  • As the influence of service industry into domestic economy is increasing, it also has been influenced more powerfully at the domestic GDP(Gross Domestic Product) relative importance and employment relative importance continuously. By means of these reason, the Korean government announced the synthetic countermeasure for strengthening the competitive power of service industry in December, 2006. After then, it announced phase I of 'service industry advancing plan' which is concrete execution plan in April, 2008. Also, it is announced to announce phase II plans in september, 2008 and phase III plan in December, 2008 additionally. Service quality is the most powerful competitive means at service marketing and a key point for improving service productivity. The improvement of service quality has considerable influence on survival and profitability of service industry. Therefore, the study of objective service quality measurement in service industry is very important issue. The purpose of this study is to suggest a measurement model of service quality using fuzzy theory and AHP which measuring service quality objectively in subjective environment. It is expected that this study will help the improvement of competition power of service industry as well as establishment of effective decision-making.

  • Under the recent global business environment and active e-commerce era through digital media, the decision on the exporting companies' brand and web domain development is a very crucial strategic choice. Especially, since web domain development is closely related with company's brand strategy, this study is conducted to research the decisive factors of exporting brand strategy on the basis of the need research results on Korean exporting company's overseas brand and domain development strategy. As presented in statistical results, in case of Korean exporting businesses, the level of OEM brand export was when there was high export competitiveness and the level of OEM brand export was high when there was higher uncertainty about the environment. This supports the hypotheses on the basis of existing research documents. However, the similarities of markets failed to bring out any statistical meaningful influence. As the second result, businesses with high export competitiveness tend to select global brand strategy and businesses with high environment uncertainty tend to choose local brand strategy. However, the similarity of markets failed to show any statistical meaningful influence.

  • It is Study Service Model for Case Study of Internet Bank. With most major full service banks having launched transactional Internet banking, attention is shifting to the realities of managing the Internet channel as a profitable component of an overall delivery strategy. In addition to examining Case Study and Internet Bank Model. Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. 경남 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성분석과 발전전략

  • 항공우주산업은 생산유발효과가 높고 고용창출도 높을 뿐만 아니라 부가가치산업이나, 대규모적 투자에 따른 투자 위험과 기술적 위험이 높아 정부차원에서의 개입이 불가피한 산업으로 인식된다. 최근 항공우주산업에 대한 정부의 지원 형태는 클러스터 조성, 지방세 감면, 토지 임대를 통한 기업지원 등 과거에 비해 더욱 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 이와 같은 정부지원 형태의 다양성은 기존의 전통적 방식에 의한 지원으로는 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해지는 국제경쟁에서 경쟁력 우위를 유지하기 어렵다는 것을 반증하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기존의 산업 중심의 정부지원 전략에서 기업중심의 정부지원 전략으로의 선회 경향은 산업의 주체는 기업이기 때문에 기업의 전체적 역량에 의한 경쟁우위가 글로벌 경쟁에서 보다 중요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 경남의 항공우주산업 클러스터 조성 여건은 인프라 구축면에서 여타 지역에 비해 매우 우수한 하부 기반을 구축하고 있어 클러스터 구축에 따른 효율성과 국제경쟁력 확보 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 먼저, 클러스터 구축의 핵심이 되는 핵심선도기업인 KAI가 15년 전부터 대상지역에서 생산활동 중이며, 교육 및 훈련 기능도 비교적 풍부할 뿐만 아니라 공항도 인접해 있어 신속한 물류 및 정보공유, 해외시장과의 접근성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 결론적으로 볼 때, 경남지역의 항공우주산업 클러스터 구축의 타당성은 높다고 할 수 있다. 특히 현재의 항공우주산업 발전 단계상으로 볼 때, 부품산업의 발전이 긴요한 과제이므로 동 클러스터는 항공우주 부품 수출중심의 핵심 거점 클러스터로의 조성할 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 클러스터 조성에 따른 경남 항공우주 클러스터의 운영체계는 “항공우주산업 혁신 클러스터 추진단”을 중심으로 입주 업체, 항공우주 수출 지원단, 관련 R&D 기관 및 교육기관 등이 긴밀하게 연계 되어 운영되어야 할 것이다. 이외에도 중앙정부와의 협의 및 관련 단체들과의 연계를 통해 클러스터의 효율성과 경쟁력 제고를 위한 활동을 적극 추진해야 할 것이다.

