The purpose of this study was to know the effects of teaching behavior type of expression activity class on flow and competence in elementary school. The subject for this research consisted of elementary students located in Busan were selected as a population. The sampling method was convenience sampling out of non-probability sampling method. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 280 copies were collected back. Out of those returned questionnaires, insincerely replied or double-replied questionnaires were excluded and finally 216 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. Collected data were put to frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Win Ver. 22.0 program. The results of these analyses are as follows. First, the commanding type, the autocratic type, the democratic type and the reward type which are the subordinate variables of the teaching behavior type, were all found to have significant effects on the flow. Second, the democratic type and the reward type which are the subordinate variables of the teaching behavior type, were found to have significant effects on the competence. But, the commanding type and the autocratic type which are the subordinate variables of the teaching behavior type, were not found to have significant effects on the competence. Third, the flow were found to have significant effects on the competence.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on the relation between the social support of professors and the career preparation behaviors of students who specialize in foodservice & culinary art. The participants of the study consisted of 250 students from the departments related to foodservice and culinary art of the three universities located in Chungcheong province. A total of 217 responses out of the 250 questionnaire were analyzed without the 33 incomplete questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was shown that professors' social support had a significant positive effect on the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career preparation behaviors. Second, it shows that the career decision-making self-efficacy played a partial mediating role when the social support of the professors is related to the career preparation behavior. Therefore, the career education based on emotional, informational, material, and appraisal supports of the professors probably play a critical role in improving the career decision-making self-efficacy and the career preparation behaviors of the students majoring in food service & culinary art.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes on learning motivation and continuous participation intention. The main target audience of this research is college students who participate in liberal dance classes in five universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi. By using purposive sampling among non probability sampling, totally 330 papers had been distributed, and 314 questionnaires had been used for practical analysis. The data process was performed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on learning motivation. Secondly, teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on continuous participation intention. Lastly, learning motivation perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on continuous participation Intention. Lastly, there was the mediating effect of learning motivation was inspected in the relationship between teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes and continuous participation intention.

Yuri Vasilyev - actor, director and drama teacher. Russian meritorious artist, winner of the stage "Medal of Friendship" awarded by Russian President Vladimir Putin; academician of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts in Russia, professor of the Russian National Academy of Performing Arts, and professor of the Bavarian Academy of Drama in Munich, Germany. The physiological sense stimulation method based on the improvement of voice, language and motor function of drama actors. On the basis of a systematic understanding of performing arts, Yuri Vasiliev created a unique training method of speech expression and skills. From the complicated art training, we find out the most critical skills for focused training, which we call basic skills training. Throughout the whole training process, Professor Yuri made a clear request for the actor's lines: "action! This is the basis of actors' creation. So action is the key! Action and voice are closely linked. Actor's voice is human voice, human life, human feeling, human experience and disaster. It is also the foundation of creation that actors acquire their own voice. What we are engaged in is pronunciation, breathing, tone and intonation, speed and rhythm, expressiveness, sincerity, stage voice and movement, gesture, all of which are used to train the voice of actors according to the standard of drama. In short, Professor Yuri's training course is not only the training of stage performance and skills, but also contains a rich view of drama and performance. I think, in addition to learning from the means and methods of training, it is more important for us to understand the starting point and training objectives of Professor Yuri's use of these exercises.

적응적 웹기반 기법에서 학습자의 반응이나, 탐색 행동의 근본적인 원인이 되는 학습 동기, 지각 등에 대한 판단을 정확히 할 수 없기 때문에, 학습자에게 완전히 적응적인 수업 환경을 조성해 주는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 학습자간 상호작용이나 협동 학습을 지원하는 웹기반 교수 시스템이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 환경에서 학습자들간의 협동학습을 효과적으로 지원하는 적응형 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 협동학습 공간에서 주어진 과제를 수행하기 위해 발생되는 학습자들의 대화와 서로간의 상호작용을 분석하여 적절한 조언을 제공함으로서 협동학습이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 지원한다.

