  • ITER 한국사업단은 AC/DC Converter 최종설계검토(FDR)를 2014년 4월에 끝내고, 제작에 관련된 준비사항 점검인 MRR (Manufacturing Readiness Review)를 2014년 10월에 수행하였다. 1차 제작공정인 CCU/L 컨버터와 관련 I&C System은 2014년 11월부터 제작에 착수하여 곧 FAT(Factory Acceptance Test)를 앞두고 있다. 이 시점에서 중요한 것은 FAT를 앞둔 제작된 기기가 ITER의 설계요건을 충분히 만족하는지에 대한 검증을 하는 것이다. 본 논문은 초전도자석 및 컨버터의 이상상태 또는 고장 시에 장치를 보호하는 중요한 Plant Interlock System(PIS)이 ITER의 설계요건을 충실히 반영하였는지 확인하기 위한 요건추적매트릭스(RTM) 기법을 소개하고, Interlock System의 중요기능인 사고 시 초전도 코일에 충전된 에너지를 급속 방전하기 위한 장치인 DLIB와의 연계기능에 적용한 예를 보이고자 한다.

  • 케이블 및 버스바는 전원을 공급하는 부대 장치로 산업 전반에 걸쳐 널리 사용되고 있다. 대부분의 경우 일정 주기로 점검 및 교체 등의 유지 보수를 진행하나 ITER IVC 버스바 및 지중케이블 등의 특수한 경우에서는 접근성 및 작업성의 이유로 유지 보수를 진행 할 수 없다. 이러한 경우, 절연물 내부에 전기 트리가 발생했을 때에는 대책이 없다. 전기 트리는 부분적인 고전계에 의한 진성파괴, 전하의 주입 또는 추출에 의한 파괴 및 전기-기계적 응력(맥스웰 응력)에 의한 파괴, 미소 부분 방전에 의한 파괴의 가장 큰 고장요인이 되는 현상이며, 다양한 사고 사례가 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석법을 이용하여 전기 트리를 가지는 사각 버스바에 대한 전계해석을 진행하였고, 전기 트리를 방지 할 수 있는 사각 버스바의 절연 설계에 대한 방안을 제시한다. 이 설계 방안은 향후 전기 트리를 고려한 사각 버스바의 절연 설계 기초 데이터로 활용 될 것이다.

  • This paper is a purpose to study and analyze the engine starting failure examples for LPG car. The first example, the researcher verified the phenomenon that didn't supply the fuel because of filter clogging by fine alien substance in the gas valve line when he inspected the emergency cutting valve. The second example, there was no the influence of gas leakage when the solenoid operated at first. But the damage part of solenoid assemblying face wad downed a durability according to running a valve. Eventually, the researcher checked on the phenomenon of engine stopping by no gas feeding in solenoid because of leaking of gas. The third example, the researcher sought that the wiring sheaths of connector fin between EGR 10A fuse and LPG switch verified the burn-out phenomenon due to the bad contacting as tension damage produced the overheating. Therefore, the manager of a car has to do pre-inspection no producing electric failure and he must maintain his car with optimum condition.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study for failure examples of emission gas recirculation and air control and catalyzed particulate filter system in diesel engine vehicle. The first example, the researcher found the fact that the much engine oil came into the intake manifold causing diaphragm damage of EGR valve. The engine oil entered into combustion chamber of engine so that a car emit the polluted exhaust gas when driving. The second example, the researcher certified the sticking phenomenon of carbon and foreign substance with the throttle flap so that the exhaust fumes discharged exhaust port. The third example, the regeneration function don't activated to not detect the temperature of exhaust gas because of damage in the sensor. Thus, the researcher must meticulously manage his car not in order to take place the problem of environmental pollution.

