The Effect of Uncertainty Avoidance on Purchase Deferral Intention in Online Shopping : The Moderating Effect of Consumption Values (온라인 소비자의 불확실성 회피성향이 구매연기의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비가치의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study investigated how consumer's uncertainty avoidance affect purchase deferral intention when purchasing high-involved products (i.e. laptops) in online shopping, and we looked at whether utilitarian/hedonic consumption value has a moderating effect in this relationship. Results showed the higher the uncertainty avoidance, the higher the deferral intention. Also, only the utilitarian consumption value had moderating effect in this relationship. This means that in an information overload situation like online shopping, consumers are more likely to delay their purchase intention when they have more uncertainty avoidance. Thus, to prevent this purchase delay, marketers should selectively present relative product information, strategically emphasize the importance of certain product attribution to reduce consumers' uncertainty of the product or highlight the utilitarian values of product attributes that are expected to have a significant impact on decision making.

  • 본 논문은 모바일 패션 쇼핑의 소비자 행동을 설명하기 위해 모바일 패션소비자의 유행선도력(유행선도성향, 의견선도성향, 선도잠재성향)과 모바일 상거래 특성(모바일 편재성, 모바일 개인화, 모바일 위치성)을 패션 수용상황에 적합한 기술수용 관점에서 관련성을 제시하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 조사는 모바일 인터넷 서비스 및 커머스를 1회 이상 이용해 본 경험이 있는 패션 소비자 406명을 자료 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션소비자의 유행선도력의 유행선도성향과 선도잠재성향은 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션소비자의 모바일 상거래 특성의 편재성은 지각된 가치와 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 가치는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 유용성은 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 신뢰는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 패션 소비자의 유행선도력과 모바일 상거래 특성이 패션 모바일 커머스를 확산하는 능력을 지녔음을 제시한다. 또한 기존 연구에서의 패션상품 구매의도 형성요인들과 통합할 경우, 보다 설명력 있는 확장된 혁신수용 모델이 개발될 것으로 예상된다.

Relation Among Consumption Value, Consumption Propensity and Customer Behavioral Golf Golf Participates in Consumption (골프참여자가 지각하는 소비가치, 소비성향 및 소비행동과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the value of consumption and the propensity to consume of participants in Golf and to clarify the relationship between Golf's behavior and consumption behavior. For example, the functional value, social value, Repetitive behaviors and other person's recommendation behaviors, which are the sub-factors of resource consumption, planning purchase, impulse purchase, show-off consumption, consciousness and consumption behavior of others, which are subordinate factors of emotional value. The final validated sample was 241 copies and the statistical program used to solve the purpose of this study with this material utilized PASW 18.0. PASW 18.0 was used to analyze the frequency, Analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the following results were obtained. First, it was found that the value of consumption had a significant effect on the propensity to consume. It was found that the propensity to consume had a significant effect on the behavior of consumers.

Convergence Study on Participating Value & Propensity and Class Participation Behavior of College Students who Participate in Physical Education Class (교양체육수업 참여 대학생의 참여가치와 성향 및 수업 참여행동에 관한 융복합 연구)

  • This study is aimed at analyzing class participation value of the students who participate in physical education class implemented by university, and inquiring into the convergence relations between students-perceived class participation propensity and participatory behavior. In an effort to verify hypotheses consequent on this research objectives, this study conducted confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The concrete results of this research are as follows: First, the class participation value of the students participating in general physical education was found to have an influence on participatory propensity. Second, the participatory propensity of the students participating in general physical education was found to have an influence on class participation behavior intention.

