Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on the Relationship between Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 감정노동과 직무만족 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과)

  • This descriptive research study investigated the mediating effect of positive psychological capital (PPC) on the relationship between emotional labor (EL) and job satisfaction (JS) of clinical nurses. The data was collected from 274 nurses working for two hospitals in the D city, Korea, from 7 Sep. 2016 through 23 Sep. 2016. General characteristics, EL, JS, and PPC were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 21.0. The mediating effect of PPC on the relationship between EL and JS was tested using Baron & Kenny's 3-step hierarchical regression analysis. There were negative correlations between EL and JS (r=-.36, p<.001) and EL and PPC (r=-.25, p<.001) and a positive correlation between JS and PPC (r=.47, p<.001). In addition, the PPC, had a partial mediating effect (z=-3.44, p=.001) on the relationship between EL and JS. It is proposed, based on the results, to develop an organized intervention program that enhances job satisfaction by reducing emotional labor and strengthening positive psychological capital in clinical nurses.

국내외 자본시장 통합도 분석

  • 우리 경제는 외환위기를 계기로 단기금융시장을 포함한 국내 자본시장이 전면 개방된 동시에 외환거래 역시 대폭 자유화됨에 따라 실물부문은 물론 금융부문에 있어서도 완전한 개방경제체제로 전환하였다. 이러한 전면적인 자본시장 개방은 국내외 자본시장의 통합을 촉진하는 동시에 환율, 금리, 물가 등 거시 금융변수간의 상충관계(trade-off)에 변화를 초래함으로써 거시경제정책 환경도 크게 변호시킬 것으로 기대된다. 본고에서는 국내외 금리 및 주가간의 동조화 현상에 초점을 맞추어 자본시장 개방에 따른 국내외 자본시장 통합 효과를 살펴본 후, 자본시장 개방이 환율변동패턴의 통계적 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 분석하였다. 특히 외환위기를 계기로 국내 자본시장이 제도적으로 완전 개방된 점을 고려하여 위기 이전과 이후에 자본시장 통합도와 환율 변동패턴에 어떠한 변화가 발생하였는지를 실증분석하였다. 금리에 대한 실증분석 결과는 외환위기 이후 금리재정거래(金利裁定去來)(interest parity)가 국내금리변화에 미치는 영향이 크게 확대되고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 주가에 대한 실증분석의 경우에도 미국과 국내주가 간의 동조화 현상이 외환위기 이후 심화되고 있으며, 국내 주식시장이 효율적 시장가설(efficient market hypothesis)을 지지하는 방향으로 변화하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 환율의 경우에도 외환위기 이후 환율변동패턴에 임의보행(random walk)적 특성이 보다 강화된 것으로 나타나고 있어 외환시장의 효율성이 제고되었음을 시사하고 있다.

Social Relation of Cyber Sports Supporter's Community and Social Capital (사이버 스포츠서포터스 공동체의 사회적 관계와 사회적 자본)

  • This study examined social relation of cyber sports supporter's community and social capital as time passes. This study selected spectator sports supporters of cyber sports community based on number of number and history of cyber sports supporter. This community is a representative supporter's club of spectator sports. This study utilized 1,848 members accumulated during three month. To analyze data, Netminer 4.0 and social network analysis were used. The conclusion is following: First, social relation of cyber sports supporter's community showed up dynamic change. Second, social capital of cyber sports supporter's community shows Sports events and training schedules, player transfer, manager, record, game watching and TV watching, cheering, cheering uniform and tools, players, teams and clubs, game photos and video, etc. This is the poor-get-poorer and the rich-get-richer phenomenon.

  • There are a number of studies about the impact of social games' social network. But because of conflicting results, the game's effect isn't ascertained. In this study, we defined that using social games makes increase the social capital with construal level theory. The survey results on construal level, social capital, game using time, etc, are used for the analysis of the correlation and interact. As a result, growing bridging social capital shows on the people who use high level of construal and more social game time use. This phenomenon did not appear in other online games, so that makes a social games' feature unique characteristic. And we discovered that high level construals is key point for defining the practical use of media.

