Effectiveness of Hotel Convention Employee's Perceived Organizational Support on Empowerment and Organizational Commitment (호텔컨벤션 직원의 조직후원인식이 임파워먼트 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates effect of perceived organizational support which recognized by hotel convention employee on empowerment and organizational commitment from a social exchange relationship point of view. The major findings of this study were follows. First, the result of verification, effect of perceived organizational support which recognized by hotel convention employee, the hypothesis 1-1 and the hypothesis 1-2, operational support, the operational support had no significant effect on meaning, competence factor and effective factor. on the other hand the result of verification the hypothesis 1-3 and the hypothesis 1-4, the emotional support was found to have significantly positive effect on meaning, competence factor and effective factor. furthermore, by analysing the hypothesis 2, which states that the impact of empowerment on organizational commitment, the meaning, competence factor and effective factor as subset of empowerment had significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. finally by analysing the hypothesis 3, the operational support was found to have positive effect on organizational commitment, but emotional support had no significant effect on organizational commitment.

효율적 시장가설과 서브마팅게일의 검증

  • 본 연구에서는 효율적 시장가설을 검증할 때 일반적으로 이용하는 주가의 로그변환방법은 마팅게일과 서브마팅게일을 구분할 수 없다는 것을 이론적으로 보여주고, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 로그변환없이 일차 차분을 한 시계열 데이타를 이용하는 것이 바람직하다는 것을 제시한다. 또한 마팅게일과 서브마팅게일의 구분하기 위해서는 주가 차분 시계열 데이타의 공분산이라는 검정통계량을 이용하는데, 이 공분산이라는 검정통계량을 이용하여 실증적으로 검증을 하기 위해서는 이 통계량의 분포를 알아야 한다. 본 연구에서는 bootstrap방법론을 이용하여 이 공분산의 분포를 구하는 방법론을 제시한다.

A Case Study of Basic Data Science Education using Public Big Data Collection and Spreadsheets for Teacher Education (교사교육을 위한 공공 빅데이터 수집 및 스프레드시트 활용 기초 데이터과학 교육 사례 연구)

  • In this paper, a case study of basic data science practice education for field teachers and pre-service teachers was studied. In this paper, for basic data science education, spreadsheet software was used as a data collection and analysis tool. After that, we trained on statistics for data processing, predictive hypothesis, and predictive model verification. In addition, an educational case for collecting and processing thousands of public big data and verifying the population prediction hypothesis and prediction model was proposed. A 34-hour, 17-week curriculum using a spreadsheet tool was presented with the contents of such basic education in data science. As a tool for data collection, processing, and analysis, unlike Python, spreadsheets do not have the burden of learning program- ming languages and data structures, and have the advantage of visually learning theories of processing and anal- ysis of qualitative and quantitative data. As a result of this educational case study, three predictive hypothesis test cases were presented and analyzed. First, quantitative public data were collected to verify the hypothesis of predicting the difference in the mean value for each group of the population. Second, by collecting qualitative public data, the hypothesis of predicting the association within the qualitative data of the population was verified. Third, by collecting quantitative public data, the regression prediction model was verified according to the hypothesis of correlation prediction within the quantitative data of the population. And through the satisfaction analysis of pre-service and field teachers, the effectiveness of this education case in data science education was analyzed.

The Effects of Security Martial Arts Leaders' Leadership Behaviors on Role Perception and Coaching Confidence (경호무도지도자의 리더십행동이 역할 지각과 코칭 자신감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their role perception and coaching confidence, and the mediating effects of their role perception in the relationship between their leadership behaviors and their coaching confidence. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to incumbent security martial arts leaders. The questionnaires were used for data analysis. The correlation analysis prior to a test of research hypothesis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between all potential factors(< p.01). Especially, there was a high relationship between psychological coaching confidence, human relational coaching confidence, exercise coaching, exercise prescription, and volunteer activities. The detailed results of hypothesis verification were as follows: First, hypothesis 1 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on role perception, supporting hypothesis 1. Second, hypothesis 2 showed that role perception had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 2. Third, hypothesis 3 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 3. Fourth, hypothesis 4 showed that role perception was partially mediated in the effects of leadership behaviors on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 4. The findings suggest that the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their coaching confidence can be maximized in combination with their role perception.

