Recent Construction and Transportation R&D projects are larger in size, investment scale has been increasing rapidly. However, the results of Construction and Transportation in R & D are papers, patents and other results. So, the application record of R&D in the construction field is very lacking. In particular, Construction New Technology's ratio in the midst of R&D's results are about 2.29%. Therefore, this study suggested program that R&D's results has been connected Construction New Technology. The introduction of the new system has greatly increased Construction New Technology and the results of excellent &D will be applied in construction field. So, Cost-reduction and technology's improvement are expected.

In this research, the purpose is to share fire resistance method to secure 3 hours fire resistance performance which is regulation noticed by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs for 100MPa high strength concrete which is predicted to apply to high rise building and to propose the guideline for confirmation of fire resistance performance of high strength concrete member to which fire resistance method is applied and field application in advance.

The use of high-strength concrete has increased for its excellent structural stability as buildings become higher and bigger than ever before in Korea and overseas recently. The functional requirement of building materials has also been bolstered so for the high -performance, high-quality construction materials to be used more extensively. However, the internal structure of the high-strength concrete is very dense so spalling can be caused during fire. The spalling in turn can cause critical structural damages followed by the fatal consequences, demolition of the building. Therefore, ensuring fire safety for high-rise buildings is assumed to be urgent. Alumino-silicate fire resistant board producing technology has been developed in situations that new materials with excellent fire resistance and easy installation has been sought. The alumino-silicate fire resistant board turned out to exhibit not only fire resistance and excellent physical and dynamical characteristics but also excellent onsite applicability and easy process and transportation after completing Mock-up test. Its excellence as a high-performance building materials was proven.

In this study, it is confirmed that the use of equivalent age method can be applied to predict the early-age strength in case of using the new early strength concrete developed for the reduction of construction work period by our company, in apartment.

In this study, three kinds of cellulose fibers to crack reduction performance were evaluated and the results are as follows. Plastic shrinkage cracking is evaluated by the relative crack area, at all levels between $0.9kg/m^3$ and $1.2kg/m^3$, except for UF0.9% of upto50% showed are duction compared with Plain. In according to recommended amount of fiber in each area of the crack HF0.9>CEL1.2>UF0.6 effect of the order was more effective. While the impact strength of UF and CEL fibers until the final destruction are about five times the number of falls, HF fiber count drop was 10-18 time.

Recently, there were not enough studies regarding the mix adjustment and changes of normal physical properties of slump flow type concrete in domestically. Therefore in this paper, it is aimed securing the fundamental data about flow its mix design method by experimental research. The experiment includes the adjustment of the way for slump flow type concrete by the variation of size of coarse aggregate. In the result, it is advisable raising the ratio of fine aggregate and unit water amount by considering the specific surface when increasing the Gmax size.

The propose of this research is derive project management factors and evaluate its decision weight in LNG plant EPC phases. In order to research, we studied the demestic and international research trend and analysed expert opinions. Initially we derived nine project management factors in each phase of EPC. Elicited factors in research are project management, design management, cost management, time management, contract and craim management, safety management, environment management, and risk management. Then, we evaluated the weight of project management factors with expert survey method and elicitated. Finally, The remarkable points in the result are that key management factors of EPC project are project management and risk management.

Recently, the regulation about HEE(horizontally installed emergency exit) established at upper 4story in apartment houses was introduced by revising enforcement degree of Building Act. HEE is a facility for egress to lower story through floor breach and ladder system so that it gives a useful evaquation way directly to an individual household in apartment when they failed to evacuate through the entrance door. HEE may offer an opportunity to optain two way egress path ways instead of evacuation space at balcony and through path way to adjacent household in building and that might be an big strengh. but it needs to guarantee for against the crime, getting detailed reviews for being security and supplementation of fire test methods.

Current trends in the Korean construction industry, including the aging of the workforce, a lack of new Korean construction workers, and an inflow of unskilled foreign labor, have caused a range of problems, including quality deterioration, reduced productivity, insufficient understanding of the function and difficulties in communication, to name a few. Yet while countermeasures to these problems should be based on accurate and diverse fundamental data, including the current status of demand and supply of domestic and foreign construction workers, the perception of construction workers, studies on these questions have, thus far, been scarce. For these reasons, this study was conducted using a questionnaire for managers and workers on construction sites, to secure fundamental data relating to construction workers. The findings of the survey showed that it is urgent to prepare measures to educate, train and foster human resources, considering the aging of the construction workforce and the lack of an inflow of new construction workers.

Today's construction is higher and more complex. So types and amounts of needed materials for construction project are increasing and those are occurred problems in construction site such as insufficient working space, confusion of materials handling order and working circulation. Because of those problems, research of progress management system using RFID+4D has been studied, but it is impossible to manage progress and material statement in real-time. So this study analyzed problems of current research and suggested VRML based RFID+4D Progress Management System. This Study focused on system basic concept and interface is designed for system development. This research is still progressing, so it has to do more development and research. However, it could be expected construction management efficiency and automation of management tasks.

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the risk factors for oversea plants construction projects. For this study, risk factors data from related literature review, research organization and construction company was researched and classified under each EPC phases. In addition, a questionnaire survey by plant experts was conducted for analysis of risk weight and costs and time impact on each EPC phases. The results of this study are as follows: First, a detail design errors(engineering phase), a equipment procurement plan(procurement phase), and exchange rate fluctuations(construction phase) were analyzed the highest weight factors. Second, a financing plan(engineering phase), quantity take-off bill(procurement phase), and exchange rate fluctuations(construction phase) were analyzed the highest cost impact factors. Third, detail design errors(engineering phase), a equipment procurement plan(procurement phase), and schedule management errors(construction phase) were analyzed the highest time impact factors.