방송통신고등학교는 국가수준 교육과정의 개정 시기를 맞아 방송고 학습자 특성을 반영한 온라인 콘텐츠 설계를 위해서 콘텐츠 질 분석, 수업 구조 분석, 화면 로그인 경로 분석 등을 통해서 시행하고 방송고 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 도출한 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형은 먼저 크게 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 수업 평가로 구성되어 있다. 수업 설계는 학습자 분석, 교수환경분석, 교수 분석, 교수 전략개발의 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 실행은 수업에 대한 동기 유발, 선수학습 회상, 수업 목표 제시, 수업 내용 제시 및 학습 안내 제공, 수행 행동 유도 및 피드백 제공, 목표 수행 평가, 파지 및 전이 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 평가는 최종 수업 평가 및 최종 피드백 제공 단계를 가지고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between positive psychological capital, professor support, and the career preparation behavior of college students, and to identify the factors influencing the career preparation behavior. The convenience sampling method was used on 180 students from August 30 to October 30, 2020, Data was collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and multiple regression. The research results showed that there were significant differences in positive psychological capital and professor support according to gender, majors, and economic levels. There were significant differences in career preparation behavior according to gender (t=3.52, p<.001), major (F=10.85, p<.001), and career decision (t=4.98, p<.001). There were significant differences in career preparation behavior according to gender, majors, and career decisions. Positive psychological capital (r=.45, p<.001) and professor support (r=.40, p<.001) showed a positive correlation with career preparation behavior. Factors influencing career preparation behavior were majors, career decisions, positive psychological capital, and the explanatory power of these factors was 32.5%. Therefore, effective career and counseling guidance should be planned to increase positive psychological capital according to the major. It is necessary to provide opportunities for exploration of various career options to enable students to select suitable careers or jobs and to set goals, and provide an environment with positive motivation.

This study is to identify the relationship between cultural physical education class of enjoyment factor, class satisfaction, and exercise continuation behavior. For this purpose, 275 out of 300 copies of survey aimed at students in four universities located in Gyeong-gi province were used. PAWS 18.0 program was used for analysis to present descriptive statistics. Principal component analysis and rotation of Max Berry were used among exploratory factor analysis to check factor extraction and internal consistency. Cronbach's alpha was used for checking reliability. Multiple regression analysis was used to clarify the relationship between enjoyment factor, class satisfaction, and exercise continuation behavior of cultural physical education. These are the following conclusions. First, instructional behavior, grade in physical education, environment, and exercise ability among the enjoyment factors in cultural physical education class have a significant effect on persistence of exercise. Second, instructional behavior and grade in physical education are the factors of class satisfaction and the have a significant effect on persistence of exercise.

The purpose of this study is to investigate effective teaching media for infants' teaching-learning process by comparing the effects of multimedia fairytale activities and picture fairytale listening activities on infants' prosocial actions. Following the purpose of this study, we studied any effect to infants' prosocial actions from multimedia fairytale activities by dividing in two groups. This study was conducted with 5-year-old infants (total 40; 20 experimental group & 20 comparison group) in D daycare center in Daejeon. Verifying data tool were time series corresponding t-test, independent t-test and multi-variant analyses. As a result, multimedia fairytale listening activities are more effective for infants' prosocial actions. It has meaningful difference in the interpersonal relationship skills and early childhood education adapt which is sub-area of infant's prosocial actions. So, for various and high-quality early childhood education, using multimedia teaching media is more effective than existing teaching media.

This study was to analyze the media-contacting motivation and the optional seeking behavior for the informations, namely, what kinds of media the information users contact and what types of informations they select for the purpose of meeting their needs of the informations. For this purpose, the questionaires answered by 277 of the employees including the professors, reseatchers, teachers, officials and collegians were analyzed by properties. The Result of this analysis is that the new hints or ideas by the professors and the researchers appeared in the highest at the academic meetings or the reseatching activities and those at the other employees appeared at the internet sites. It was shown that there is a very close correlation between the information-seeking behaviors and the user properties as the types of their seeking informations and their information-seeking morivations are considerably different from each other.
