A visual image captured from a HDTV screen was shown to the 61 students attending a university in the Busan area and SAM evaluation method was used to measure 3 different emotions such as pleasant, arousal, and dominance. While comparing different resolution, looking at high resolution contents rather than low resolution resulted in a direction of pleasant, arousal, and dominance. Also showing a different resolution than consistently showing the same resolution had a more volatile emotional effect. Aftermath multiple comparison resulted in a tendency for emotions to become unpleasant and un-arousal when high resolution contents were shown and then switched to a low resolution contents. There was no result of any significance in the control variables. Also on the aftermath multiple comparison on short, medium and long distance between the subject and the screen resolution, short distance had a bigger pleasant, arousal, and dominance emotional numbers than the rest. In a multiple variable verification result, a resolution and the distance of happiness and excitement showed a positive correlation.

A total of 273 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The validity of the data was verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. The hypothesis was verified by structural equation model analysis. First, servicescape has a statistically significant effect on control perception. Second, the control perception in the servicescape has a significant effect on the consumption emotion. Third, servicescape effected consumption emotion. Fourth, consumption emotion had a significant influence on the revisit intention. The results of this study suggest that visitors to baseball stadiums can induce revisit intention through positive experience of servicescape. The specific discussions and implications are described in the text.

  • Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) are also essential to the efficiency of airports and the airline industry. With the increasing volume of traffic, managing flights is a complex and sometimes very stressful job. ATC is using radar and other technology to track planes 'en route' between airports and keep in touch with pilots. Alternatively, ATCs are liaising with the planes on approach. However, ATC's working condition is getting more stressful, as the volume of air traffic increases. Thus this paper tried to research cognitive emotional regulation, job satisfaction, and job involvement and organizational committment of ATCs under the stressful work condition, taking care of safety of a couple of hundreds passengers per plane. Using CERQ survey sheet (Cognitive Emotional Regulation Questionnaire), it was found out that positive thinking and acceptance of self-blame have a significant impact on job satisfaction, work absorption and organizational Loyalty.

Results revealed that self-control (for male adolescents) and emotion regulation (for female adolescents) played the role of moderators in the relationship between academic stress and mental health problems. Academic stress proved to have a negative effect on mental health of adolescents.