The Effects of Authentic Leadership on the Positive Psychological Capital and the Teamwork Competence -Focusing on Nurses of General Hospitals- (진성리더십이 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본과 팀워크역량에 미치는 영향 -종합병원 간호사를 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated the relationship of authentic leadership(AL) with positive psychological capital(PPC) and teamwork competence(TC) and the mediation effect of PPC to facilitate theoretical and practical development of AL. For the empirical analysis, data were collected from the sample of 172 nurses working at general hospitals. Collected data were analyzed with factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediated regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 to test the hypotheses. Results showed that the AL was positively related to the PPC as well as TC and the PPC was positively related to the TC. And further, the PPC is found as playing as a partial mediator on the relationship between the AL and the TC. These results provided the positive influence of authentic leadership on work team. Based on these results, practical implications were discussed for effectiveness of nurse organizations. Lastly, limitations were indicated and some possible directions for authentic leadership and its relationship to work team were suggested for future studies.

Countercyclical Capital Buffer and Monetary Policy (경기대응완충자본규제와 통화신용정책)

  • This paper explores the effect of the countercyclical capital buffer using a DSGE (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium) model with a banking sector. The main results are following. First, if the CAR (capital asset ratio) rises by 1%p as the countercyclical capital buffer, output and credit would increase less than otherwise by 0.8%p and 1.2%p, respectively. Second, the countercyclical capital buffer would decrease both credit and debt of banks, or deposit, and, as a result, boost the CAR. However, if we are going to use monetary policy to control credit expansion by allowing the interest rate to respond to credit, bank capital would also diminish, which would cause the CAR to be lower.

  • The main objectives of this study are to examine the effects of social capital and anxiety on the depression of the adolescent and to examine the moderating effect of self-awareness on the relationship between social capital and depression, and anxiety and depression. To do this, we analyzed the data obtained from Social and Psychological Anxiety Survey of Korean Society in 2015. The subject is 4,724 adolescent aged 14-18 years. To investigate the moderating effects of variable, we conducted a hierarchial regression analysis and confirmed the explanatory force change. As a result of that, first, social capital, anxiety and self-awareness all had a direct effects on depression. This results show that the better social capital, the lower anxiety, and the higher self-awareness is, the lower depression is. Second, it was found that self-awareness was moderating variable in the relationship of social capital and depression, and the relationship of anxiety and depression. Based on this results, this study has proposed the implications and limitations of the study and suggestions for further study.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among social capital, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Korean Security Organizations. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 10 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(12.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the social capital is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the social capital is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

Mediated effect of job engagement in relationship between positive psychological capital and turnover intention of the event worker (이벤트업 종사원의 긍정심리자본과 이직의도간의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the job engagement mediates relationship between positive psychological capital and turnover intention in the event worker. For it, a questionnaire survey is performed for 394 participants consisted of male and female living in BUSAN. Their age is from 20 to 50. Afterwards, the collected data is analyzed using the regression analysis. Positive psychological capital is significantly positive to the job engagement. Meanwhile, positive psychological capital is significantly negative to the turnover intention. Likewise, job engagement is significantly negative to the level of turnover intention. Also, job engagement partially mediated relationship between positive psychological capital and turnover intention. Therefore, this study suggests that it will be developed the mediation program that improves both work environment and positive psychological capital to increase job engagement as well as reduce turnover intention in the event worker.

기술혁신과 정보통신 자본의 역할

  • 본 연구는 1980년부터 2000년 동안 9개 산업에서 정보통신 관련 자본(IT Capital Stock)을 이용하여, 해당 산업의 기술혁신에 기여도를 분석하였다. 순차적 분석방법에 따른 결과는 기술혁신을 나타내는 대리변수인 총요소생산성과 정보통신자본량이 단위근을 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 두 변수사이에 장기적인 공분산 관계가 성립하였다. 정보통신자본이 기술혁신에 기여도를 분석한 결과는 사용하는 계량 추정량에 따라 정보통신자본의 1단위증가는 0.19에서 0.07까지 기술혁신에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 우리나라의 경우 정보통신자본의 Solow(1989)의 "생산성 역설"가설은 장기적 패널자료를 사용하여 분석한 결과는 정보통신자본의 Solow(1989)의 "생산성 역설"가설을 뒷받침하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.을 뒷받침하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
