미래전 분석을 위한 간이모형 개발

  • 과거의 전쟁은 재래식 무기에 의존한 화력전이었지만, 미래의 전쟁은 C4I와 전략무기의 중요성이 강조되는 정보전으로 변화될 것으로 예상된다. 현재 활용중인 대부분의 워게임 모형들은 대형전산기 위주로 개발되었으므로, 정보전 개념을 모의하기 위해서는 모형의 논리구조 개선과 영상전시기능 보완이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존 워게임 모형 개선은 최신개발 모형과의 상호 호환성 및 재사용성 측면에서 많은 제약이 따르게 된다. 따라서 세계 각국은 국방모의체계(DM&S)의 발전을 위한 자체적인 종합계획을 수립하여 미래전장에서 적용될 첨단무기체계 효과 분석을 위한 모형을 개발하고 있다. 한국국방연구원은 미래전쟁 양상을 신속하게 분석할 수 있으며, PC에서 운용이 가능한 간이분석모형의 개발을 추진하고 있다. 본고에서는 미래전 분석을 위한 간이모형 개발에 적용된 방법론과 운용논리, 모형검증 기법 등을 소개하고 향후 개발모형의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Framework and Core Competency of Integrated Design Management (IDM) (통합설계관리의 개념적 틀 및 역량강화 요소 - 건축과 플랜트를 중심으로 -)

  • Recent diversification of project delivery systems coupled with increasing mega-projects requires highly advanced construction management techniques. Among those techniques, procurement and design management are recognized as being the first priority for overseas construction projects. Nevertheless, previous research in design management has been limited to the quality management of the design documents at design stage. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the design management from a comprehensive perspective throughout the project life cycle. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework for integrated design management (IDM). Several different concepts in relation to design management were investigated first in order to identify the major variables of the IDM framework. A comprehensive comparison of construction management methodologies was also analyzed in order to identify key factors of IDM. Finally, an IDM framework was proposed by combining those factors and relevant issues. Based on the proposed framework, a survey was conducted in order to validate the framework as well as to identity important areas for improving competitive capability of Korean construction companies.

A Comparative Study on Didactical Aspects of Fraction Concept and Algorithm Appeared in the Textbook of McLellan, MiC, and Korea (분수 개념과 알고리듬 지도 양상 비교: McLellan, MiC, 한국의 교재를 중심으로)

  • In this article, I identified many points of commonness and differences at)feared in the fraction units of three conspicuous textbooks -McLellan, MiC and Korea. After that, 1 evaluated these results with reference to more general didactics on which each text-book is based. A background theory of Mc-Lellan's textbook was Dewey's experientialism, and that of MiC was Freudenthal's realistic mathematics education. Through this study, I have reached the fact that these three textbooks could not exhibit the phenomenological wholeness of fraction. Driven by measuring number model which is very abstractive, McLellan's text-book is disregarding the lower level context. MiC textbook, driven by real context, is ignoring higher level model which is close to rational number concept. From an excess of formulation and practice of algorithm, Korea's textbook is overlooking the real context. It is necessary that a textbook which would display the phenomenological wholeness of fraction is developed.

Expanded Role of Empathy in Metaverse Environment Where AI is Applied (AI가 적용될 메타버스 시대를 위한 확장된 공감의 역할)

  • As face-to-face social exchanges are limited by the pandemic, the influence of the metaverse, a virtual space crosses virtual and reality, is gradually expanding. Various metaverse platforms are currently taking advanced AI technology to provide users with a more diverse experience. However, as a result, if AI-human communion in the metaverse space is as active as the relationship between humans, this may lead to side effects that threaten humanity. This study emphasized the value of empathy as a way to minimize the side effects, and suggested that the concept and role of empathy need to be expanded. Accordingly, we conducted an empirical study to examine the difference between social relationship in the metaverse and in real life at the current level, and based on the results, we predicted the future social relationship in the environment where AI was applied to the metaverse. Combining the study, we proposed "Digital Human Empathy" for human dignity in the digital age.

Understanding aspects of folktale combinations based on the concept of the narrative scheme (서사도식을 통한 설화 결합 양상 이해)

  • There are different variations in folktales. Sometimes folkltales are combined with another folktales. This is probably done to make it an object-oriented narrative in which an epic attempt is made to strengthen an issue that was not resolved earlier, or a context that was not completed. The wood cutter and the heavenly maiden and Snail bride, are commonly noted for their gender relationship. These tales represent issue of continuing relationships between men and women. Particulary, how in the process of doing so, they succumb to their desires. This striving for lasting relationships does not end happily because "the man" in each case was immature and not able to think clearly. Other folktales were combined with these tales to resolve this problem. The man was transformed into a mature person and the wrongdoer's excessive greed was punished. The narrative of the folktales was changed to bring out the epic of growth, or the epic of punishment. This can be understood through the concept of narrative scheme. Folktale combinations in narrative schemes can be used effectively in narrative education.

