Aim & Scope
The International Journal of Advanced Culture Technology(IJACT) is an international interdisciplinary journal published by the International Promotion Agency of Culture Technology(IPACT). The journal aims to present the advanced smart convergence of all academic and industrial fields through the publication of original research papers. These papers present the original and novel findings as well as important results along with various articles that have the greastest possible impact on various disciplines from the wide areas of Advanced Culture Technology (ACT). In the contemporary academic landscape, there is a notable shift from purely information-driven approaches to those emphasizing convergence, creativity, and innovation. This study examines the principles and characteristics of interdisciplinary education in premier educational institutions. Through in-depth interviews, field visits, literature reviews, and case analyses, we analyzed representative interdisciplinary programs. Our findings reveal that successful interdisciplinary education requires: (1) broad disciplinary convergence, (2) the establishment of independent educational institutions and specialized programs, (3) collaboration between faculty and practitioners from diverse academic backgrounds, (4) physical spaces that facilitate active communication and collaboration, and (5) effective operation of workshops and systems that support students' creative ideas. These insights offer fundamental parameters for designing and implementing interdisciplinary education programs and serve as a crucial reference for future academic and pedagogical endeavors.

I investigated the relationship between social support, environmental factors, and color design within the public spaces of healthcare facilities. Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies from major hospitals in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Scotland, I explored how these elements contribute to public spaces' overall concept and function. The study emphasizes the need to establish a clear relationship between the social functions of these spaces and their physical and environmental characteristics. By examining theoretical frameworks and observed examples, I analyzed the impact of color design and the integration of internal and external spaces. The findings highlight that well-designed spaces, especially those utilizing effective color schemes and connecting indoor and outdoor areas, enhance user satisfaction and support healing processes. The results underscore the importance of communal spaces in healthcare facilities for psychological and social healing. I conclude that these spaces should be intentionally designed to foster social interactions among patients and visitors by improving pedestrian accessibility and incorporating social support structures.

The public can access movies more easily than any other cultural genre. The film's costumes convey the social, political, and cultural climate of that time period. Additionally, it subtly conveys the message of the movie, including the intentions of the director and the characters. Filmmakers can now use fact-based materials to plan their films, and audiences can now watch costume in movies with objective standards, particularly in period dramas, thanks to the advancements in over-the-top (OTT) services. The 77th British Academy costume Award went to the movie Napoleon because of how much emphasis it placed on the outfit. Ninety-five percent of the costume was made by experts in military uniforms and costumery. In contrast to the previous aristocratic and exaggerated Rococo costume, Napoleonic clothing had a natural and common-class character. A natural-shaped Chemise dress composed of light, reflective material first appeared in the Directoire era, just after the French Revolution. Chemise dresses made of a variety of materials gained popularity during the Empire era. With Napoleon taking the throne and Josephine becoming the empress, the vibrant court culture resurfaced during the Empire era. The silk was embellished with gold thread and embroidery, train dangling forms, and different types of sleeves appeared in Empire styles. They wore Pellisse and shawls under the coat. The hair style had long, ancient hair and was adorned with fillets. They also wore straw hats, bonnets, and caps. Long gloves and parasols were also popular accessories, as were pearl or colored jewelry necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. During the Empire era, tiaras were fashionable. Shoes were either low-heeled pumps or sandals. The movie uses Chemise and Empire costumes, which are versatile enough to be used in a range of settings and eras. When it came to details, the type of sleeve was employed without regard to time, such as when using those from an earlier or later period. Since jewelry was worn more often than not in that era, practically every character has earrings on their necklaces. Nearly exact replicas of the coronation costume can be found in paintings by Jacques-Louis David. The red trains, Josephine's Empire dress, the crown, the Tiara, and the costumes of every character in attendance were all clearly identifiable in terms of form and color. To further aid viewers in understanding and enhancing the film's overall coherence, a scene featuring David drawing the coronation was added. Overall, there were differences in that the historical costumes were accurately recreated, the materials and details were utilized without restriction, and some of the costumes were designed with modern materials or accessories that were used more than the historical costumes. This section appears to have been written to highlight the beauty of the characters' personalities or settings. There is a limitation to this study in that it only looked at aristocratic clothing, which includes Josephine's. We will concentrate on male clothing in future research.

