The goal of this study was to analyze the degree of kindergarten teacher's understanding with respect to educational activities of social relationships area & art experience area in the Nuri-curriculum and to provide complementary materials and educational programs for enhancing kindergarten teacher's professional development. The tool for this study was a number of questionnaires on teacher's understanding in two area. The number of survey participants were 650 teachers and 78 preliminary teachers, 728 in total. Statistical analysis to this research responses was done by SPSS 23 at the significance level of .05, .01, .001 each. Research findings reached a conclusion of proposing differentiated complementary materials and educational programs based on the types of kindergarten, qualification of teachers and their demographics. That is, it should be adjusted to the differences in establishment-operation types of kindergarten, location/size/ages of class, careers/ages/license of teachers, and current-preliminary teacher's understanding. The educational activities of social relationships area should be focused on an attitude of valuing oneself and family by browsing and practicing what one can do for oneself and family. The educational activities of art experience area should be focused on integrated experience of artistic expression and appreciation activities by exploring musical, movement and artistic elements.

The purpose of this study was to strengthen the practicality of preliminary teachers in preparation for future education, to respond to structural changes in the teacher training system due to a decrease in the school-age population, and to seek a future-oriented direction for the curriculum of teacher training institutions. To this end, we analyzed the competency diagnosis items of the teacher training institutes in the 5th cycle from 2019 to 2020, and based on the proposal for the development plan for the teacher training system announced by the Ministry of Education in July 2021 and the contents of the 4 discussions, content was presented. The results were as follows. First, to nurture creative and convergence-type talents, teacher training institutions need to develop multi-curricular competency and reorganize the curriculum into a future-oriented curriculum. Second, in order to foster the competence of teachers and preliminary teachers in teacher training institutions, it is essential to strengthen the competence of teachers through the introduction of the metaverse, general teaching methods, and ICT-using teaching methods. Third, teachers' training institutions will introduce and strengthen the 'education practice teacher homeroom system' to strengthen school field-oriented practical competencies, 'dedicated mentor-mentee' centered on seniors and juniors, 'monitoring system' led by university professors, and 'probationary teacher system'

The purpose of this study is to empirically compare statistical models for pre-service teachers' help networks. We identified similarities and differences based on the results of the binary and valued ERGM. Research questions are as follows: First, what are the similarities of factors influencing the binary/valued help network for pre-service teachers? Second, what are differences of factors influencing the binary/valued help network for pre-service teachers? We measured 42 pre-service teachers with focus on their help and friend networks, happiness, and personal characteristics. Results indicated that, first, the similar factors influencing the binary and valued help network of pre-service teachers were local dependencies (reciprocity, transitivity), similarity (major, gender), activity (early childhood education, negative emotion), popularity (early childhood education) and multiplicity (friend network). Second, the difference between factors affecting pre-service teacher's binary and valued help network was the effect of activity (physical education) and popularity (GPA, negative emotion). Based on these findings, we presented implications.

The curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training has several problems in terms of running and managing training content. The majority part of the program consist of teaming software application manual. Additionally, the program is not organized and some contents overlap. Furthermore teachers are not obliged to participate in training. Especially, it needs to be revised because it is many difference between revised ICT curriculum and 'ICT skill standard for teacher(ISST)'. This study investigates the current curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training, analyzes problems in running and managing training content, and suggests need for revising the curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training.

Recently, the Chinese government has appointed the 'Centers for Faculty Development' (CFD) in 30 universities as the nationally-levelled model center for faculty development in October 2012, and its policy for the quality of college education and teaching expertise has begun. Therefore, this study is aimed at grasping the current situation and problems of Chinese universities' CFDs, and suggesting future development directions. Especially, it attempted to analyze the operational condition of 'the Center for Faculty Development' of H University located in Hebei Province, China. The following research questions were constructed; 1) At the national level, it quantitatively analyzed the China's developmental steps of higher education by using the data of China's Ministry of Education, and along with this national background, this study tried to grasp teachers' perceptions of teaching activities and their demands toward CFD programs, through a questionnaire survey of faculty members of H University. The data analysis indicated that those centers for faculty development in China were established quickly, and has evolved into specialized organizations for enhancing teaching expertise. This study can contribute to promoting productive exchanges of higher education between Korea and China in the future.