A Study on the Free-to-Play Model for Digital Games (디지털 게임의 부분유료화 모델에 관한 연구)

  • Free-to-Play of Digital Game became to be one of the largest profit business models because of its stable profit and ability to attract new players. However as the services that are provided gets diversified, some problem come up with mass imbalance in the gameplay experience. Therefore in this process to organize the concepts and features of the Free-to-Play and typing research depending on the acquisition method, durability, and function of revelation target. It was able to derive the three problems, which are inequality in the gameplay experience, economic imbalance in the game world, and player's breakaway. The goal of study is to explain by giving specific examples with these three problems and offer rational solutions. These kinds of study will give a lead on how the Free-to-Play model should be applied to the Korean game market.

Multiplicity of Synchronous Online Class Discussion Activity: A Conceptual Exploration (실시간 온라인 수업 토론 활동의 중층성에 대한 개념적 탐색)

  • In this study, the multiplicity of synchronous online class discussion activity is explored at conceptual level. From the cultural-historical activity theory (CHAT), each utterance may be considered as a product of the activity system. Alderfer's ERG theory is employed as another theoretical framework for the study. Based on the subject's existence, relationship, growth needs, their class discussion activities constitute four different dimensions: physical/biological, cultural/institutional, social/relational, and cooperative knowledge construction. It is inherent in individual activities and has a different arrangement according to their interests and situations, and at the same time acts as a factor of cooperation and competition among the participants. Through this, collective discussion activities represent complex and dynamic development patterns.

  • Abstraction is an important concept applied widely to variables, functions, complex data, abstract data types, classes and polymorphism in programming languages. However, the concept of abstraction has been considered as ambiguous and explained differently because it is not defined clearly and uniformly. In this paper, we analyse many aspects of abstraction in programming languages, and propose the taxonomy of abstraction. We classify abstraction according to the mechanism of formation into 4 categories such as napping abstraction, bundling abstraction. integrating abstraction and extending abstraction. We also consider many concepts related closely to abstraction such as functions, abstract data types, objects, encapsulation and classes in the view of abstraction. These analysis and consideration will make it possible to explain uniformly various aspects of abstraction which have been treated individually and differently, and to understand the meanings, necessity and importance of abstraction more intensively.

Culture and Development in International Development Cooperation and the Need for the Concept of 'Relational Place' (국제개발협력에서 문화와 발전 논의의 전개와 한계, 그리고 관계적 장소 개념의 필요성)

  • The development paradigm based on modernization theory and economic growth since the WWII reached an impasse in the 1980s. As an alternative, the new perspective on development as a whole social development beyond economic growth has emerged, and culture as an important method for as well as a approach to development has been emphasized. Post-development theories destruct the European development concept and suggest alternative developments emphasizing culture restoration, endogenous growth, diversity, and neopopulist developments movement emphasize community, gender, ownership, and participation. International Organizations such as UNESCO have also examined and developed the relations between culture and development. Although different from that of the past development paradigm, acknowledging other cultures, however, this elaborated concept of culture has some limitations and need to be reconceptualized through applying the geographical concept of 'relational place.' The concept of relational place can help recognize internal diversity within culture and community and link them to a broader economic and political contexts.

  • 국방과학기술은 중장기 기획문서체계에 의해 체계적인 기술기획이 수립되고 있다. 또한 합동참모본부의 전략문서와 연계하여 국방과학기술의 중장기 전략을 수립한다. 무기체계는 지휘통제, 감시정찰 및 정밀타격체계로 구성되고, 핵심기술은 정보통신, 센서, 플랫폼 등 8대 기술 분야로 구성된다. 국방정보 기술은 국방에 관한 정보를 생산, 유통 또는 활용하여 국방 분야의 제반 활동을 가능하게 하거나, 미래 전장운용 개념 구현 및 국방경영 효율화를 지원하여 국방비전 및 국방개혁을 달성하는 핵심 기능 역할을 수행하는 것을 의미한다. 국방정보 기술 개발의 목적은 한반도 전 구역에서 실시간 및 근실시간으로 요구 수준 및 정확성을 확보하기 위해 전장가시화, 네트워크화된 지휘통제, 효과 중심 정밀타격, 전쟁지속을 위한 인사, 군수, 동원 등 통합지원체계를 구축하여 미래전 양상과 국방정보화의 특성을 고려한 실시간 정보공유 및 관리 가능한 정보화 환경을 구축하는 데 있다. 본고는 국방정보 기술 체계 및 요소기술에 대한 특성과 적용기술 및 발전 방향을 살펴본다.
