고강도 경량골재콘크리트의 동결융해에 대한 실험적 연구 (A Experimental Study on the Freezing and Thawing of High-Strength Light Weight Aggregates Concrete)

  • This Expriment is performed to describe the properties of the freezing-thawing and to find the method to enhance the freezing-thawing resistance of the high strength light weight aggregates concrete. For this purpose, we made 8 kinds of specimen of concrete mold. The light weight coarse aggregate concrete which contained AE was appeared in good condition and its durability index was more than 90% by the buffer action which owing to entained air. The light weight aggregates concrete which admixture of silca fume, was appeared that the durability index was 46.74% in spite of its high strength. I might conclude that the most important factor for freezing-thawing resistance of high strength light weight aggregate concrete is the entrained air.

  • To make artificial light-weight aggregate with EAF-dust and estimate ability to apply to concrete, characteristics of the aggregate were considered in density, weight of unit volume, fineness modulus and so on. And then it was executed to experiments of the concrete mixed with the light-weight aggregate. As it was results that artificial light-weight aggregate with EAF-dust was heavier and more watertight than with only clay, concrete weight of unit volume was heavier than with expended clay aggregate. But it was regarded that concrete with EAF-dust artificial aggregate was able to field application as light-weight concrete because concrete of the weight of unit volume was lighter and compress strength and workability were similar to normal concrete.

  • This paper investigates the fundamental properties of light weight foamed concrete with the variances in unit weight of concrete and adding ratio of stability agent(SA). Test showed that concrete adding SA slightly decreased fluidity but secured stable flow appearances without segregation of concrete components. All specimens in a standard condition represented that a sinking depth was not observed, while, in the wet condition, a specimen adding SA decreased the sinking depth $2{\sim}4mm$ more than control concrete. Compressive strength values of control concrete showed $0.03{\sim}0.3MPa$ higher than the concrete adding SA. As for the tensile strength, the specimen adding SA also had lower value, while the ratios of comp. to tens. strength presented $0.43{\sim}0.62$, which is relatively higher than ordinary concrete.

  • In this study it compares a Japanese standards which is most similar contents with domestic standards related with the light weight aggregate concrete and derives the fundamental data from the results so that it will be able to refer at maintenance of standards or specifications in future. The case of domestic is the actual more insufficient condition which is described in the standards and the specifications than Japanese standards. For the production of he domestic light weight concrete the development of general standards and construction guides and control of water content ratio of the light weight aggregates become accomplished rightly in quality of construction site.

단열성능향상 재료를 사용한 구조용 콘크리트의 열전도 특성 (The Thermal Conduction Property of Structural Concrete using Insulation Performance Improvement Materials)

  • 건물에서 에너지 손실이 가장 큰 부위는 외피로서, 이 부분의 에너지 손실을 감소하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 이는 대부분 창호 및 단열재를 사용한 연구이며 건물 외피의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있는 콘크리트에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 건물의 에너지 손실을 최소화하기 위해서는 콘크리트 자체에서 단열성능을 확보할 수 있어야 하며 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보통콘크리트보다 열전도율을 2배 이상 개선시킨 구조용 단열성능향상 콘크리트 개발 연구의 일환으로 마이크로기포제, 규조토 미분말, 경량골재를 사용하였으며, 콘크리트 내부공극을 다량확보하여 열전도율을 낮추고자 하였다. 실험결과, 슬럼프와 공기량은 양호한 결과를 나타내었으며, 단위용적질량에서는 마이크로기포제를 사용한 모든 배합에서 보통콘크리트보다 14.3~35.1 % 감소된 결과를 나타내었고 압축강도는 단열성능 향상 재료를 사용하여 다소 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 본 실험의 목표 강도(24MPa)를 모두 만족하였다. 또한 열전도율은 보통콘크리트 대비 최대 2배 이상 개선된 결과를 나타내었다.

고온을 받은 고강도 콘크리트의 강도특성 (Strength Properties of High-Strength Concrete Exposed at High Temperature)

  • 본 연구에서는 건축물에 발생된 화재와 같이 단기간에 빠르게 가열되는 조건하에 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강도특성을 구명하기 위하여 기존의 내화실험결과를 수집 및 분석하며 아울러 현행 노출온도에 따른 압축강도의 상관관계 기준식의 고강도 콘크리트에 적용 가능성을 검토하고자 한다. 노출온도에 따른 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강도 변화 특성은 내화실험방법(재하, 비재하 및 비재하 잔여 강도실험) 및 골재종류(천연 및 경량골재)에 따라 다르게 나타나므로 실험방법 및 골재종류별로 나누어 비교 및 분석하였다. 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강도 특성은 보통강도와는 노출온도에 따라 다르게 나타났으며 노출온도 약 2$0^{\circ}C$에서 40$0^{\circ}C$범위에서 보통강도 콘크리트보다 급격하게 압축강토가 저하되었으며 40$0^{\circ}C$ 이상에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 80$0^{\circ}C$에서 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강도는 상온 압축강도의 30%까지 감소되었다. 노출온도에 따른 압축강도 및 탄성계수 변화에 대한 실험결과와 유럽 기준을 비교하여 볼 때 현행 기준식은 안전측이지 못하므로 화재에 노출된 고강도 콘크리트의 압축강토 및 탄성계수 평가에 적응 가능성이 결여된 것으로 평가되었다.

  • This study is peformed to develop high strength lightweight concrete using synthetic lightweight coarse aggregate. The following conclusions are drawn; The unit weight is in the range of $1,855{\sim}1,883kgf/m^{3}$, which has showed about 75% that of normal cement concrete. The compressive strength is in the range of $240{\times}249kgf/cm^{2}$, the tensile strength is in the range of $30{\sim}33kgf/cm^{2}$ and the bending strength is in the range of $41{\sim}50kgf/cm^{2}$ at the age 7days. The high strength lightweight concrete which is contained fly ash within 10% is showed highest strength.

  • Modern concrete high safety, constructability and economy due to advantages such as buildings used for more than about 70%, but due to the low thermal performance is essential, such as installation of additional insulation is required, and therefore increase the cost of construction, as well as the construction period and condensation Symptoms such as a domestic environment, such as to inhibit the problem by generating such an improvement has been desired.   • As industrialization progresses is rapidly growing, the city of density and temperature is rising successively. It leads to the status of environmental issues. It is needed to develop process of planting concrete block using by Eco-materials for replacing to he existing rooftop light soil that imported. In this study, developing the process of planting lightweight block is researched on using applications of 6 Sigma technique. It makes process object improve standard by using statistical method. Also, there are suggestion that it is optimum mix design conditions and affection of experimental factors in matters of developing planting concrete block for rooftop greening.
