For this study, 250 respondents were surveyed and data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistical package. Statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 were utilized for ensuring the validity and the reliability, whereas the SEM method was used for testing the research hypothesis. The results of study are as follows. Service image had significant influence on service satisfaction and emotional commitment. First, Service satisfaction was significant for emotional commitment and customer loyalty, and emotional commitment had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, the path relations between variables were all statistically significant. Second, there was differences the moderating effect of the relationship proneness in the effects of service satisfaction, service image and affective commitment on customer loyalty. In other words, the moderating effect of the relationship tendency was consistent with the research hypothesis and the adjustment effect was significant in the relationship between service satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, there was no control effect in relation to service image and customer loyalty and affective commitment and customer loyalty. Therefore, In order to secure long-term and stable profits by establishing a relationship with their customers, the medical service marketing strategies of hospitals should be promoted to enhance customer loyalty by raising the level of service satisfaction to high relationship proneness group and by raising the the level of affective commitment to low relationship proneness group.

  • An extensive body of research on the effects of country-of-origin has emerged in the international marketing and business literature streams. Nonetheless, extant studies do not satisfactorily demonstrate whether and how a foreign firm's choice of market entry mode influences consumers' purchase intentions of its product in country-related affect contexts. Using a survey and an experimental design, we aimed to provide evidence of the effects of the choice on consumers' evaluation and attitude of its product in an animosity context and in a national image context. Through the survey, we collected data regarding consumer animosity, national image, product evaluation, and product attitude from 185 university students and tested the hypotheses that consumer animosity and national image have effects on foreign product evaluation and attitude. The results of the survey research show that personal animosity has a negative effect on consumers' evaluation of foreign products and that a country's image regarding economics has positive effects on consumers' attitude toward foreign products as well as consumers' evaluation of foreign products. In the experimental design, we divided subjects into four groups and exposed them to several descriptions of hypothetical purchase situations. Conducting a 2 (market entry modes)${\times}2$ (country-of-origin) ANOVA, we tested the hypothesis that a market entry mode influences foreign product evaluation and attitude. The results of the experimental study reveal that in a high country-related product association (Germany), market entry modes have insignificant effects on foreign product evaluation and attitude. In addition, in a low country-related product association (China), international partnership has more positive effects on foreign product evaluation and attitude than does exporting.

  • To construct seamless collaborative environments, what all participants intent should be delivered, and visual elements such gesture, facial expression, and ambiance should be shared with all participants. In this paper, we propose high-quality video service to support DV(digital video) and HDV(high-definition DV) based on Access Grid(AG) which is a prevalent collaborative system. The proposed service is designed for employing versatile media tools and codecs with SDP(session description protocol) and SAP(session announcement protocol). We also design network-adaptive video transmission module to mitigate the impact of network fluctuation. This periodically monitors multicast performance and controls frame rate on sender side considering network condition. The experimental results over the test bed show that proposed service enhances quality of AG video service and provides seamless high-quality video transport by mitigating the impact of network fluctuation.

  • The purpose of this study is to reassert the important role of sound design in creating narrative space in films. The main focus is on re-interpreting Chion's sound space composition as a narrative structure. The sound design process has been analyzed to find that the physical properties of sound are purposely manipulated to create the layers of sound to be perceived by the audience in the same way as human perception and cognition of the actual reality work, eventually to create the cinematic reality. The hierarchy of the layers is determined by the importance of the narrative information contained in each sound, with the higher layers being appropriate to convey the information of the narrative, and the lower layers being efficient to deliver the emotion to the audience. With this idea, each of the Chion's space composition is explained as a distinctive area in telling a story with the separate narrative role from the others.

  • This paper is about a serious game controlled by EEG and motion capture. We developed our game for 2 users competitive and its method is as follows. One player uses a controlling interface using EEG signals based on the premise that the player's facial movements are a depiction of the player's emotion and intensity throughout the game play. The other player uses a controlling interface using kinect's motion capture technology which captures the player's vertical and lateral movements as well as state of running. The game shows the first player's EEG as a real-time graphic along the map on the game screen. The player will then be able to pace himself based on these visualization graphics of his brain activities. This results in higher concentration for the player throughout the game for a better score in the game. In addition, the second player will be able to improve his physical abilities since the game action is based on real movements from the player.

  • This study investigated the effects of the intergenerational horticultural activity program on the improvement of emotion and self-esteem for the elderly and young children. When the pre- and post-treatments of the elderly was compared, both the control and treatment didn't show a significant difference in emotion. In self-esteem of the elderly the control didn't show a significant difference; on the contrary, treatment showed a highly significant difference ($p$<0.01). When a comparison was made on the pre- and post-treatment of young children, the control didn't show a significant difference in emotional intelligence; on the contrary, treatment showed a highly significant difference ($p$<0.001). In self-esteem of young children both the control and the treatment didn't show a significant difference. The results suggest that intergenerational horticultural activity program can improve young children's emotional intelligence and the elderly's self-esteem.

  • A research on differential effects of task and relationship conflicts claims positive effects of task conflict on innovation performance and negative effects of relation conflict on innovation performance. Yet, given the intimate interconnectedness of task conflict and relation conflict, task conflict, which has a beneficial impact on innovation performance, may have adverse effects on innovation performance as it goes through the process of being transferred to relation conflict. That necessitates the need for a way of management that can undermine the process of transference of task conflict to relation conflict, and team identification, which is a social identity of an individual and also a sort of positive, affective or cognitive bonds of such individual toward the team, can be an effective way of managing conflict. The research, which was conducted based on materials collected from 213 employees, confirms that such theory holds true for the real-life business environment. Based on the findings, this study suggested implications and directions for future research.