The public can now access movies faster and more easily thanks to over-the-top (OTT) services. The audience may be impacted by period dramas, where accurate costume reproduction is crucial. For filmmakers, it is critical to replicate period costumes using precise historical information. The goal of this study is to act as a reference so that, when it comes to period dramas, viewers can evaluate them using impartial criteria and movie producers can use data based on fact to plan their costumes. The film Napoleon won the British Academy Award for Costume after hiring costume experts to create 95% of the entire costume, according to data from the Napoleon I Museum. Following the French Revolution, the ostentatious and ornate men's attire vanished, to be replaced by a more modest and functional outfit. For tops, vests were cut to waist length, shirts, cravats, and carrick were worn, and tailcoats were the norm. The pants were swapped out for loose-fitting ones. The glitzy hues and embellishments from the bygone era progressively vanished and formed the foundation of the contemporary men's costume, which is dominated by black. The hats worn were tricorn, bicorn, top hat, and bowler, and the hairstyle changed from long to short gradually. The civil class wore short tops called carmagnoles. Napoleon wore a high-collared Napoleon collar and a tailcoat with a bicorn, which became his emblem. Green, navy, and white were the colors of the uniform, and a gray woolen coat was worn outside. The elaborately decorated costumes were worn to court and to banquets; the Napoleonic coronation costume was embellished with gold embroidery on silk, red velvet, and martyred hair; the post-revolutionary costumes gradually became more colorful. In the movie Napoleon, period clothing items were well represented, with the aristocracies wearing dark tailcoats, vests, shirts, and cravats. Based on the data from the men's costume, Napoleon's outfit in the movie was made more similarly. This study's limitation is that not every character in the movie could have their costume examined, and the material matter could not be precisely determined by examining the images displayed on the screen. Given that portraits typically feature a great deal of noble imagery, the clothing worn by common people is also associated with data limitations when it comes to movie costume design.

This study was designed to identify factors affecting polyclinic (clinical practice) during COVID-19. Fourth-year medical students at K Medical University in Daejeon, South Korea were recruited, and 64 medical students ultimately agreed to participate in a survey about polyclinics in a regional emergency center over 4 weeks. Satisfy answers for 5th grade and 6th grade was 15 (53.6%) and 13 (46.4%) respectively. Dissatisfy answers of observation of the ICU for 5th grade and 6th grade was 10 (27.8%) and 26 (72.2%) respectively. Thus, there were more satisfy answers in 5th grade and less satisfy answers in 6th grade(p<0.05). Based on the results of confirming significance for regression coefficient, several factors influencing the polyclinic were identified, and the following categories showed statistical significance (p<0.05): for 6th grade, satisfy answers of the clinic hours showed 3.656 times more than dissatisfy answers, exempt from the operation room showed 21.596 times more than dissatisfy answers, observation of the intensive unit care (ICU) showed 0.054 times less than dissatisfy answers, and cares of the COVID-19 patients showed 6.962 times more than dissatisfy answers. We suggest that hybrid or virtual medical education such as the polyclinic utilizing standardized patients (SP) or augmented reality (AR) technologies at the virtual hospital or the real hospital. More medical students would be encouraged to participate the problem-based learning (PBL) or team-based learning (TBL) in so-called 'hybrid or virtual' polyclinic. -
We aim to re-examine the semantic properties of the get-passive construction in English, distinguishing it from the more commonly discussed be-passive. Through a detailed analysis of a variety of examples and linguistic contexts, we explore how the get-passive uniquely conveys dynamic, agentive meanings that often implicate the subject in the event's outcome. This construction is particularly prevalent in informal and colloquial speech, where it is frequently employed to depict both adversity and beneficial situations. Our study also reveals that the get-passive has been gaining traction in contemporary English, reflecting broader linguistic trends that favor more expressive and nuanced forms of communication. We argue that understanding these semantic nuances is essential for English learners, as it allows them to navigate the subtle differences between passive constructions more effectively. By mastering the use of the get-passive, learners can enhance their communicative competence, particularly in contexts where speaker stance and subject involvement are key.