In this study the elements and the contents for improvement of the ability of vocational training teachers are developed to improve themselves and to teach creatively and effectively in vocational and technical training areas. Teaching contents and curricula for improvement of the ability of vocational training teachers will not only bring up creative technical teachers in rapidly changed teaching environment but also increase national competitiveness by raising the quality of the teachers. The results of this study can be used for the development and the operation of a program not only for vocational teachers but also for general technicians. on the basis of this study programs for the improvement of abilities can be improved later on through continuous study and development.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of training programs for strengthening teachers' ICT competency and to suggest the ways to improve the existing ones. To do this, we conducted literature review, web survey with teachers, and in-depth interview with training program operators. The results of the online survey indicated that generally speaking, the programs had been operated desirably, although three programs(Thinking with Technology Course, Essential Course, e-PBL Instructional Design Course) needed to take additional efforts for their effectiveness and efficiency. According to the results of in-depth interview with training operators, they demanded re-training for lecturers, self career development, quality control of regional delivery training, expansion of training periods, and post-supports after training etc.

This study examined how the Korean courts have made a balance between rights of school teachers' expression and the public interests derived from regulating their rights for expression in related cases. Under the Korean laws such as National Public Service Law and the Law on Assembly and Demonstration, school teachers are considered as civil servants and basically not allowed to assemble to demonstrate for their own interests. The analysis revealed that in 24 cases from a total of 31 teacher-related court cases, teachers were found guilty in violation of related laws. In deciding whether the teachers' participation on anti-government assembly was guilty or not, the courts put an emphasis on public purpose of their expression, the degree to which their expressions affect the society, and specific contents of their expression. Conclusively, it was found out that in applying the related law, Korean courts tend to overweigh the public interests, rather than the teachers' right to express.

목적: 법랑기질 유도체(EMD)가 사람 치주인대 줄기세포(hPDLSC)의 조직 형성능에 미치는 영향을 in vitro와 in vivo 분석 모델을 이용해 평가한다. 재료 및 방법: hPDLSC를 배양하여 운반체와 함께 면역 억제된 쥐 등에 이식하였다; (1)대조군: EMD 처치하지 않은 운반체에 심어진 hPDLSC군 ($EMD^-/hPDLSC^+$), (2)실험군: EMD 처치한 운반체에 심어진 hPDLSC군 ($EMD^+/hPDLSC^+$). 각 군당 5마리씩 시행하고 8주 후 희생하였다. 조직학적, 조직계측학적 분석을 통해 형성된 백악질의 면적과 백악세포의 수 그리고 샤피 섬유의 수를 계측하였으며 면역조직화학적 분석을 통해 백악질과 교원질 형성을 평가하였다. 또한 in vitro에서 hPDLSC의 수용성 교원질과 glycosaminoglycan 형성에 대한 EMD의 효과를 분석하였다. 결과: 조직학적 분석에서 교원질성 치주 인대 조직이 실험군에서 현저하게 많이 생성된 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 형성된 백악질의 면적과 백악세포의 수는 군 간 차이가 없었으나, 새롭게 형성된 샤피 섬유의 수는 실험군에서 대조군보다 유의하게 많았다(p<0.05). 교원질 형성에 대한 면역조직 화학적 분석 결과, 실험군에서 I, III형 교원질과 hydroxyproline의 발현이 높았다. 또한 in vitro에서 hPDLSC에 의한 수용성 교원질과 glycosaminoglycan 형성이 EMD의 농도에 비례하여 증가하였다 (p<0.05). 결론: EMD는 hPDLSC에 의한 샤피 섬유 및 교원질 생성을 증가시키고, 이는 새로운 백악질의 기능적 부착과 치주조직 재생에 중요한 역할을 한다.
