This paper implements an improved model for access control enforcement in enterprise environments. The integration of the task role-based access control model and the "conflicting entities" administration paradigm supply a specification of static and dynamic separation of duty requirements in the workflow environment. The implemented Extended Task Role-Based Access Control model can deal with the conflicting entities for workflow oriented tasks. It will support elaborate separation of duty policy to tasks in enterprise environment through the classification of enterprise sessions according to their characteristics.

This paper deals with usability issue that is one of the important user interface issues in multimedia environment. The purpose of this study is to define the concept of affordance in multimedia environment, which is adapted from product design fields and to seek development plan of more efficient interface and assurance interaction with interface. As a result, it is useful that the concept of affordance in multimedia design is applied as a 'useful clue for performing task.' Furthermore, it is possible that the concept of affordance is used as one of the improving methods of usability for users in multimedia environment.

This study deals with the user task that is the goal of development of RDA (Resource Description & Access), an international standard for future bibliographic description. RDA seeks to implement the user task based on FRBR-FRAD model. User task could be composed of two areas: (1) find, identify, select, and obtain of bibliographic resources in information seeking and (2) find, identify, clarify, and understand of entities related to resources (i.e., person, family, corporate, concept, etc.). This research analyzes how the resource is defined with entity, attributes, and relationship in RDA based on the conceptual model of FRBR-FRAD. And this finally shows the ways of supporting user task in RDA.

The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually and artificially defines concepts of OCB, absorptive capacity, IT group-efficacy, and TTF. Second, this study confirms the relationship among the KMS performance, the result of using KMS, and the result drawn from OCB, absorptive capacity, group-efficacy, and TTF by the preceding researches, suggesting the research model and verifying through empirical study. Lastly, this study suggests the practical and strategic advices to the groups wanting to get on the edge through KMS. The results of data analysis showed that TTF was found to have a positive influence on KMS performance. IT group-efficacy and absorptive capacity were also found to have a positive effect on TTF. And IT group-efficacy was found to have a positive influence on OCB. The findings are discussed and further research topics are suggested as well.

In this study, User intention also factors that Consulting application and Subjective norm, Task media fit factors also impact on User intention was examined. In this process, especially Subjective norm and Task media fit of SNS in each dimension to User intention about the impact of Consulting application was in each carried out to examine the mediating effect. The test result used in this study the Subjective norm, Task media fit and Consulting application in a significant positive(+) User intention also was effective. And verifying the results of the mediating effect of Consulting application, Subjective norm and Task media fit has proven to be effective in all parameters. The results of such individuals or companies with Consulting application of SNS. SNS Subjective norm and Task media fit are aware of the factors influencing the Strategy envisions an appropriate response, such as to provide Suggestions.

This research examined the changes that fast-growing voice-based devices would bring in the media multitasking environment. Based on the theoretical background that information processing efficiency improves when performing multiple tasks requiring different resource structures at the same time, we conducted an experiment where participants searched for information with voice-based or screen-based devices while performing an additional visual task. Results showed that both task performance environment and interface modality had significant main effects on cognitive load. The overall cognitive load level was higher in the voice interface group, but the difference in cognitive load between the two groups decreased in a multitasking environment where the additional visual resources was required. The visual task performance was significantly higher when using the voice interface than the screen interface. Our findings suggest that voice interfaces offered advantages in the cognitive load and task performance by distributing two tasks to the auditory and visual channels. The results of this study imply that voice-based devices have the potential to facilitate efficient information processing in the screen-centric environment where visual resources collide. We provided theoretical evidence of resource distribution using multiple resource theory and tried to identify the advantages of the voice interface more specifically based on the threaded cognition model.

The purpose of this study is to identify the core tasks, degree of professionalism on tasks, and job importance recognized by the library staff through job analysis. The results of this study will be able to take advantage of political materials about the staffing and organizational structure of public libraries in South Korea. Survey to target 49 librarians of public libraries in Gyeonggi Province was performed to job analysis. The 21.1% of library tasks was confirmed to be a high job importance, and the 69.6% of entire tasks had the high professionalism. And library staff members recognized that 73.1% of library tasks should be performed by librarians.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the implications of volunteering's task design and the volunteer's placement that make the motive-benefit matching from the functional perspective of motivation. For this study, we conducted a multi-regression analysis to examine the impact of the volunteer motivation on task satisfaction and retention will. Results showed that first, volunteers' most important motive for volunteering was social motive, followed by enhancement, value. Secondly, each motive influenced the task satisfaction and retention will of volunteers differentially. The practical implications of these findings were discussed.

Recently, the population of the elderly in Korea has been rapidly increasing, and the medical problems related to the increase of the elderly population and the cognitive decline of the elderly are becoming big social issues. In this study, a task analysis is conducted to develop a cognitive rehabilitation program aimed at improving the IADL(instrumental activities of daily living) of the cognitively deprived elderly. Especially, we focused on analyzing financial management task with ATM use. The task analysis scenario developed through this study is the basis for the development of educational programs to improve the IADL of the cognitively deprived elderly.

There are many information objects and users in a large company. It is important issue how to control users access in order that only authorized user can access information objects, Traditional access control models do not properly reflect the characteristics of enterprise environment. This paper proposes an improved access control model for enterprise environment. The characteristics of access control in an enterprise are examined and a task role-based access control(T-RBAC) model founded on concept of classification of tasks is introduced. T-RBAC deals with each task differently according to its class, and supports task level access control and supervision role hierarchy.