The ancient ancestors of Korea believed that the five directions of east, west, south, and north were important, and that there was a god in charge of each of the five directions, and that he was in charge of the universe, nature, and life. In Korea, the traditional colors follow the Yin and Yang Five Ceremony. The five elements were placed in the bearings symbolized by wood, fire, earth, iron, and water, namely east, south, center, west, and north, and the symbolic colors were called blue, red, yellow, white, and black according to their connotations. These colors should be the five element colors. In studying the colors of the five elements, this researcher found that the five element colors were inconsistent in each of the existing studies. Therefore, the characteristics of the Yin and Yang Five Elements were carefully examined, and the Five Element Colors pursued by the ancestors were identified, and the Five Element Colors were defined to fit the present era. According to modern color standards, the three primary colors of color, cyan, magenta yellow, and the five colors of pure black and pure white, can be said to be the colors that most correspond to the Yin and Yang Five Symbols.

Back pain is a pain that occurs from the waist to the legs. If back pain continues, the quality of life is mentally and physically degraded. The purpose of this study is to implement comprehensive strategies through the application of medical information management for the mitigation of lumbago. This study was analyzed using interviews and surveys from Januanry 17 to March 22, 2024. It is classified as 43 members of the experimental group and 43 members of the control group. Low back pain symptoms and treatment were measured by a t-test before and after the application of medical information management. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, in the experimental group, 67.4% of those who sat for more than 10 hours were significantly higher than 32.6% of those who sat for less than 9 hours a day(X2=3.19, p=.00). Secondly, the forward bending has been increased significantly from the average of 30.58 points before the application of medical information management to 46.27 points after the application(t=-1.65, p=.03). Thirdly, lumbago has been shown to decrease continuously since 6 days. Fourthly, stretching continued to rise significantly from 3 days after applying medical information management. The results of this paper will contribute to reducing symptoms in patients with lumbago.

Uterine myoma is the most common disease in the gynecological field. The incidence of uterine fibroids is continuously increasing due to environmental problems. Therefore, this study is to investigate the factors affecting the marital satisfaction after hysterectomy in patients with uterine myoma. The paper conducted a survey of 62 patients who visited the general hospital in K area. The survey was conducted from February 5 to April 18, 2024. The difference between sexual life satisfaction and marital intimacy was analyzed by t-test. After ANOVA, Stepwise mulitple regression was performed on the variables affecting the intimacy and satisfaction of the couple's sex life. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, couples' satisfaction with sex life was significantly higher than the average of 22.6 points for high school graduates, with an average of 31.8 points for college graduates or higher(F=4.96, p=.03). Secondly, the main variable affecting marital intimacy was sexual life satisfaction, which was 30.47% explanatory power. Next, monthly income and postoperative period were shown in order. Thirdly, when the above variables were added, 42.58% of the marital intimacy was explained. Therefore the results will contribute to improving marital satisfaction and quality of life after hysterectomy

The algorithm is applied on the premise that the image generated by AI can be recognized and used smoothly by the user. Other assets are not exposed to the user or discarded because they are unnecessary or unfamiliar. This study aims to expand the scope of the utility of the image generated by AI, which is used as a high-level tool in the design field. To this end, we first examined human information processing and reflection in AI by the cognitive paradigm by examining previous studies and cases, and discussed the value of expansion by focusing on creativity and bottom-up processing of AI's self-organization. Considering the human recogmition process that instinctively grasps an object, the following AI usability was proposed. It is to utilize AI as a high-level tool applied appropriately to human perception, or to utilize the derivative itself by bottom-up self-organization. In addition, it is to set the algorithm to the minimum intervention so that basic elements such as shape, color, size, texture, and movement are composed of figure-ground according to the human perception process that instinctively grasps an object, and to utilize the results. Limiting the use of AI to a tool suitable for human perception and information processing or production by designers or general users is to operate only a part of the convenience and usability of AI. The image creation through AI's self-organization, as seen from the cognitive paradigm, is a step toward opening a new era of design where technical aesthetics meets devices, just as design has been constantly developing in pursuit of novelty and differentiation due to its nature.

The smart tourism chatbot service provide smart tourism services to users easily and conveniently along with the smart tourism app. In this paper, the tourism information QA (Question Answering) service is proposed based on the task-oriented smart tourism chatbot system [13]. The tourism information QA service is an MRC (Machine reading comprehension)-based QA system that finds answers in context and provides them to users. The tourism information QA system consists of NER (Named Entity Recognition), DST (Dialogue State Tracking), Neo4J graph DB, and QA servers. We propose tourism information QA service uses the tourism information NER model and DST model to identify the intent of the user's question and retrieves appropriate context for the answer from the Neo4J tourism knowledgebase. The QA model finds answers from the context and provides them to users through the smart tourism app. We develop the tourism information QA model by transfer learning the bigBird model, which can process the context of 4,096 tokens, using the tourism information QA dataset.

