The article concerns the public policy for the development of the arts educator in the field of the comic and animation education. The comic and animation education programs are focused on the promotion of the creativity and communication skills of the student in terms of the arts education. The article seeks to examine the case on the support program for the comic and animation educators, which has been managed by Korea Arts & Culture Education Service(KACES) since 2005. The forty two educators were surveyed. As a result, the support program of the KACES has an effect on the educator's recognition of the comic and animation education in the positive way. The most of the educators suggest that the support program should try to develop the comic and animation educator job as a special work with the full time job. In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.

본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에서 정보화격차가 더욱 심화되고 있고 삶의 질 차이가 벌어지고 있는 현실에서 장애인들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정보화교육 활성화 방안을 정보화교육 강사의 역량 중심으로 고찰해보고 효과적인 활성화 방안을 제시하는 연구를 수행하였다. 국가차원에서 정보격차해소에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정보통신망에 대한 자유로운 접근과 정보이용을 보장하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 국민경제 발전을 위한 장애인 정보화 교육장 운영 합리화 방안에 대한 환경을 마련하였으나 실제 현장에서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 정보화 교육 강사에 대한 체계적인 관리 시스템이 존재하지 않아 실효성이 높지 않은 측면이 있다. 장애인 정보화 교육 강사에게 장애인에 대한 인식 교육 및 효과적인 교수법에 대한 교육이 필요하며 체계적인 정부지원을 통해 장애인정보화 보육 강사가 안정감 있게 교육 업무에 집중하고 교육의 질을 높일 수 있게 한다면 장애인들의 정보화 및 고용 창출, 및 삶의 질 향상을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, we propose to discover the certification items and to study the content system for SW education instructors, including SW education based on basic teaching-learning capabilities and Computational Thinking(CT). To this end, SW education instructor qualification were divided into three classes using methods such as prior case studies, Delphi surveys, and expert meetings, and the certification evaluation areas were divided into large areas of 'Teaching and Learning Method' and 'Software Education' reflecting primary and secondary curriculum. Sub-areas and content elements for each series were set and verified through expert Delphi survey. Such research is expected to contribute to the spread and dissemination of SW education by being used meaningfully when establishing a system that fosters SW education instructors and maintains and manages the quality of instructors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of educational environment on satisfaction among trainees of beauty vocational training institutions. By examining the literature of previous studies, the research model and research hypothesis were established, and empirical analysis was conducted through questionnaires to establish theoretical concepts and identify variables of the educational environment to verify the effects on trainee satisfaction. A questionnaire was collected from 180 beauty trainees in Gyeong-gi, Seoul, and the collected data was analyzed using AMOS 22.0. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the educational environment had a significant positive effect on the NCS education method and instructor competency. Second, the NCS education method had a negative effect on the trainee satisfaction. Third, it was found that the instructor's competency had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of trainees. Based on the study results, implications and limitations were presented.

In this study, the objective of this study is to verify the effects between lecturer's capability, education program, education service, and physical educational environment factors, and university students' interest in and attitude toward mathematics. A survey was conducted on 228 male and female students in science and engineering majors attending universities in the Pusan metropolitan area, and empirical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 26.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, among the characteristics of college mathematics maker classes, instructor competency (β=.349, t=6.380, p<.001), educational program (β=.361, t=5.650, p<.001), and physical educational environment (β=.196, t=3.281, p<.01) had a significant positive (+) effect on college students' interest in mathematics. Second, the factors of interest (β=.349, t=6.380, p<.001) in college mathematics maker classes were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on college students' attitudes toward mathematics. Third, among the characteristics of college mathematics maker classes, instructor competency (β=.340, t=6.365, p<.001), educational program (β=.352, t=5.559, p<.001), physical educational environment (β=.226, t=3.537, p<.01) was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on college students' attitudes toward mathematics. Through the results of this study, it was concluded that when the level of education program and teaching ability of the university mathematics maker class are high and the physical educational environment is excellent, it can have a positive effect not only on the university student's attitude towards mathematics but ultimately on the attitude of mathematics.

본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사내 기업가정신이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 데 있다. 중소기업은 창업부터 성장하기까지 많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경쟁시장에서 생존할 수 있다. 즉, CEO의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과, 위험 감수적인 기업가적 정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 사내 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 하였고 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 선행연구를 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 매개변수 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다. 중소기업 CEO를 대상으로 하는 사내 기업가정신의 선행 연구 논문을 바탕으로, CEO가 강사인 대상으로 차별화하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 사내 기업가정신과 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하여 사내 기업가정신의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. CEO의 역량과 능력이 기업의 사업성과 향상에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 강사가 CEO인 중소기업을 대상으로 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 조직 구성원과 사업성과 향상을 이끌어 내기 위한 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