  • The number of calling ports has been decreased and the degree of inter- and intra-port competition has been increased, which is caused by the market trends that shipping liners have and operate their own terminals, strategic M & A frequency occurs among shipping liners, and container vessel size is increasing. The trends also cause shipping liners to change the evaluation factors for decision to call a particular port such as port preference, potential for growth, port competitiveness, etc. Since the decision of liners greatly influences the policies for port and terminal development, it is worth having interest in the evaluation factors. Therefore, this work intended to evaluate 8 major ports (Port of Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Busan, Rotterdam, Kaoshing, and Tokyo) with regard to liners' evaluation factors (calling port preference, potential for growth and port competitiveness) and to classify ports by similarity of evaluation factors with the methodologies of ANOVA analysis and Duncan test. The result shows implication for liners' viewpoint to evaluate major ports in the world.

A Study on a development plan for multi-transportation in Incheon: Focused on Incheon and main cities in Northern China (인천지역의 복합운송체계별 발전방안 연구 - 인천과 상해이북지역 중심으로 -)

  • This study shows how Incheon will advance into roadmap as multi-transport hub in Northeast Asia hereafter and be proposed an urgent tasks and roles to construct a multi-transportation system for Incheon, which has both an international airport and port. The multi-transportation point of view of inter-major cities competitiveness of total scores was proposed 1. Shanghai(64.8 points), 2 in Hongkong(64.5), 3 in Incheon(62.9), and 4 in Busan(60.4) and Incheon was estimated to have enough competitiveness to be the international multi-transport hub in Northeast Asia. Sea & Air transportation revealed the most important multi-transportation in the Incheon region. In conclusion, this research suggests a development plan for multi-transportation in Incheon. Firstly, it proposes construction of sea & air transportation distribution center and agreement that simplifies logistic process between Incheon and Tianjin, secondly, suggests to activate project for the purpose of creating a better sea-land transportation system between Incheon and Shanghai.

  • This paper aims to evaluate the Industrial Complex Campus Program and to provide policy recommendations for promoting effectiveness of industrial complex campuses through the in-depth case study on the Changwon Industrial Complex Campus Program. The survey shows that the program contributes to not only strengthening the R&D capacities of SMEs within the cluster, but also promoting the interactions between local companies and local universities. But it claims that the industrial complex campus program reveals some limitations to supporting effectively local enterprises. First, It is necessary to maintain regional balance in terms of the sites of the implementation of the program. Second, the policy management plan and the monitoring system of the program should be established for the purpose of the self-reliance of industrial complex campuses, regardless of the government financial support.

  • This research studies the shipping industry rationalization of 1984 and the 2009 shipping industry restructuring and policy to raise competitiveness. According to this research the operation of the two policies showed significant difference in the enforcer, aim and policy contents. In 1984, under government initiative, M&A of shipping companies was accomplished but in 2009 restructuring of shipping companies is being pushed ahead by the group of creditors. The use of different policies, M&A of shipping companies and restructuring of insolvent shipping companies, as solutions in a crisis shows different characteristics. The act of shipping industry rationalization in 1984 was proposed on the very basic and aggressive aim and targeted to improve Korea's shipping industry structure. On the other hand, the 2009 policy of the restructuring of the shipping companies and improving competitiveness was based on the protective concept. This policy aimed for a prevention of bankruptcy of the shipping companies and hence preserve the shipping industry.

Export Growth Strategy through Comparison of Korea and China's Cosmetics Export Competitiveness (한국과 중국 향장품의 수출경쟁력 비교를 통한 수출성장 전략)

  • Korea's export economy across all industries are affected by the rise of China. The field of cosmetics can not be an exception. Expansion of the export of Chinese cosmetic goods can bring a greater concern to the export of Korea. Therefore, comparing the competitiveness of cosmetics in China and Korea will propose Implications for export growth strategy. To this end, comparing Korea cosmetic product's competitiveness with China, Revealed Comparative Advantage Index (RCA), Trade Specialization Index (TSI) and the status of import and export countries were comprehensively analyzed. In the case of Korea, items that have a competitive over China were No. 330499 and No. 330510. The following items in proportion were No. 330430 and No. 330590. By strengthening its position of these four items as major export items of Korea Cosmetics, export growth strategy in China and other markets around the world is needed.

  • this study, the problem of the quality is analyzed by questionnaire analysis of the current quality managers, and the German meister system, the Japanese name deduction system, the functional manager, and the quality manager system. First, we set up a quality guide selection classification guide model. Secondly, we set up a model for combining experience and expertise with theory. Third, we set up a quality brand application model to enhance competitiveness of SMEs. Fourth, The basic model is presented. The expected effects of these models are that, in the knowledge-based economy, in terms of identifying, fostering, and utilizing superior talents, quality experts combine academic theories and experience in each field to provide core expertise and knowledge, As a transformative leader and expert, we will become a leader of innovation activities by enhancing corporate competitiveness, developing younger leaders, and cooperating with suppliers. In order to strengthen competitiveness of SMEs, It will be possible to scale and cultivate the technology of SMEs.