The aims of this study were to introduce cultural teaching procedures and propose cultural comparison activities as a practical method of cultural learning. It also analyzed learners' attitudes toward cultural learning through the aforementioned activities and examined considerations for holding cultural classes in the future. The research involved conducting a class underlain by four stages: warm-up, a cultural item comparison activity, wrap-up, and opinion submission. Data were collected through self-opinion journals and open-ended questionnaires, after which they were qualitatively analyzed. The results showed that the learners were highly satisfied with cultural learning through cultural comparison activities (73.7%) because of the efficiency of such a learning method, opportunities for proactive learning through interaction, increased interest and motivation, and the fact that it helps them understand their own cultures. We need to develop activities that enable learners to participate in a variety of ways through the mutual exchange of opinions when planning cultural classes. Pedagogical implications for integrated language and cultural classes are provided.

The aim of this study was to examine the efficacy of the photovoice method as an educational tool. To do so, the theoretical frameworks that inform its use were analyzed. Many educators have identified the potential of photovoice as a valuable tool for fostering critical reflection. This is because photovoice enriches the research process by allowing students to express their thoughts visually and verbally, thereby revealing structures of knowledge that are challenging to access through conventional methods. We have implications for teacher education and teacher research methodologies. Photovoice can serve as a platform for teachers to actively express their perspectives, contribute to practical knowledge generation, influence reflection, and facilitate meaningful dialogues within the educational community.

This study is conducted to determine whether Chinese students currently attending Korean universities are satisfied with their university life and to identify the problems they are experiencing. A survey was conducted with the graduate students attending K University and 202 students participated in the study. According to the study, most students are very satisfied with Korean universities and would recommend them to their friends. Regardless of gender, degree program, or major, the most difficult aspect of school life is understanding and communicating in class due to language problems. Even students with high TOPIK scores experience difficulties in communication and comprehension during class. One of the most significant problems that Chinese students have is a lack of interaction with Korean students. They want to interact with Korean students through club and team activities at the university. They requested that the university provide international students with opportunities to participate in various programs, such as sports activities, to help overcome feelings of alienation and isolation. Based on the study results, suggestions to support Chinese students to adjust educational environments in Korea were presented.

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between job stress and stress coping strategies among male workers on a three-shift system. The subjects of the study were 146 male workers working in manufacturing companies with more than 500 employees located in C City, Chungbuk Province, who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. The collected data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Job stress had a significant effect on the mediating variable, social support (β=.34, p<.001), and job stress had a significant effect on the dependent variable, stress coping strategies (β=.41, p<.001). When examining the effect of social support on stress coping strategies (β=.35, p<.001), social support was found to be a significant predictor of stress coping strategies. Therefore, social support plays a mediating role in the relationship between job stress and stress coping strategies among male workers on a three-shift system, and job stress and social support explained 27.4% of the variance in stress coping strategies. Thus, it is necessary to establish a psychological support system that can reduce job stress through active stress coping measures that consider the social support of male workers on a three-shift system.

Stress mindset is a perspective on stress that can change stress management and performance in stressful situations. In relation to stress mindset aspects, this study verified the impact of academic stress, future anxiety, and positive mental health as a way to improve the mental health of students with a positive stress mindset through an online social networking platform. Additionally, the effectiveness of resilience was demonstrated as a way to increase the effectiveness of stress mindset. In order to verify hypotheses, this study conducted a survey from 104 university students in Korea. The results indicated that stress mindset was directly related to academic stress. In addition, resilience had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between stress mindset and academic stress. However, since the effect was not found for future anxiety and positive mental health, the need to establish a new strategy was raised. The research has implications in suggesting ways for students to have a positive stress mindset and increase its effectiveness. -

