  • This paper present a teaching method of 21C University Education Paradigm after survey the earlier several effective teaching methods. We discuss the efficient pre-teaching, also we propose several teaching methods for really teaching. And we discuss the efficient ending of teaching. They are as following. : lesson configuration, good usage for first time of teaching, pleasant face-to-face talk, teaching techniques check list, question method, caution item when the teaching ending, etc. Also, we propose the method of ending techniques for teaching ending time. The proposed teaching method is the most efficiency in case of using selective the above mentioned several efficient teaching method.

  • The paradigm focusing on learner-centered classes and the introduction of flipped learning through the connection between online and offline have been increasing. This study proved the educational effect by applying flipped learning to the basic draping course within the fashion practical course and revealed the implications for flipped learning from the instructor's perspective. The research methods are theatrical research and model development research in order to guide basic drape utilizing flipped learning. The study results revealed that learners' satisfaction was very high about the basic draping course combined with flipped learning, and it showed that students were very satisfied with the learning-related video because it can compensate for the decrease in education efficiency according to the number of attendees and improve education. Improvements shall include technical and content supplementation of video learning materials and presentation of documented learning materials, in addition to video materials. From the instructor's perspective, time needs to be set aside for video shooting and editing, a view of the composition of education from the learner's perspective, and an in-depth understanding of the instructor's curriculum for flipped learning design.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the present teaching competency level and the educational needs of electricity electronic communication technical teachers. The population was electricity electronic communication technical teachers, 750 teachers were sampled for this study. A survey questionnaire consisted of teaching competencies scale including 3 domains based on Performance-Based Teacher Education Modules. The professional competencies scale consisted of 5-point Likert-type 30 items for them to rate the importance and also to indicate the teaching competency level. A questionnaire was mailed to the sample and 443 returned questionnaires were analyzed after data cleaning. The educational needs of teachers were calculated by using the Borich's needs assessment formula. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) electricity electronic communication technical teachers perceived all the thirty competencies as highly important ones. 2) They perceived that their current teaching competency level was just beyond the ordinary level but was lower than the good level. 3) The highest needs were 'determining learning level & interests of students', 'applying problem solving techniques', 'reconstructing lesson contents', 'establishing lesson objectives'. 4) They have a different level of educational needs on the competencies according to their gender, terminal education level, year of teaching experience, practical work experience, school type(national public school/private school), and school location.

  • Let me introduce a teaching method to improve practice capacity in dental laboratary work. I applied theories of layers of modeling and reflection constituting cognitive apprenticeship and peer tutoring to my class. At internet uploading a file showing a practice procedure a week before the class of a course, I let students preview it. During the class I demonstrated the practice procedure in front of students. A superior student and an inferior student paired according to the previous practice grade and a feedback between a peer tutor and a peer tutee was activated. Late in the class, a student self-evaluated his own practice result and had a check of a professor. Finally he compared his own practice result with that in the file uploaded at internet and reflected. This teaching method led to improvement in students' satisfaction and efficiency of learning.

  • Problem Based Learning(PBL) is one of effective teaching-learning strategy for enhancing military students' motivation, comparing with the other study method. After monitoring military student classes, we conclude that PBL can enhance the effectiveness of learning in War history case study education and finds merits; PBL assists students to play a more active role in the class, induces students to solve problems independently, and makes the learning military situation real case study. The case study is common in social sciences and life sciences. Case studies may be descriptive or explanatory. It is good for War history education. The demerit of PBL is a costly method as students should spend more time and institutions should provide more manpower and materials. This study suggests that more empirical researches on alternative teaching methods, including PBL, to a lecture in War history education.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the discourse structure of teachers that can help students participate in class by using mathematical metaphors that can arouse students' interest and motivation. In order to achieve this goal, we observed a semester class of a career teacher who practiced pedagogy that connects students' experiences with mathematical concepts to motivate students to learn and promote participation. Among the metaphors that the study target teachers used in a variety of mathematical concepts and problem-solving processes during the semester, we extracted the two class examples that can help develop teaching methods using metaphors. Representatively selected two classes are one class example using metaphors and, the other class example using metaphors and expanding and applying problems. As a result of analysis, the structure of teacher discourse that uses metaphors and expands and applies problems by linking students' experiences with mathematical content was found to help solve a given problem and elaborate mathematical concepts. As a result of the analysis, the discourse structure of teachers using mathematical metaphors based on communication with students could provide implications for the development of teaching methods for the recovery of mathematics education.

  • This paper is a study on the application of flipped learning, which is known as a teaching method that provides effective learning, to signal processing subjects. The teaching - learning model used for the class and the implementation examples for three years are described. In-class can be judged to be a relatively successful class, but organization of the video data provided in the pre-class and evaluation of whether or not to study pre-class video have to be improved.

  • The purpose of the study was two folded: to examine whether form-focused instruction (FFI) with corrective feedback (CF) is effective for the acquisition of the target linguistic forms and to find out the extent to which of the students' perceptions as well as their attitudes towards English instruction that they received. Tests and questionnaires were implemented to 122 Korean EFL students from eight classes enrolled in an English communication course. They were randomly assigned to three groups: the input-based group, who received typographical input enhancement materials, so-called the TIE group, the output-based group, who performed dictogloss tasks, so-called the DICT group, and the control group (CG). The data analysis was made on both tests and questionnaires by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The study found that different types of FFI with CF contributed to the improvement of students' grammatical knowledge and both the TIE and DICT task group students positively changed their perceptions and understanding as well as their attitudes towards the English instruction given, and students in all groups preferred pair work activities. In addition, most of the TIE and DICT students showed their interest and satisfaction with English class, whereas the CG group students did not. Based on the findings, this study suggested that well-planned and properly-chosen FFI in the form of pair work activities should be applied in classrooms with consideration of students' instructional preference in Korean EFL contextual settings.

  • The university is attempting educational innovation to cultivate talents required by society. The purpose of this study was to prove the educational effect by applying the PBL to on a fashion theoretical course. The research methods are theatrical research and model development research to guide to utilizing PBL. As a result of this study, the learners' satisfaction with the subject applying PBL was evaluated quite positively. In general, it has been shown to have a very effective effect on improving the learner's problem-solving capability, cooperative learning capability, and self-directed learning capability. In particular, the problem-solving capability is relatively high compared to other factors. The result is consistent with the educational goal of the PBL for improving the learner's problem-solving capability. Perceivable correlation analysis on the relationship between the factors to grasp the educational effect of the PBL revealed the factors with a static correlation. In particular, the problem solving capability and cooperative learning capability developed a significant correlation with self-directed learning capability. This is a testament to their ability to exert greater influence when the competencies that each learner develops are combined.
