The government has been supplying public rental housing for stable life of low-income group since 1989. However, deteriorated public rental housing are likely to caused accident due to aging facilities. In this study, investigated the types of accidents that occur in the public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors for each type. First, identified the type of accidents that occur in apartment through previous studies and interviews. Next determined the type of accidents that occur in public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors through surveys. The results of this study would be basic information of planned and systematic management plan for safe and comfortable residental life in public rental housing. And it can be utilized on the basis information that can improve the design and management method to supply future public rental housing.

Purpose: It Vas intended to identify problems and derive improvement plans by grasping the current status of safety management of public institutions among construction Vork orders. Method: By comparing the disaster status of public institutions compared to the total construction Vork, the analysis Vas conducted based on the results of the evaluation of the level of safety activities of public institutions Vith a high disaster rate and the results of actual consulting. Result: As a result of comparing and analyzing the current status of safety management of public institutions, the current status and problems of safety management in public institutions Vith a high accident rate Vere similarly discovered. Safety management organizations, document management systems, safety management systems, and risk assessment activities are operated Vithout reflecting the size and characteristics of the organization, so improvement in the relevant field is needed. Conclusion: Safety-related professionals and organizations should be formed according to the size of construction orders, and responsibility and authority should be clearly assigned. Since risk assessment is conducted formally to prepare a safety and health ledger, it is necessary to derive risk factors to prevent safety accidents for the actual construction. It is expected that the level of safety activities can be improved if it is improved by reflecting the size and characteristics of public institutions.

Based on data provided by the science and technology knowledge infrastructure (ScienceON, 2017-2021), this paper reviews the research trends of domestic police services and related technologies, and describes the research and development direction of policing technology. For this purpose, the research was searched using the keywords science policing, smart policing, predictive policing, and policing. Policing technology is used for crime investigation (prevention), such as crime analysis and crime prediction. The collection of related data use urban infrastructure, the processing of data collected using technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and the utilization of data in police services (system) were summarized. In future, on-site support technology and crime investigation (prevention) technology for a preemptive correspondence to social threats and effective police activities must be developed. In addition, the quality of police services should be improved, a system to use police-related data should be developed, and the capabilities of police experts need to be strengthened.

본 프레임워크의 기본 방향은 [공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 재난안전 정보를 구현하기 위한 5단계로 피해지역에 설치된 정보수집 장치로부터 관측된 데이터와 현장에 대한 신고 정보를 취득함으로써 1단계 현장의 상황을 감시/관측하여 피해 현황을 인지할 수 있는 정보수집체계를 구축하고 수집된 데이터 중에서 오류 데이터를 정제하고 정보 모델링의 분류와 그룹핑을 통한 2단계 상황정보를 유형화한다. 그리고 유형화된 상황정보와 관련된 사건을 대상으로 일련의 규칙이나 상호관계를 파악하는 3단계 패턴 분석 과정을 통하여 4단계 공공서비스 매체별 특성을 고려하여 변환함으로써 대국민과 유관기관에게 재난안전 정보를 전달하는 5단계 공공서비스로 구현한다.

공공 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 대부분 사용자가 직접 데이터를 보유하지 않고 데이터 센터의 논리적으로 분리된 저장 공간에 데이터가 존재하는 환경이기 때문에 데이터의 유효한 보안은 매우 중요하다. 더군다나 데이터 센터 내에 위치한 기밀데이터를 사용자 사이에 공유하고자 하는 경우에 안전한 공유기법이 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 공공 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 계약된 신뢰 모델을 기반으로 안전한 기밀 데이터 공유 방법을 제안한다. 공공 클라우드에서 사용자에게 데이터 제어권을 두고, 클라우드 서비스 제공자는 단지 데이터를 저장, 검색, 전송하는 프록시(Proxy) 서버 역할을 하게하여 증가하는 데이터 공유와 협업을 위한 데이터 공유 기법을 제안한다.

최근 재난은 대형화, 복합적, 다양화되는 양상을 보이는 가운데, 효율적인 재난관리를 위해 정부 중심 거버넌스 재난관리에 대한 변화가 불가피하다. 현장 중심의 재난관리 체계 구축을 위해서는 국민생활과 밀접한 지방공공기관의 재난관리에 대한 역량을 배양하는 제도적 개선이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 지방공공기관의 재난관리에 대한 역할의 재정립, 재난·안전관리에 대한 평가지표의 개선, 기능연속성계획 수립을 위한 정부의 지원책 마련 등 현행 제도를 보완해야 한다. 특히 사회통합적 재난관리로 전환하여 재난 현장의 최일선에서 효과적인 대응이 이루어질 수 있는 기반이 필요하다. 하여 본 연구는 지방공기업의 재난관리 역량 강화를 위한 개선 방안으로 실제적 법제도 개선의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.
