  • There have been researches on game continuance intention based on consumer behaviour theory of management science. Such macro access of computer game analysis might be insufficient to draw valuable results due to complex subsystem structure of recent computer games. In this paper, we choose 'Blade and Soul' game that was first published in 2012 and has been within top 20 MMORPG in Korea but known as a 'long time users' only game'among game players recently. Three user groups - long loyalty, concentrated, casual - are classified based on their play history and play time per day of Blade and Soul. The first survey with 222 subjects revealed that the real strength of the game was not the combat - Dungeon, Arena, Battleground competition - but very cohesive game community Blade and Soul has. Thus, we conduct another survey on the game community issues among 148 long time users (over 3 years playing history) and analyze their traits and behaviour patterns.

  • This study attempted to identify dynamically changing structure and analyze factors of collaboration. In order to perform this study, 1,631 articles in SCI journals were collected, and 3,898 researchers' information were extracted. To examine the dynamics of collaboration networks, the co-authorship data collected from 2001 to 2015 were divided into three sets, and were analyzed with respect to each period. The results of this study were summed up as: 1) "Co-authorship of the last year" was entirely significant factors while research career was significant only in the period of 2 to 3. 2) It was found that "Influence of the researchers" and "Emergence of the researchers" were significant factors in the period of 2 to 3 and in the period of 1 to 2. 3) "Same institutions", "Same subject", and "Journal similarity" were significant factors in all periods.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the productivity of elderly employees over 60 years old and to analyze factors that directly or indirectly affect the productivity of elderly employees, based on empirical facts of HR managers. As a result, the factors that have a positive effect on the productivity of elderly employees were attitude and professionalism. The decline in physical capacity due to aging was recognized as a key factor that negatively affected the productivity evaluation of elderly employees. Among the management strategies to improve the work performance, it has been shown that work placement or job redesign according to physical competency contributes to improving the productivity of elderly employees. Also, providing safety education and communication opportunities among workers has a positive effect on productivity improvement. The results of this study suggest that it is important to improve worker productivity by arranging older workers' work experience to be able to demonstrate their accumulated career and expertise and to create a working environment that takes into account physical competence.

  • This study has surveyed 379 social workers to recognize how much they believe their behaviors are ethical related to dual relationship and how many they have experienced dual relationships with their clients. In addition, we also examined if there were significant differences in social workers' beliefs and experiences according to their socio-demographic characteristics and organizational properties. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted frequency analysis, single sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance focusing on sexual, bartering and private relationships. Respondents tend to have a little permissive attitude about dual relationships while they little experienced of them. Social workers's beliefs and experiences are different depending on gender, education level, work experience, position, training experience of ethics and service target. From these results, it suggested that code of ethics for social workers and the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised reflecting on present field situation and inspiring ethical sensitivity.

The results of the analyses are as follows. First, experience and skills helped develop a bond of sympathy and cooperative relationships between a mentor and a mentee enabling them to achieve the organization's goal and provide high quality services. Second, the work execution and protective function of a mentor can create active planning and acting by helping individuals to improve for the future and giving them opportunities for professional works. Third, the psychological and social function of a mentor can create a bond of sympathy through personal contact, maintain smooth relationships in an organization and affect satisfaction in the working environment. Therefore, a mentor can have positive effects on work outcomes and satisfaction among cooks and also improve them. In this respect, through various efforts to institutionalize and activate the current nonofficial mentoring system into an official one, it should be used as a way of improving business performance and competitiveness.

  • The purpose of this study was to describe how one woman became a science docent's exper and how she developed expertise in her field of work as a docent in science museum. A life history approach, one of the qualitative research methods was employed in this study. A docent Ms. Park, had her career as a docent for eight years and she was selected through the procedures as follows. The $1^{st}$ phase of selection, the researcher contacted 56 docents who were working using a convenience sampling method. In the $2^{nd}$ phase of selection, 11 of them were then selected on purpose for further study. Finally docent Paek was selected as a case for this study on the basis of her responses to survey questions and interviews as well as her willingness to participate. Research data were collected through mainly interviews, participant observations, and docents' artifacts. We analyzed data to reveal Ms-Park's life history of how she became a docent, how her work was as a docent, and what efforts she made to become an expert as a docent of science museum. Findings are as follows. First, docent Park demonstrated strong educational beliefs that influenced her field work, as the beliefs have continuously been formed throughout her life experiences. Second, she acquired and organized her practical knowledge of exhibit interpretation through real activities and experiences interacting whith visitors and demonstrating exhibits in science museums. Third, docent Park showed her ability to make full use of surroundings and resources available for developing her expertise on exhibit interpretation more effectively. With these findings in mind, we suggest that a well established docent system as well as its operation, and physical support be needed for increased docents' expertise and meaningful education in science museum.
