국내 건설프로젝트의 대부분은 설계, 시공, 운영이 별도의 체계로 운영이 되이온 경향이 많은 바, 이를 개선하기 위해선, 기획단계에서 운영단계에 이르는 건설생애주기 단계별로 수행업무절차를 체계적으로 정립하여야 한다. 본 고에서는 이를 위하여 인천국제공항철도사업을 모델로 바람직한 대형공사에서의 사업관리 수행체계에 대하여 알아보았다.

The purpose of this study verify to influence the effect of the 4th industrial revolution recognized by airport operators on the airport management system and the moderator effects of convergence and leadership between these influence relationships. Data collected through a survey of airport operators using simple random sampling at six international airports in Korea. Data analysis performed using Structural Equation Modeling. The research results found that the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on the airport management system. Also, moderator effects of convergence and leadership found significant statistically. In this paper, we asserts that it should be reconstructed the airport management system as a system suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. This paper provide theoretical data and directions for empirical research to airport researchers, and implications for airport enterprise managers and airport policy planners. The findings of this study are particularly helpful for international airports that have adopted the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Aircraft parking stand is a place separated by a pavement marking so that aircraft can park in the apron. If there is not an aircraft parking stand available for aircraft just arrived, the aircraft has to wait for a stand becomes empty on taxi lane taxiway, which annoys passengers, and deteriorates the congestion in the airport. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate parking stands in planning process. In this study, we studied the maximum number of aircraft parking stands required in the past, and estimated the future requirements, for Incheon International airport.

Preliminary scheduling at the initial stage of planning phase is usually performed with limited information and details. Therefore, the reliability and accuracy of preliminary scheduling is affected by personal experiences and skills of the schedule planners, and it requires enormous managerial effort (or workload). Reusing of historical data of the similar projects is important for efficient preliminary scheduling. However, understanding the structure of historical data and applying them to a new project requires a great deal of experience and knowledge. In this context, this paper propose a framework and methodology for automated preliminary schedule generation based on historical database. The proposed methodology and framework enables to automatically generate CPM schedules for airport projects in the early planning stage in order to enhance the reliability and to reduce the workload by using structured knowledge and experience.

On-arrival duty free will prevent Korean outbound passengers from keeping the duty free items they purchased at the departure during their travel. Most Korean tourists have requested the airport authority to install on-arrival duty free since the grand-opening of Incheon int'l airport. Considering the fierce hub airport competition in the North East Asian region, the Korean government's decision to install on-arrival duty free is regarded as a well-timed intervention. The purpose of the research was to analyze sales correlation based on a comparison of sales of both departure and on-arrival duty free and to propose an administrative implication. Compared to business conglomerates running departure duty free, on-arrival duty free operators, who are small or medium companies, have weakness in product composition, marketing, and merchandising capabilities. According to the analysis, outbound passengers, who purchased fashion accessories and leather products at the departure duty free, tended to purchase cosmetics/perfume or liquor on the arrival duty free. Such complementary purchasing behavior of passengers showed there is barely a negative correlation between departure and on-arrival duty free.

In Korea, demand for the Social Overhead Capital(SOC) projects has tremendously increased since 1970's and is expected to keep growing to support national economic development as well as to enhance the quality of life. In these projects, project planning and feasibility study phase is one of the most critical phases because it determines the success of later phases. However, we have experienced trial and errors repeatedly such as cost overruns and schedule delays in many of the SOC projects. These problems can be prevented or at least expected in the earlier phase and it requires well-developed and standardized project planning process and systems before design, procurement, and construction phases begin. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate current problems in this phase and provide framework for a model for the project planning management which can be used for the SOC projects to insure the whole project success.

Information sharing and decision making between airport stakeholders became possible after the introduction of airport cooperative making system (A-CDM). This also resulted in optimizing aircraft handling time and increased the efficiency of aircraft operations. Technological advances have recently led to the development of urban air mobility (UAM) which is a small aircraft taking off and landing vertically. It is emerging as a new air transportation system in the future due to its advantage of saving time and solving congestion problem in the urban area. This study aims to suggest how vertiport cooperative decision making system (V-CDM) should be managed for efficient operation of UAM. By establishing procedure for decision making system based on Vertiport ecosystem of UAM. By establishing procedure for decision making system based on Vertiport ecosystem and UAM aircraft, unnecessary flight delays or cancellations can be minimized and efficiency of UAM operation will be improved as well.

Recently, Intense competition is expected to bring about continuous change with the rapid global aviation industry. In particular, domestic passenger demand has been steadily increasing over the past five years, with domestic and international shipments growing at a CAGR of 8.4% and 10.0%, respectively. In addition to the economic value of the airport, social interest due to greenhouse gas emissions is also rising. In this study, we analyzed the efficiency of airport operation by using DEA model(Directional Technology Distance Function) considering undesirable output for 14 airports in Korea. As a result of analysis, all airports except Gimhae, Yangyang, Cheongju and Yeosu were analyzed as efficient airports. However, only Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju, Muan, Daegu and Gwangju were analyzed as efficient airports considering the undesirable output.

This study compares the results of two Importance-Performance Analyses (IPA) on the convention destination images in Korea by meeting and exhibition planners. Meeting and convention planners carefully evaluate convention destinations by considering meeting room facilities, hotel service quality, safety/security, air transportation access and hotel room availability as the most important attributes of a convention destination. On the other hand, night life, exhibition facilities, scenery/sightseeing opportunities, food and lodging costs and restaurant facilities are considered as the least important attributes of a convention destination. The study revealed that convention destination attributes ranking is dynamic and continuous evaluation should be done to determine the current perception of the meeting and exhibition planners. Meeting and exhibition planners' importance grid of the convention attributes is dynamic and changed with the environment and needs of their clientele. In this study it was noted that the ranking for some attributes has dramatically changed.

화란의 유트리히트에서 개최된 23회 국제기능올림픽 대회에서 세게를 석권 기능한국의 이미지를 크게 부각시키고 국위를 선양한 우리나라 대표선수단은 7월17일 하오 3시 45분 KAL기편으로 김포공항착 귀국했다. 이낙선 한국기능올림픽 위원회 회장을 비롯한 선수단 일동을 환영하기 위하여 국제기능올림픽 대회 한국위원회는 정부의 적극적인 후원하에 하오 5시부터 김포공항 광장에서거족적인 환영대회를 가졌다. 이자리에는 남덕희 경제기획원 장관(환영사)을 비롯한 광산덕 문교부장관 , 최형섭 과학기술처장관등 정부관계기관과 태완선 대한상의회장, 김윤기 한국과학기술단체 총연합회 회장 그리고 동회원회부회장, 이사, 기술위원 이밖에 산업계, 학계 및 선수가족 친지와 기업주, 학생등 내외괴빈다수가 참석 열광적인 환영식을 갖었다.
