A study on the effects of behavior intention and satisfaction by festival service quality (지역축제 서비스품질이 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study was conducted based on the evaluation items of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as an index. Based on the previous researches of various researchers, hypotheses were set up to survey the visitors who participated in the bamboo festival. As a result of the study, three factors of the festival service quality factors (hardware, promotion, guidance, and program) were studied through factor analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that PR and. Also, the event program had a significant effect on the revisit inquiry of the festival at .446. The effect of festival satisfaction on repeat visits and recommendation results. Beta (${\beta}$) values were found to be correlated with return visit (.584) and recommendation (.651). We will present the factors that need to be maintained through the World Bamboo Expo and the Festival of Damyang, identify the visitors' needs to visit again, and suggest some suggestions for Daelim's tourism industry, the fourth industry and eco-industry.

  • This paper is a study on city brand development which is increasingly interested as a means to enhance the attractiveness of the city. the previous research, the design of city brand identity was an application from the internal stakeholder's point of view related to the metropolitan government. However, in the present study, we tried to take a external approach that perceptions and designs city brands from the related to the consumer. For the purpose of research, based on previous studies, we extracted three images of leading, stable and amusing city brand images and prepared three scenarios for the imaginary city as experimental stimuli. The results showed that the overall city brand attitude, residence intention, and tourism intention to the imaginary city were significantly different according to the leading, stability and amusement brand image. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to continuously effort the development of city brand image which is perceived by consumers in order to differentiate city.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of local food selection attributes on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the variables and the structure of each variable through literature review. The questionnaire survey was conducted on 249 consumers who used specialty food through local food restaurants and local festivals in Gangneung. Respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 statistical program. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that select local specialty foods and to provide them as basic data for increasing the number of tourists through local specialty foods and revitalizing the local economy. I would like to present a marketing strategy. In particular, consumers who have used local specialty foods must come up with a marketing strategy that will maximize customer satisfaction, and it is necessary to revitalize the taste, quality, and best service of food.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of benefit sought and service quality of the travel show visitors who are used as advertisements of tourism companies due to increase of tourism on the behavioral intentions and to use as a useful information to plan travel show. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS 7.0 program was used to verify research problems. As a result, travel show visitors' benefit sought don't have any influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Second, travel show visitors' service quality have a positive influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Thus travel show host should try hard to make travel show be an important tourism resource by continuous improvement of service quality.

  • The Purpose of this study is to investigate mediating effects of satisfaction in major on the causal relationship between job image of students majoring airline service and career preparation behavior. This study employs a survey questionnaire to examine the mediating effect of satisfaction in major. A 33-item survey questionnaire was administered to 210 students in the universities in 4 Metropolitan cities. The research data are analyzed using six statistical methods: factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and three-step mediated regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, there is mediating effect of satisfaction in major in the causal relationship between job image and career preparation behavior.

Analysis of Environmentally Responsible Behaviors based on a Typology of Activity Involvement and Place Attachment - Focuses on Visitors to Namhansanseong Provincial Park - (활동관여-장소애착 유형에 따른 환경책임행동분석 - 남한산성 도립공원 방문객을 대상으로 -)

  • The concepts of activity involvement(AI) and place attachment(PA) are useful for explaining the sustainable use of natural resources by humans. Although several studies have investigated the effects of AI and PA on environmental behaviors and found its implications, it has not examined the simultaneous effects of both AI and PA. Thus, the purpose of this study was to develop a typology of both AI and PA. This typology was used to explain the environmentally responsible behaviors of visitors. The study sample surveyed 587 users of the main trail in Namhansanseong Provincial Park The results were analyzed by frequency, reliability, factor analysis, cross-tabulation, T-test, correlation and ANOVA analysis. As a result, the typology identified four subgroups of hikers based on involvement in hiking and attachment to setting. Results also indicate that environmentally responsible behaviors do vary significantly across typology. In detail, general environmental behavior and specific environmental behavior were significantly different between the four groups. These finding suggests that PA seems to play a more powerful role than AI in relation to environmental behavior. While more involved and more attached hikers were more active in environmental behaviors, less involved and less attached hikers had a more passive attitude. In this respect, this study placed emphasis on the fact that the future resource management of tourism and outdoor recreation may be established based on its activity experience in certain place.

  • This paper is to analyze the relationships between the factors of choice attributes and the related satisfaction focused on Domestic tourists in Jeju region. First, this paper used the structural equation model with the questionnaires to investigate the attributes affecting the visitors' satisfaction and service value. In conclusion, the attribute factors influencing service value and the visitors' satisfaction are 'equipment and convenience' and 'culture and leisure'. Also, this paper presents that the 'foods' factor is affecting re-visit and others' recommendation through the mediation of satisfaction factor.

  • 우리나라 국립공원은 좁은 공원면적에 비해 높은 이용도와 인력 및 재원의 부족, 공원별로 특화된 계획 부재로 인해 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 여기에 주5일 근무제 가 확대시행 된다면 국립공원 방문수요가 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있어, 이에 대비한 관리전략의 수립이 절실하다. 본 연구는 주5일 근무제 정착에 대비해, 국립공원 이용자들의 선택행동에 영향을 주는 속성별 수준의 종류와 영향력 정도를 파악하고 관리의 우선순위를 결정해, 자인자원의 보전과 이용자 만족이라는 목적을 달성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 5대 대도시에 거주하는 1,000명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 conjoint choice model로 분석한 결과, "휴무일수의 증가"는 국립공원 방문의도와 정(+)의 방향을 보이 는 것으로 나타났다. 속성별로는 "환경교육" 과 "연계 관광"은 모든 수준에서, "공원 내 숙박시설”과 "관광여건", "비용"의 일부 수준에서 '현재상태' 보다 선호가 증가했지만 "자연보호"는 선호 증가가 없었다.

Segmenting Ecotourism Village Visitors by Motivation (생태체험마을 방문 동기에 따른 시장세분화)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the motives of tourists who visited ecotourism villages in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 254 visitors in six ecotourism villages. As for the motivations of ecotourism village visitors, four factors ('relaxation', 'adventure', 'experience natural' and 'family togetherness') were extracted. Three distinct segments were identified based on the motivation : multipurpose seekers (45.3%), relaxation seekers (34.6%), family togetherness seekers (20.1%). Socio-demographic characteristics and tourism behaviors of each segmentation were also analyzed. The findings should be of interest to practitioners of ecotourism village marketing and operation.

Effect of Online Convention Service Quality on Participant's Behavior Intention (온라인 컨벤션 서비스품질이 참가자 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to develop online convention service quality and examine the effect of online convention service quality on re-participation intention in the same convention and other types of online conventions. Based on an extensive literature review, the study chose five main factors of online convention service quality: human service, program service, platform service, platform aesthetics, and interaction. A total of 284 data were collected from online convention participants from July 26 to August 6, 2021. For the hypotheses test, multiple regression analysis was used. As a result, interaction and program service quality had positive effects on re-participation intention in the same convention, but except for platform aesthetic, all factors positively affected re-participation intention in other types of online conventions. This study also found that online service quality factors are more helpful in predicting the intention of re-participation in other types of online conventions rather than re-participation in the same convention. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications were discussed