최근 들어 대학 내 창업교육은 정부 및 공공, 지방자치단체 등의 관심과 지원으로 급격히 확산되고 있다. 교양 및 전공분야의 다양한 창업교육 강좌 및 창업 친화적 학사제도 등 인프라 및 환경적 요인도 충분해졌다고 할 수 있다. 하지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지 양질의 창업교육 콘텐츠 및 교수법, 교수 역량 활성화, 지역 및 대학 간 편차 해소 등 질적인 부분에 있어서는 새로운 변화와 보완이 필요하다고 할 수 있겠다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 내 교수자, 교직원, 학생들이 손쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼 구축을 통해 대학 창업교육의 질적 고도화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 본 연구를 통해 수도권과 지역 대학 간 발생하고 있는 창업교육의 편차를 해소하고 질 좋은 창업교육 운영 및 콘텐츠 지원을 위한 체계적인 온라인 창업교육 시스템 구성 체계 및 기능, 활용방안, 기대효과 등을 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구는 대학에서 운영하고 있는 창업 교육 관리시스템을 개발하기 위해서 시스템 개발의 기본 방향을 설정하고, 그에 따른 정보화교육 관리시스템에 대한 준수하여야 할 기본 설계 방향을 설정할 것이다. 구조적 개발 방법론을 적용하여 시스템의 기능적 요구사항을 도출하고, 시스템 요구를 만족시킬 수 있도록 설정한 시스템의 주요 기능에 대하여 기술할 것이며, 개발해야 할 된 시스템의 구성도 및 시스템 운영 시 필요한 하드웨어 소프트웨어 제반 운영환경에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 온라인 창업교육플랫폼을 개발함에 있어 가장 우선 검토해야 할 요건은 창업교육과정을 원하는 학생들과 교강사가 플랫폼에 간단하게 접근할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 또한 교 강사들이 언제든 플랫폼을 통하여 시스템에 접근하여 학생의 교육과정 내용과 진도사항, 창업 관련 자료에 대하여 제공 받을 수 있도록 하며, 학생들이 교강사에게 멘토링 받고 싶은 내용이 있다면 플랫폼을 통해 멘토링이 가능하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발하는 온라인 창업 교육 플랫폼은 관리자, 학생, 교강사 등 구성원들의 요구사항을 청취하고, 이들의 요구를 정확히 분석하여 구성원들의 불편함을 해소할 수 있도록 개발하고자 한다. 플랫폼의 구성요소는 첫째, 온라인 창업 교육 플랫폼은 온라인 기반으로 구성하여 교강사와 학생들이 교육의 효율성을 위하여 공동으로 사용할 수 있는 사이트 공간을 제공할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 온라인 창업 교육 플랫폼의 주된 이용자는 창업 교육을 받는 학생과 창업교육을 하는 교 강사도 이를 관리하기 위한 전체 및 지역별 운영관리자도 존재해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 창업교육에 참여하 학생 및 교강사들의 컴퓨터 활용도의 차이가 있을 수 있을 것이다. 플랫폼은 비주얼하게 개발하여 학생 및 교강사가 쉽고, 부담 없이 접근할 수 있는 이용자 인터페이스를 채택해야 하며, 아울러 이해하기 쉬운 메뉴와 간결하게 구현해서 제공할 필요가 있으며, 이것은 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼 사용의 효율성을 제공하는 것이다. 학생들에게는 플랫폼 통하여 자신들의 창업 능력을 배양하여 학습에 도움이 되어야 하며, 교강사에게는 언제든 실시간으로 최신의 정보를 제공함으로써 플랫폼에 대한 신뢰성이 확보 될 수 있도록 설계 되어야만 창업교육의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있으며, 대학 등에서는 보다 안정적인 학생 관리에 최선을 다 할 수 있을 것이다.

As there has recently been a rapid increase in importance of lifelong study, the number of learners participating in lifelong educational programs is increasing geometrically and lifelong educational institutions turned out to be the best one where everyone wants to study. Hereupon, aimed at team leaders managing the whole nation lifelong institutions and teachers interacting briskly with learners, we tried to research and analyze main cause affecting performances of lifelong educational institutions of university in this study based on Resource Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory for continuous development of lifelong educational institutions and securement of the competition. The contents and results of this study run as follows First, We tried to investigate the relation between resources and performances of lifelong educational institutions of university as contents and results of this study. The results were analyzed that material resources like an easy accessibility, superiority of facilities and teachers' excellence of lifelong educational institutions have an beneficial influence. Second, We tried to understand a leading cause affecting Dynamic Capabilities of lifelong educational institutions. The analyzed results were that material and human resources like easy accessibility, superiority of facilities, superiorities of teachers and director's empowering readership as a superior and organizational culture(autonomy, interaction) affect Dynamic Capabilities. These results could be understood that lifelong educational institution characteristics of university are well reflected. Third, We tried to find that even though elements of Resource Based view are surely important, Dynamic Capabilities of the organization are more important for continuous development and growth of lifelong educational institutions. Upon investigation, we found that there were mediating effectiveness in relations between Absorptive Capability and Innovative Capability which are Dynamic Capabilities and performances. Like preceding, there wes also mediating effectiveness in relations between empowering and organizational culture(autonomy, interaction) of a superior. And to conclude, superiority of resources could contribute to developing lifelong educational institutions to some degree but considering features of lifelong educational markets rapidly changed, Dynamic Capabilities of organization are more important for continuous growth and expensive preferability.

This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

지나친 학과 세분화의 부작용을 줄이고 대학 운영의 효율성을 높이기 위한 대안으로, 유사학과들을 통합할 때 학과를 존치하는 경우에는 학과군으로 하거나, 계열별 또는 학부 체제를 도입할 수 있다. 과거 한 때 잠시 계열화로 대학 입학생을 모집할 당시의 폐단으로 부상된 점을 보완하고, 장기적 안목을 갖게 된다면 실효를 기대할 수 있다. 첫째, 행정의 중복과 복잡성을 배제하여 간소화할 수 있다. 둘째, 교수의 강의 부담이 감소되고 강사 풀제도의 활용이 가능하다. 셋째, 대학의 연구 역량을 강화하여 협동연구, 공동연구, 학제간 연구 활성화를 꾀할 수 있다. 넷째, 전공선택 과목을 다양하게 제공할 수 있고, 전공선택이 쉬워진다. 다섯째, 실험실 공동이용이 가능하다. 이 과정에서 야기될 수 있는 역기능의 문제들은 장기적 안목으로 통합적 교육과정의 시각에서 검토되어야 할 것이다.