Oil and gas industry is a unique sector with complex activities, long supply chains and strict rules for the business. It is important to use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to address these challenges as it helps in simplifying operations, improving efficiency and facilitating evidence-based decision making. Nonetheless, successful integration of ERP systems in this industry involves careful planning, customization and alignment with specific business processes including regulatory requirements. Several critical factors, such as strong change management, support of top managers and training that works have been identified in the study. Amongst the hurdles are employee resistance towards the changes, data migration complications and integration with existing systems. Nonetheless, NOCL's ERP implementation resulted in significant improvements in operating efficiency, better data visibility and compliance management. It also led to a decrease in financial reporting timeframes, more accurate inventory tracking and improved decision-making capabilities. The study provides useful insights on how to optimize oil and gas sector ERP implementations; key among them is practical advice including strengthening change management strategies, prioritizing data security and collaborating with ERP vendors. The research highlights the importance of tailoring ERP solutions to specific industry needs as well as emphasizes the strategic role of ongoing monitoring/feedback for future benefits sustainability. -
We investigate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which is typified by deficits in social interaction, repetitive behaviors, limited vocabulary, and cognitive delays. Traditional diagnostic methodologies, reliant on expert evaluations, frequently result in deferred detection and intervention, particularly in South Korea, where there is a dearth of qualified professionals and limited public awareness. In this study, we employ advanced deep learning algorithms to enhance early ASD screening through automated video analysis. Utilizing architectures such as Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (ConvLSTM), Long-term Recurrent Convolutional Network (LRCN), and Convolutional Neural Networks with Gated Recurrent Units (CNN+GRU), we analyze video data from platforms like YouTube and TikTok to identify stereotypic behaviors (arm flapping, head banging, spinning). Our results indicate that the LRCN model exhibited superior performance with 79.61% accuracy on the augmented platform video dataset and 79.37% on the original SSBD dataset. The ConvLSTM and CNN+GRU models also achieved higher accuracy than the original SSBD dataset. Through this research, we underscore AI's potential in early ASD detection by automating the identification of stereotypic behaviors, thereby enabling timely intervention. We also emphasize the significance of utilizing expanded datasets from social media platform videos in augmenting model accuracy and robustness, thus paving the way for more accessible diagnostic methods.

Net surplus serves as a crucial indicator of how efficiently local governments utilize their resources. This study aims to analyze and categorize the patterns of net surplus across 75 local governments in Korea. By employing machine learning techniques such as K-means clustering and silhouette analysis, this research delves into surplus patterns, revealing insights that differ from those provided by traditional analytical methods. Machine learning enables a broader spectrum of discoveries, leading us to identify three distinct clusters in the net surplus of Korean local finances. The characteristics of these three clusters show that the wealthiest cities have the highest surplus ratios. In contrast, mid-sized municipalities, constrained by limited central government support and scarce local resources, exhibit the lowest surplus ratios. Interestingly, a significant number of cities maintain a median surplus ratio even under challenging fiscal conditions. Additionally, we identify critical thresholds that differentiate the three clusters: a grant-in-aid ratio of 19.31%, a debt ratio of 3.52%, and a local tax ratio of 25.58%. This identification of thresholds is a key contribution of our study, as these specific thresholds have not been previously addressed in the literature. -
The neck disc is a disease in which the nucleus of the cervical spine escapes between the cervical vertebrae and the intervertebral disc, pressing on the nerve, The neck disc has a high recurrence. If the neck disc is left untreated, the symptoms will worsen and cause inconvenience to life. Therefore, this study is to carry out a successful approach for non-pharmaceutical treatment of neck disc patients. The paper conducted a survey of 102 people who visited the orthopedics of a general hospital at K area from January 15 to March 28, 2024. Symptoms and changes in practice of neck disc were analyzed by t-test. The results of the research are as follows. Firstly, in the case of incorrect sitting posture, 74.5% of the case group was significantly higher than 33.3% of the control group((X2=3.79, p<.01). Secondly, neckache was significantly higher than the control group's average of 12.73 points, with an average of 39.86 points in the case group(t=3.14, p<.01). Thirdly, leg numbness tended to decrease from 7 days after non-drug application compared to before non-drug application. Therefore, the application of this non-drug management was found to be effective in relieving neck disk. The findings derived will contribute to providing valuable insights into the prevention and treatment of neck disc.

This study explores the factors influencing student emotions within art education courses, thereby enhancing the art education curriculum and promoting its development. It is conducted at comprehensive arts university located in China, with a total of 253 undergraduate and graduate students as participants. For data collection, participants in actual experiences conducted a closed-ended questionnaire focusing on the emotional impact of school- and teacher-related factors. The study ultimately demonstrated a positive correlation between assumed factors and students' emotional changes. The conclusion unequivocally demonstrates that improvements in external factors such as schools and teachers will positively affect students' emotions. These findings contribute significant educational value to promoting arts education and fostering a civilized society.