  • This paper is a purpose to study and analyze the failure examples for timing belt, camshaft position sensor and ignition coil of LPG automotive engine. The first example, whe the service man install the front case bracket of engine, he excessively tightened up a 12mm bolt for being fixed of brackct. As a results, the bolt was separated from joint part so that it was put in between the crankshaft sprocket. Therefore the belt was broken off because of interference between timing belt and sprocket tooth. The second example, it verified the disharmony phenenomen of engine that the gap of the camshaft position sensor and camshaft senseing point assembled on cylinder head part was small more than iregular value so that the it was generated senseing damage phenomenon by pulse signal misconduct. The third example, it was found the engine disharmony phenomenon that the fire in the ignition coil was leaked by inner damage of Number 2 ignition coil.Therefore, the the manager of a car throughtly have to inspect not in order to arise the failure symptoms.

  • According to a research that is based on a previous study, But in a different way, This study shows fault diagnosis of Induction motor bearing which runs in coal-fired power plant industries on Desulfurization absorber agitator using Spectrum analysis of Stator Current and visual inspection. As a result of harmonic content analysis of stator current spectrum, It was possible to detect ball and outer race fault frequency. The comparison in the context of this experiment proves that the amplitude of faulty frequency is increased in three times at a fault in ball and in outer race. Spectrum analysis of stator current can be used to detect the presence of a fault condition as well as experiment in faulty bearings, besides early fault detection in bearings can prevent unexpected power generation loss and emergency maintenance cost.

  • In this paper, it is introduced characteristics of FMCW-type Radar Altimeter for KUH, and its defects occurred during ground/flight test in initial product phase. In addition, it is also described 'data/control flow model' based fault analysis results of S/W and processes of verifying improvement design through flight test as well as aircraft system integration test called MEP SIL. As a result of design improvement and verification, it is validated that settling the defects and improving not only safety but also capability of the KUH.

  • The state assignment for a finite state machine greatly affects the delay, area, power dissipation, and testabilities of the sequential circuits. In order to improve the testabilities and power consumption, a new state assignment technique . based on m-block partition is introduced in this paper. By the m-block partition algorithm, the dependencies among groups of state variables are minimized and switching activity is further reduced by assigning the codes of the states in the same group considering the state transition probability among the states. In the sequel the length and number of feedback cycles are reduced with minimal switching activity on state variables. It is inherently contradictory problem to optimize the testability and power consumption simultaneously, however our new state assignment technique is able to achieve high fault coverage with less number of scan nfp flops by reducing the number of feedback cycles while the power consumption is kept low upon the low switching activities among state variables. Experiment shows drastic improvement in testabilities and power dissipation for benchmark circuits.

  • First, In this essay we research about secondary source unit(SIV)180KVA is install on VVVF direct subways for using Filter Capacitor(FC) maintenance & limit of use. Vehicle's extendly use and congestly at load for Catenary voltage and load change about output change and in SIV unit there are important device named GTO Thyristor, Power Transistor Module device become short and it often happen. We analysis the fault cause and there are effects and we know the secondary source unit in filter capacitor FC1~4 input harmonic distortion component's filtering don't do correctly so we study the capacitor extend use for the component change and the outside condition by slow property changed happen and we check before and when its fault, its difficult to measure. Finally, In this research we care for this reason and we study about capacitor maintenance through control and measure ways improvement and capacitor's life spans limit of use.

  • Recently, the spark and the overheat due to in the failure of pressure contacts on connecting points and the momentary short circuit have been the major causes of electrical fire because these may cause the deposition and the graphite of insulating materials in electrical wiring system. Also, because in these cases the current is a surge one, the losses and faults of a communication, a home appliances, a computer and a measuring instrument may occur. Especially, in such cases, we are very difficult to detect the failure of pressure contacts on connecting points and the momentary short circuit. In this paper, we have developed an auxiliary control device, the electrical fire prevention control device(EFPCD), of an earth leakage breaker(ELB). And we can pre-vent the electrical fire caused by the spark and the overheat occurring in the failure of pressure contacts in connecting points and the momentary short circuit with the EFPCD.
