In this study, airport security check process is analyzed to modeling a simulation. Simulation is compared with real security system to verify. Utilizing verified simulation, spends time in the current security check is calculated and suggests alternatives. Considering the movement of passengers and security check system of all four cases the results yielded by the experiment. The results show that security check time decreased significantly to 20.8%. The simulation was developed in this study; including the introduction of a new security system at security check can be used as a decision support tool is expected.

국토교통부는 공항의 지상조업 근로자 근무환경을 개선하기 위하여 2019년 11월부터 40개 과제를 발굴·시행하는 등 노력해 왔으나, 근원적인 안전관리체계 개선이 필요하다는 판단에 따라, 노조와 지상조업사 등 관계기관과 간담회를 통해 수렴한 의견을 바탕으로 국토교통부는 승객이동, 항공기 견인 등 항공운항의 필수 역할을 하는 지상조업의 서비스 및 안전성을 높이기 위해 '지상조업 안전관리 강화방안'을 수립했다. 본 논문은 공항에서 지상조업 시 안전하고 신속하게 할 수 있도록 하는 '공항용 원격 주행 멀티카트' 기술을 제안한다. 현장이 아닌 컨트롤러를 이용한 원격으로 주행하여 지상조업자의 안전을 보장하고, 카트에 멀티파츠를 장착하여 지장조업 장비의 유지 보수를 편리하게 관리하며 라이다 센서, 카메라, 적외선 센서 등을 이용하여 장애물을 피하는 멀티카트를 구현하여 공항 지상조업의 발전을 선도할 것이다.

In this article, we verified to influence on the performance through performance management system and public enterprise management evaluation implementation degree by the airport policy and leadership. Data collected from 533 employees of Incheon International Airport Corporation and Korea Airports Corporation. Sample extracted with a simple random sampling. Data analysis adopted structural equation modeling. The results of this research found that airport policy and leadership are the key variables influencing airport performance. This research verified a significant mediation effect on the public enterprise management evaluation implementation degree. Thus, this research assert that positive proposals for airport policy and insightful leadership must be taken. This paper explores new view in the public enterprise management evaluation research and offers practical help to researchers and practitioners in providing a direction for airport performance.

Since 1961, Aviation Act has regulated all aspects related to air transport business, aviation safety and airport. However, we are to face the new challenges that have to support air transport business more efficiently and air transportation services to the people effectively in condition of the globally competitive air transport industry. In this sense, the government proposed to devide "Aviation Act" into 'Air Transport Business Act', 'Aviation Safety Act', 'Airport Facility Act' in a timely manner. At first I am to take a look about the laws of traffic-related legislation and national laws of Japanese aviation system, and to evaluate implications. In addition, the background, the organization and the main information of the Act (Draft) will be introduced. And I would like to discuss the issues raised and suggest an alternative. In particular, the name of the Act (Draft), the specifying of airport manager operater, accounting method of airport development projects belong to the nation, the delegation of the authority and other issues are discussed to provide a starting point. In conclusion, the division of current "Aviation Act" is considered absolutely necessary. To stimulate fair competition, safety regulations and efficiency, the legislation process would be desirable in the direction of the total development of the aviation industry as well as ensuring aviation safety.

In general, an airport access system has influenced on airport terminal operation. The congestion and delay in service facilities at an airport are definitely depended on the patterns of passenger arrival behavior and time spent in a terminal. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the passenger arrival behavior at an airport to improve the operations at passenger terminal. Passenger arrival patterns to an airport are mainly depended on factors such as the length of access time. reliability of access time. and provision of transport modes, etc. The focus of this paper is to estimate the relationship between the length of access time and passenger's total time spent to board aeroplane. For this, passenger surveys were conducted at the Gimpo International Airport for a large airport and Sacheon Airport for a small size airport. The mathematical relationship between arrival time at an airport prior to the scheduled time of departure(STD) and access time spent was then estimated. It is considered that the results of this study can be used to reduce congestion and delays, thereby to improve the efficiency of the passenger services at the airports.

This study aims at exploring effects of airport special guard's security service value on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. Users of airport facilities located in Incheon were selected as the population in Jun. 2013 and the sample was extracted using cluster random sampling and 460 people were used for a final analysis. The questionnaire used for the study was composed of total 22 items including 6 items of socio-demographical characteristics, 6 items of security service value, 6 items of customers' satisfaction and 4 items of customers' loyalty etc. and using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. The credibility of the questionnaire was indicated to be over ${\alpha}$=.809. The findings are as follows. First, security service value has an effect on customers' satisfaction. if monetary value is enhanced, satisfaction with service composition is high. second, security service value has an effect on customers' loyalty. If monetary value and time value are enhanced, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Third, customers' satisfaction has an effect on customers' loyalty. If satisfaction with service composition and satisfaction with use decision are increased, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Fourth, airport special guard's security service value has a direct and indirect effect on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. That is, it means customers' satisfaction is an important variable to mediate security service value and customers' loyalty.

Digital signage in airport is used to provide the flight and airport information to the airport passenger. However, the current digital signage displays one type of contents to all of the airport customers without considering the type of the customer. Thus, the digital signage suffer from the inefficiency problem resulting in lower customer satisfaction. This problem can be solved if we adopt a smart digital signage which can recognize the type of the customer and provide the tailored contents. In this study, we report a smart digital signage using age recognition. Our smart digital signage can recognize the age of the customer in real-time, and provide the tailored contents to the customer. The smart digital signage can improve the airport customer satisfaction and the airport work efficiency by providing the information that is needed by the airport customers.

Ground Based Augmentation System(GBAS) is a system that offers an aircraft within 23 NM radius from the airport precision positioning service and precision approach service using the concept of Differential Global Positioning System(DGPS). After GBAS ground equipment installing at the airport, functionalities and performances of GBAS should be verified through the GBAS ground and flight testing. This paper describes the methods and results for GBAS flight test using the flight inspection aircraft at Gimpo International Airport. From the test results, we confirmed that the VDB data was received without misleading within the VDB coverage of Gimpo International Airport, and VDB field strength, protection level, and course alignment accuracy met the evaluation's criteria.

Due to the opening of Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, the operation range of ground operators is expanding and the workload is increased, which may cause a deterioration of the operation quality. Airline and airport corporations are concerned about safety delays as well as delays in flight due to delays in operations. Air traffic demand at Incheon International Airport is expected to increase steadily in the future. Therefore, this study intends to derive quality improvement plan by investigating the perception of stakeholders about the status of fishing service in order to improve service quality of Incheon airport ground handling company. The results of the analysis are expected to be used as basic data for improving quality of service.

The immigration procedure at airports is vital to making passenger and cargo transport faster. The rapid procedure of immigration could be an important determining factor when passengers select an air transport company, one that should have high satisfactory in terms of their service level and efficiency. Therefore, the advanced airport makes it easy for customers and their cargo to proceed. The coordination between authorities related to the Korean international airport is not satisfactory for customers. This paper analyzes the factors necessary to enhance the airport immigration procedure with the movement of aircrafts, passengers, cargo, and post, using the CK(Cook and Kress) model of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). From this study, the author found that research and development will be needed to improve the immigration procedure, especially on facilities and their operating systems. There are needed, also, performance indicators and a continuous monitoring system.