  • 최근 디지털 컨텐츠의 기하급수적인 증가와 함께 사용자가 접하고 관리해야 하는 파일의 양이 급격히 늘어나고 있으며 이에 따라 폴더의 계층구조가 넓고 깊어지는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 현재 파일시스템은 크게 두 가지 형태로 나누어 볼 수 있는데, 사용자 자신에게 의미 있는(semantic) 계층구조(hierarchical structure)형태의 폴더 내에 파일을 저장하는 방식과 Meta Tag를 사용한 방식이다. 이러한 두 가지 파일시스템을 사용자가 인식하고 Conceptual Model을 형성해 가는 과정에 있어서 사용자의 지리적, 역사적 전통 등의 문화적 요소들이 기저에서 작용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 각기 다른 문화적 성향을 가지고 있는 사용자 간의 File System을 인식하고 구조화하는데 있어서 차이점이 있을 것이라는 가설을 수립 하였고, 가설을 검증하기 위하여 파일 시스템의 사용 행태를 분류하고, 이러한 행태들이 사용자의 문화적 요소에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지에 대하여 페이퍼 프로토타이핑 등의 기법을 사용하여 실험을 설계 하였다. 또한 이러한 연구모델의 검증을 위하여 파일럿 테스트를 진행하여 실효성 있는 가설검증방법에 대한 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

The Effects of Social Supports on Psychosocial Well-being of the Unemployed (사회적 지지가 실직자의 심리사회적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated the relationship between social support and the well-being among the unemployed. Special attention was given to the empirical tests of the main effect and the stress buffering effect of social support on the psychosocial well-being and the practical implications in developing service strategies for the unemployed. Three-hundred-Sixty-nine(369) unemployed people in Choong-ju City and surrounding areas participated to the study. The results showed that both main and direct effects were partially supported by the data. In exploring the direct effect, social support from the family showed the strongest positive effect on the well-being of the unemployed. In the test of the stress buffering effect, the results showed a marginal buffering role of social support against the negative impacts of stress. Drawn from the results, the needs for further research in investigating the social support theory were suggested and possible implications for developing social work intervention strategies for the unemployed were identified.

Learning outcomes of adult learners (성인 학습자의 학습성과 결정 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the influence of perceived learning value on employees' learning outcomes and to explore the mediating roles of work-family enrichment(WFE) and supervisor support in the relationship between perceived learning value and learning outcomes. The data was collected with employees who currently enrolled in any educational programs. The total data set was 309. The results showed that there was a positive and statistically significant relationship between perceived learning value and learning outcomes, and supervisor support, WFE and FWE played as moderators in the relationship between perceived learning value and learning outcomes.

Evidence of the need for Security National Competency Standards Training (경호 NCS 교육의 필요성에 대한 실증분석)

  • This study was set up hypothesis "NCS recognition ➩ NCS training needs ➩ Performance of the NCS training". The survey was conducted to explore the need for Security-related NCS education at university and awareness of the NCS for Security Studies students. Results of analyzing the internal consistency, this study showed that ensure internal consistency is calculated Chronbach's Alpha coefficient of more than 0.8. Validation of the survey was investigated by secured Convergent validity and discriminant validity among the variables calculated all over the reference value. This study showed that the model is appropriate with results using the structural equation modeling to validate the research model The correlation analysis of this hypothesis was very high as calculated the standardization factor 0.726 and 0.870 for each relationship by hypothesis testing results.

  • Data analysts sometimes test the equality of two normal population means by the inspection of the overlapping of two confidence intervals. This method seems simple to use; however, it is a common statistical misconception to suppose that two normal means are not significantly different because of no overlapping. This article will present transforming the confidence interval of the mean difference to individual confidence intervals that are visualized to inspect overlapping. It will also be shown that this technique can be extended when comparing the k normal population means with equal variances.
