  • With the advent of the digital economy, the business eco-system has been changing from the competition system across individual companies to that of supply chains. Under the rapidly changing business environment, it becomes true that the competitive power of the steel maker depends on the shipbuilding company, an important customer of the steel maker. Accordingly, e-partnering between a steel maker and shipbuilding companies becomes important. Schemes of developing e-partnering are presented as follows: implementation of the inter-communication system, day/sequence order and supply, improvement of infrastructure such as transport, quay etc.

School Consulting Model to Establish the Development Plan of Industrial High School and a Case Analysis (공업계열 고등학교의 발전계획 수립을 위한 학교컨설팅 모델 및 사례 분석)

  • In this study, theory of school consulting for founding the development strategy of industrial high school was explored, consulting model and performing technique model was suggested, case of consulting of industrial high school performed by the model and performing technique suggested. Up to now, research field of school consulting was instruction and supervision consulting mostly, there was not much school management consulting. In this paper, a school consulting model for industrial high school was developed, which was five step such as entry, diagnosis, action planning, action, and termination. A case of consulting for C technical high school applied by the consulting model suggested was analyzed, it will be used any other consulting project of industrial high school. According to the 5 step school consulting model, analysis of the present state of C technical high school, survey research, SWOT analysis, Issue Tree, school assesment were performed. In order to set up a development strategy for C technical high school, a table of problem and improvement based on issue tree was made, and then a Pay-Off Matrix was made out. Finally, a development plan of short and mid- and long-term for C technical high school was constructed.

Perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools (NCS 기반 직업교육과정 도입에 따른 공업계열 특성화고·마이스터고 교사의 직무수행능력 중요도 및 교육적 요구에 대한 인식)

  • The study tried to investigate perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 269 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, job performance competency were divided into 5 categories(curriculum guidance, school life guidance, class management, extraordinary activities and administrative duties) and 34 sub-categories. Second, higher importance values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and school life guidance. Higher educational needs values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and administrative duties in categories. Third, higher importance values were construction and reconstruction of NCS learning modules, organization and manage of NCS based vocational education curriculum, guide of the new laws and employment, student records manage, research activities of NCS, hands-on-background training, NCS projects in sub-categories. Fourth, the results show that the NCS experienced teachers more highly evaluated the importance and educational needs of the job performance competency than the NCS inexperienced teachers did.

The Opinions of Non-health Major Students on Registered Dental Hygienists to Medical-Personnel (비보건계열 대학생의 치과위생사 의료인화에 대한 견해)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the opinions of non-health science college students of Korean dental hygienists in the category of medical personnel. A self-reported questionnaire was conducted on 265 non-health science major students without information about a health and medical service personnel. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, chi squared and multinomial logistic regression analysis. About 40% of the respondents answered that dental hygienists should be medical personnel, while 17.7% think that they should not distinguish health and medical service personnel between medical personnel and medical service technologist. As the respondents' oral health management ability improved, they approves the Korean dental hygienists in the category of medical personnel(p=.022). As the longer the period of dental regular visits, they answered that dental hygienists should be medical service technologist. Presence or absence of dental regular visits, scaling experience, oral health education did not no significant difference on the opinions of Korean dental hygienists in the category of medical personnel of the pros and cons. This study can be used as a basic data for establishing the policy of medical personnel for dental hygienists.

  • This article provides a practical organizational IT ROI evaluation methodology which had been developed by Samsung Group. In order to manage huge IT investment and ROI systematically, firms should establish a management system which can measure various types of IT expenditures, tangible and intangible outcomes of hundreds of KPIs, etc. An episode about the development process and some distinctive features of the methodology were summarized. Finally, we added a real evaluation case of one Samsung affiliate company.

  • As multinational brands have made inroads into domestic food service industry, and its recognition has been high to consumers, This research has tried to examine the general identity of brand, their recognition, and re-purchase behaviors. The purpose of this study is to inquire into how the brand value by brand identity was caused by recent development of food service industry, and how it had an effect on the purchase behaviors of them. In particular, factors of general identity have a significant effect on the revisit and purchase intention, as the image and ads of family restaurant among brand property factors of family restaurant showed an significant effect on the revisit intention. This study was made with priority given to the brand identity as four brand factors such as product brand, organizational brand, community brand and design brand based on the confidence. Results found that the community brand and design brand had a significant difference on purchase intention. Consequently, it has been suggested that the marketing strategies to make the brand identity strong have to be established with various brand enhancement tactics in the food service industry.

  • In this study, the results of the IPP system were examined and the direction of development was suggested from the viewpoint of students participating in long-term field practice. The participating students recognized that the IPP system was helpful in enhancing their major competence, non-major competence, and job competitiveness. On the other hand, satisfaction with practicing companies and operating universities remains at a normal level for three years, and the intention to recommend IPP system to junior colleagues and colleagues has been consistently high for three years. The more consistent the desired job and the IPP participation job, the greater the positive perception of the IPP effect and the greater the recommendation intention of IPP system.

  • In order to promote active sales growth in the rapidly changing modern society's makeup market, it is now time to analyze makeup colors closely in line with current trends. Therefore, in this study, professional women from Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were treated and analyzed with the statistical SPSS 21.0 package program for colors such as makeup base, eyebrow, lip, and cheek, and the reasons for their preference. As a result of the study, yellow makeup base, black eyebrow, red lip, and red cheek color were preferred. This study will be provided as basic data for the development of various makeup patterns and novel makeup color items, and it is believed that it will contribute directly or indirectly to increased sales while gaining an edge in the modern makeup market.

국내 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스 분석: 비교 사례 연구

  • IT 거버넌스(Governance)는 IT 관련 의사결정에 있어서 기업 내부 주체들의 권한과 책임, 의사결정 조직체계와 프로세스, 의사소통 방법, 의사결정 실현 체계, 조정과 통제, 그리고 의사결정에 대한 사후 평가 등을 통틀어 일컫는 말이다. IT가 기업 경영의 필수 인프라로 인식되고, 기업의 경쟁력 제고의 핵심 역량으로 자리잡으면서 IT 거버넌스의 중요성은 점차커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주요 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스를 분석하였다. 4개의 국내 대기업들에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 이들 기업들이 어떤 조직 체계와 과정, 의사소통 체계, 그리고 성과 측정 방법 등을 가지고 IT 관련 의사결정을 하는지를 살펴보았다. 국내 대기업들은 IT 서비스를 전문적으로 제공하는 IT 서비스 계열사를 이용하여 IT 기능을 아웃소싱하고 있었으며, IT 관련 최종 의사결정은 IT 전문 조직이 아닌 비즈니스를 담당하고 있는 경영자들이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 대기업들의 IT 서비스에 대한 계약과 성과 측정은 서비스 수준 협약을 통해 이루어지고 있었으며, 국제적으로 인정되고 있는 프로젝트 관리 방법론과 균형성과 기록표 등도 널리 사용하고 있었다. 이러한 연구는 국내 대기업 내의 IT 서비스 전문 기업들의 미래 역할 정립과 정부 기관이나 공기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계 확립에 있어서 벤치마킹 근거로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 국내 대기업들의 IT 거버넌스 체계의 효율성 등을 측정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있다.

The Effect of Jaycustomers Behavior Perception of Beauty Professionals on Emotional Harmony, Job Enthusiasm, and Management Performance (뷰티종사자의 불량고객 행동지각이 감정부조화 및 직무열의와 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.