  • 본 연구는 개인주의-집단주의 문화 개념을 도입하여, 타인의 의견이나 집단규범이 내포된 합의정보와 제품의 속성이 나타난 속성정보가 불일치한 상황에 접했을 때 개인의 문화지향성에 따라 정보의 수용과정에 차이가 있는지를 탐구하였다. 본 연구는 접근성-진단성 프레임웍에 근거하여 정보의 수용과정 모델을 개발하고 이를 중국 및 한국의 개별소비자차원에서 검증하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 소비자의 개인주의-집단주의 성향에 따라 불일치 정보의 수용과정이 다르게 나타났다. 집단주의 성향의 소비자들은 합의정보의 합의성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 합의정보의 집단자아 접근성과 집단동조 진단성 수준이 증가하여 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 속성정보의 속성성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 속성정보의 개인자아 접근성과 개인화가치 진단성이 증가하여 개인의견반영의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 개인주의성향의 소비자들은 속성정보의 속성성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 개인화가치 진단성 수준이 높아져 개인의견반영의도가 높아지며, 합의정보의 합의성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 집단자아 접근성 수준이 높아져 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect that Empathic Value Expectation of Culture & Art Education and Social Intention have on Eliminating Controlled Mechanism (문화예술교육 공감기대가치와 사회적 성향이 통제된 기제 해소에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effect EVE about culture & art education and social tendencies have on adult educatees eliminating controlled mechanisms. Quantitative research on those in their 40s and 50s was executed. The results show that there is a high correlation between GEVE and individualism, REVE and collectivism. GEVE has a higher influence on actualization of self-efficiency, FEVE on reignition of retained desires, REVE on substantialization of non-isolation, individualism on actualization of self-efficiency, and collectivism on substantialization of non-isolation. This research evokes the importance of an interdisciplinary and integrated understanding of EVE in culture & art education, educatees' social tendencies, and their psychological mechanisms. Also, it suggests the necessity of following research and practical adaptation related to developing programs, securing quantitative and qualitative appropriateness reflecting social requirements, and operation, evaluation, and management considering reciprocality.

  • Recently, with coming of various channels, the public are communicating with unspecified massive consumers through personal broadcasting. It is becoming more popular as a positive response. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of personal broadcasting contents on perceived value, perceived value on continuous use intention and the interaction effect of novelty seeking. As a result of verifying the effects of information quality, information trust, and entertainment on the perceived value, the characteristics of personal media contents all showed a significant positive effect and perceived value has a positive effect on continuous use intention. But The interaction effect of novelty seeking and perceived value is not significant. Therefore, content creators should make efforts to create content as much as to the trust of content as entertainment elements in content and composition. In the future, it will be meaningful to proceed with the research on the direct effects of the novelty trend and the various factors affecting viewers' characteristics using personal media contents.

The Material Values, Attitudes toward Money, and Money Use Behavior of Female Collegians (여자대학생의 물질주의 가치성향과 화폐에 대한 태도 및 금전사용행동)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of the material values, attitudes toward money, and the background variables to the money use behavior of female collegians. The samples were selected from 541 female collegians. Cronbach$\alpha$, One-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Multiple regression, Path analysis were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the money use behavior of female collegians had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as mothers level of education, material values, and 3 money attitude - the means of security, the symbol of anxiety, the means of pleasure - in five money attitude dimensions. The most influential variable was money attitude of the means of security.

A Study on the Effect of LOHAS Trends on Healthy Menu and Healthful Dietary Behavior (대학생의 LOHAS 성향이 건강메뉴추구, 건강식행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to research the relationships among LOHAS trends, healthy menu and healthful dietary behavior of university students as one of the performance variables. For this research, sample group was composed of the university students in Daegu & Gyeongbuk areas. The study required the analysis derived from a hypothesis, literature reviews and data collected. It used SPSS 14.0 from 626 university students. First, LOHAS trends was found to have positive effects on healthy menu and reusing had only positive effects on nutrition elements and nutritional value. On the other hand, durability was found not to affect nutrition elements and nutritional value significantly. Second, reusing and durability were found to have significant effects on healthful dietary behavior. Third, nutrition elements and nutritional value were found to have positive effects on healthful dietary behavior. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that food industry managers should pay particular attention on the eating behavior of university students in developing healthy menu.
