The General Assembly of the UN has proclaimed the year 1983 world Communications Year, Development of Communications Infrastructures, with the International Telecommunication Union serving as the lead agency for the year. Therefore, Author investigate the purpose and background of WCY83 and its programs by ITU. As the result, those international plans to implement effectively WCY83 are highly reputed to be reasonable. On this Occassion, I review the current problems refferring to communications policies in Korea and suggest some proposals from the view point of its legislations in order to stimulate the development of communications Science.

Local Area Network is a rapidly developing area of interst and activity in the computer field. A.J. Thurber has classified the LAN with 7 categories. We choose two example system among these categories, such as Distributed Computer Network(DCN) and Labolink. In this paper, We propose the Local Area Network of Jeonbuk National University according to the choosen two example.

In Speech signal processing, ARMA spectral estimation method is used. It has been demonstrated that the ARMA model provides better spectral estimation then the more specialized AR model and MA model. Dynamic program is used to achieve time algnment. Speech sound similarity is defined to be proportional to the distance seperating to sound in a vector space defined by ARMA model. AS a result, the recognition rate of 97.3% for three speaker is obtained.

This paper describes the result of a series of fundamental researches on a word processing system, named WORD80. Given the text consisting of Ilanguel characters, Chinese characters, English alphabets and other special characters, it can provide-ㄴo-see printout, after having processed according to the commands used to control the output format of the text. Since each Hanguel character in input text is made up of and is represented as some compoents, it uses the deterministic finite automata for the formation of Hanguel from its components. When developed at first, the WORD80 can perform Hanguel to Chinese transition character by character by character. But it was thought to be more practical to do this word by word.

간단하고 경제적인 2차 능동 여과기를 실현하기 위하여 2개의 연산증폭기만을 사용한 능동회로를 구성하여 전달함수를 실현하였고 실험을 통하여 주파수에 대한 이득을 고찰하였다.

In this paper, an RC active filter having 6th-order Baud pass characteristics using single amplifier by 게-BP transformation is proposed and designed. The number of element is minimized as possible as and experimental results are reasonably good.

In integrated circuit, for a saving in total chip area per circuit, stably high value resistor was fabricated. Hence this paper explained that the measurement and fabrication of high value semiconductor resistor using ITO thin film. It is also used special material and new method fabrication.
