauty Education Institutions on Perceived Usefulness and Career Preparation Behavior (국비 지원 뷰티 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students' perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, educational service quality, perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second, it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth, the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

  • 한국폴리텍대학 (Korea Polytechnics)은 지난 2006년 새로운 직업교육 패러다임과 미래지향적이며 역동적인 이미지, 한국을 대표하는 직업교육훈련기관이라는 개혁 의지로 새롭게 출발했다. 1968년 "중앙직업훈련원"으로 출발. 2006년 기능대학 및 직업전문학교 통폐합을 거쳐 현재 전국 35개 캠퍼스를 갖춘 대한민국 대표의 직업교육훈련기관이 되었다. 본지는 기능교육의 산실인 한국폴리텍대학의 전반적인 현황과 설비관련학과 교육현황에 대해 알아본다.

  • It is the post-corona era that we will soon face. It is time to achieve the original purpose of job training for health and welfare personnel operated by the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare and to innovate change to maintain educational consistency. This study reviewed literatures to find alternatives for efficient and effective curriculum operation by integrating contents of health and welfare job education. Through this, we decided to check the possibility of building an open platform and suggest it as a sufficient alternative. It is expected that the establishment of the open platform for job education in the health and welfare sector will enable the education accessibility and the management of the learning management system of the subjects. Above all, it will contribute to the duplication of the education experts and the efficiency of the budget.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve education program for Informal Science Education Institution by analyzing education program of Natural History Museum, one of informal science education institution. This research subject is Seodaemun Museum of Natural History, located in Seodaemun-Gu, Seoul. It is Public Natural History Museum, which runs more than 60 education programs every year continuously for recent 6 years. Objects of this study are 32 education programs for 3rd to 6th grade of elementary school. The result of study shows that teaching materials of programs, run by informal science education institution, don't contain enough script and activity for improving creativity and inquiring mind. As the result of the study, it is required that guidance plan of education program be developed with more activities, teaching method and script, to seek quality of class than quantity of that when developing education program of science education institutes. And it is required to develop teaching material using creative technique and to improve medium and long term program for development of feedback.

Difference between Information Security Education Demand of Information Security Employees and Curriculum of Information Security Education Center (교육기관 정보보호 담당자의 정보보호 교육수요와 정보보호 교육센터의 교육과정과의 차이)

  • Because personal information files held by educational institutions include sensitive information such as personal school affairs information or health information, damages resulted from personal information leakage of educational institutions are expected to be serious. In order to respond to this problem, the Ministry of Education has expanded information security education targeting (personal) information security officers in educational institutions. However, a number of personal information leakage cases of public institutions occurred at educational institutions. Thus, this study, targeting information security education centers, through an empirical research, tries to confirm whether information security education supply is being properly provided for (personal) information security officers in educational institutions, and suggest the appropriate balance between education supply and education demand as the implication for the educational direction of information security education centers.

An Analysis of Korean Research Trends on the Kindergarten and Child Care Center Directors (유아교육기관장에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze research trends of kindergarten and child care center directors focusing on the articles in a journal of early childhood education in Korea. For this, I divided and analyzed 162 articles of related early childhood education directors contained in the National Research Foundation of Korea. The National Research Foundation of Korea listed eight journals from 1991 to 2013, according to the study period, study topic and study method. As a result of this research, first, the research trends in the study period show that until 2003 less than 5 articles were published while gradually increasing since 2004 and the director-related papers were published in the 20 pieces every year from 2009. Second, concerning the study topic, the most common topic was about 'institutional management of director', and 'director leadership', and 'role and duties', and 'quality' were followed. Third, types of study included many quantitative studies but they are decreasing recently and qualitative studies tended to increase since 2006. There are many studies for the teacher and data collection methods have been utilized frequently having questions marked distinct by quantitative research. Data analysis was being used a lot with quantitative analysis. These results of the study imply that it is necessary to execute studies of topics such as a director's leadership and core competencies and to diversify study subjects and methods on the kindergarten and child care center directors.

Research on an Effective Plan for Data Association Among Administrative Organizations for College Information Disclosure (대학정보공시를 위한 관리기관간 자료연계 내실화 방안 연구)

  • This study has its purpose on analyzing the problems of data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution shown through the college information disclosure project and presenting the plan to substantialize data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution. To make close inquiry into the related problem and induce plans for substantialization, this study analyzed the previous related research data as well as the connection status of information disclosure item of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private School, the itemized management institution, to induce problems; induced substantialization plan for data connection of itemized connection institution. As for the substantialization plan based on such, plan to integrate schools and department codes, plan to automatize data connection and plan to secure reliability of information were established. It is anticipated that the plan to substantialize data connection between management institutions reckoned through the result of this study would be used as the basic data for information disclosure project providing various reliable information from Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, General management institution, itemized management institution and college.
