The Effect of CSR Perception On Creativity : The Mediating Effect of Compassion and the Moderating Effect of CSR Authenticity (기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 인식이 조직 구성원들의 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 컴페션의 매개효과와 CSR진정성의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to examine the effect of employees' CSR perception on creativity via compassion along with the moderating effect of CSR authenticity. For the research procedure, frequency analysis and CFA analysis were performed after sample collection, hypothesis verification and moderating effect verification were performed. We conducted an empirical analysis using 360 employees from large-sized companies in Korea. First, the results showed that CSR perception was positively related to employees' compassion. Second, compassion was also positively related to creativity. Third, the positive relationship between CSR perception and creativity was mediated by compassion, and the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by CSR authenticity. Therefore, our study findings imply that, when employees perceive CSR, they will not only form compassion emotions but also will display more creativity especially when they perceive the authenticity of CSR.

  • The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on occupational self-efficacy and role-based performance and to investigate the effect of occupational self-efficacy on role-based performance. Moreover, another objective of this study is to analyse the mediating role of occupational self-efficacy in the influence of authentic leadership on role-based performance. To accomplish the purpose of the study, this study employed two methods: literature reviews and empirical studies. The results showed that authentic leadership increase employees' occupational self-efficacy and have a positive influence on role-based performance. And it was found that employees' occupational self-efficacy also positively affect employees' role-based performance.

  • In this study, we investigated whether the model attributes of CSR ads (value addition, attractiveness, expertise, trustworthiness) affect the attitude of the company. We also examined the mediating role of message authenticity in the model attributes and corporate attitudes of CSR advertisements. The results of the study are as follows. First, the value addition, attractiveness, and reliability of the CSR advertising model have a positive effect on the message authenticity of the CSR advertisement. Second, the attractiveness and expertise of the CSR advertising model have a positive effect on the attitude of the company. Third, the effects of the CSR advertising model on the value addition, attractiveness, and reliability are completely mediated by the message authenticity of the CSR advertisement. The results of this study suggest that it is effective to select the models with value addition, attractiveness, and expert image when producing CSR advertisements.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether authentic leadership influenced positive psychological capital and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(CO-OCB) in airline service context. Moreover, this study was designed to test the mediating effect of positive psychological capital between authentic leadership and CO-OCB to provide fundamental and practical information for airline industry. A convenience sample of 390 flight attendants was surveyed and a total of 377 usable questionnaires were analyzed. Then hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling(SEM). The results were as follows. Firstly, authentic leadership was divided into 'self-awarenese', 'relational transparency', internalized moral perspective' and 'balanced process'. Secondly, 'self-awarenese' and 'internalized moral perspective' influenced positive psychological capital. Thirdly, positive psychological capital influenced CO-OCB. Fourtjly, positive psychological capital had mediating effects partially between authentic leadership and CO-OCB.

  • This study aims to verify the mediating effects of organizational identification in the relationship between CSR and job satisfaction of casino employees. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 354 employees of four casinos in Korea and conducted a multiple regression analysis and a Sobel test. The number of CSR participation by employees, the amount of donation by employees, the number of CSR implementations of the organization, and the authenticity of the organization's CSR are categorized into the CSR participation. As a result of analyzing the relationship between organizational identification and job satisfaction, organizational identification showed a partial mediation effect in the relationship between organizational CSR authenticity and job satisfaction.

  • This study aims to examine effects of service authenticity and service quality on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in mediation of customer trust in financial investment company. This research model was validated by the statistical tool of SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 using survey data collected from the experienced of financial investment company. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, service process authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction and customer oriented authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction in mediation of customer trust. Second, service quality(tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, except responsiveness) has a positive effect(empathy is the highest of all) with customer satisfaction and the importance of service authenticity and service quality can be confirmed from customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as trust and satisfaction have significant effects between them, but there have no significance between trust and loyalty. Finally, this study suggests directions of marketing strategy through build up trust in a strong relationship with the existing loyal customer in financial investment company.

  • This study notices that corporate crisis spreading throughout society through SNS, according to the growing influence of online e-WOM on the basis Mobile and SNS. The study will prove that users' psychological tendencies can be affected by online e-WOM and played a role factors of crisis management on Facebook fanpage. This study conducted Facebook Fanpages users' perception of authenticity, Fanpage identification theory and interactivity affected Online e-WOM before a crisis, and authenticity, Fanpage identification theory and interactivity affected negative Online e-WOM after a crisis. The result through the sample of 290 men and women in their 20s and 30s who use a Facebook fanpage. found that Facebook fanpage users' perception of authenticity, Fanpage identification theory and interactivity affect on Online e-WOM before a crisis. On the other hand, the results found that Facebook fanpage users' perception of authenticity, and interactivity affect on Online e-WOM in caused crisis. Based on the results from the present study, suggested authenticity, Fanpage identification theory and Interactivity function in the aspect of the relationship marketing or crisis communication.

The Effect of Peer Trustworthiness on Individual Ambidexterity: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of the Market Turbulence (동료의 신뢰성이 개인적 양면성에 미치는 영향: 시장변동성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the direct effect of peer trustworthiness dimensions on individual Ambidexterity, and also tested the moderating effect of market turbulence. Market turbulence reflected in this study is to refer to the degree of changes in consumer preferences and demand in the market. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity, it was found that competence and authenticity had a significant effect on individual Ambidexterity. Second, in the relationship between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity, market turbulence shows a negative (-) interaction effect with ability, and a positive (+) interaction effect with integrity, thereby was analyzed to be playing a moderating role between trustworthiness dimensions and individual Ambidexterity.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived social supports(PSS) in SNS on SNS interactions. In addition the present study aims to look for the effect of SNS interactions on the expected level of information authenticity perceived by information users. The results show that the effect of PSS on the desire for self-identity presentation is significant(Hypothesis 1 accepted). It also reveal that the desire for self-identity presentation positively affect SNS interactions (Hypothesis 2 accepted). And the effect of PSS on the SNS interactions is positively significant(Hypothesis 3 accepted). Finally, the degree of SNS interactions positively affect the expected level of information authenticity perceived by information users(Hypothesis 4 accepted). The significance of this study is to extend scope of research which is related with PSS. Especially, present study emphasize the difference between offline PSS and online PSS. And this study make clear the cause-and-effect relationship is at work between online PSS and SNS interactions, unlike preceding researches.

A Study on the Development of Authenticity Scale Perceived by Players on the Business Sport Team (실업팀 선수가 지각하는 진정성 척도 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The scale of the authenticity perceived by the athletes of the domestic business team was developed. Through this, it is intended to accumulate information and authenticity research on human resource management of unemployment teams. The authenticity scale was developed through a total of 6 steps by referring to previous studies on the scale development process at domestic and international. In the first stage, the basic composition was confirmed through the review of previous studies.In the second stage, preliminary questions were drawn through in-depth interviews with 13 players belonging to the business team. In the third stage, the authenticity attribute and structure were confirmed through an expert meeting. In the fourth stage, the appropriateness of the items was verified through exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis of 248 people. In the 5th stage, 288 subjects were tested for construct validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity through confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis. The sixth step was to verify the relationship through regression analysis with the performance variables to examine the applicability and predictability of the developed scale. Through the above procedures, 4 dimensions of organizational authenticity and 18 measurement items were developed, and 3 dimensions of leader authenticity and 18 measurement items were developed.