Academia and psychiatric practice have increasingly begun to recognize the positive relationship between art and mental health well-being. Coloring and drawing, in specific, are being highlighted as being particularly effective in improving mental wellness. Video games, despite having a negative reputation for promoting antisocial behavior and violence, are now being recognized as positive for mental health as they provide relaxation benefits that help users find inner tranquility. The following study experimented on the impact of video games that incorporate coloring and drawing games on improving mental health using 3 criteria: creative and artistic freedom; interactivity; and sense of immersion. The experiment focused on 1 coloring game (Chicory: A Colorful Tale) and 1 drawing game (Draw a Stickman: EPIC). The experiment found that coloring (Chicory) reduces loneliness, stress, anxiety, and softens the heart, while drawing (Stickman) increases focus, emotional control, adds excitement to life, and improves innovations. Further research into the specific benefits and challenges associated with this emerging form of digital art therapy is however recommended.

Beauty is inclusive, which appears everywhere. As classic forms, poetry, calligraphy and painting are a good way to express the beauty of literature and art. In history, literature was almost identical to art. Among them, there is no lack of penetrating judgment about beauty, but which is often forgotten. Since the Qing Dynasty, Yuyang's Notes on Poetry can be said to be one of the representatives. There are many versions, whose common ones are three volumes and two volumes. The three volumes were the first carving copies of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty. The two volumes are the lithographic books in 1909, with the "Preface of Yongzheng and Yu Zhaosheng" as the base. For details, please refer to the text, which needs no further elaboration here. We it includes too many contents, so some parts are chosen as an example to trigger thought about aesthetics. Wang Shizhen was the literati of the Qing Dynasty who had the greatest influence on the Korean Peninsula in terms of poetry. In Yuyang's Notes on Poetry, he also specifically talked about the poetry diplomacy between the Qing Dynasty and the Chosun Dynasty, whose literature value was extremely high. Art contains both beauty and crafts.

Background: The integration of new media technologies marks a significant evolution in public art. Shifting from traditional forms to a digital and virtual environment diversifies artistic expression and transforms how art interacts with the public, fostering a more inclusive and engaging public sphere. Methods: Using a qualitative research design, this study explores the impacts and roles of new media public art within virtual spaces. Through a series of in-depth case studies, it examines how virtualization technologies enhance interactivity, immersion, and public accessibility of art, thus revolutionizing its engagement and reception. Results: Findings reveal that spatial virtualization significantly enriches the interactive potential and diversity of public art. It facilitates novel forms of artistic expression and immersive experiences, promoting deeper levels of audience engagement and participation. Challenges such as technological accessibility and the necessity for interdisciplinary collaboration are also identified. Conclusions: We advocate for a strategic and deliberate integration of virtual technologies in public art projects, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach that considers the perspectives of artists, patrons, and the public. We believe that addressing the digital era's challenges and opportunities can enable new media public art to leverage virtualization effectively, fostering a dynamic and participatory art landscape.

This study presents five selection rules for training algorithms to extract audio sources from noise. The five rules are Dynamics, Roots, Tonal Balance, Tonal-Noisy Balance, and Stereo Width, and the suitability of each rule for sound extraction was determined by spectrogram analysis using various types of sample sources, such as environmental sounds, musical instruments, human voice, as well as white, brown, and pink noise with sine waves. The training area of the algorithm includes both melody and beat, and with these rules, the algorithm is able to analyze which specific audio sources are contained in the given noise and extract them. The results of this study are expected to improve the accuracy of the algorithm in audio source extraction and enable automated sound clip selection, which will provide a new methodology for sound processing and audio source generation using noise.

This study utilizes Roland Barthes' semiotic theory to explore how interface design elements of beauty camera apps, such as filters and stickers, icons and buttons, layout and structure, function as symbols of self-expression, and their impact on users' social identity and personal image. Through in-depth analysis of applications like BeautyPlus, Ulike, MeituPic, and Faceu, this research found that these apps emphasize usability, visual appeal, and social interactivity in their design. These elements not only enhance user experience and operational efficiency but also reflect popular cultural trends and aesthetic preferences. From Barthes' perspective, these interface elements have become "myths" with specific social meanings, which are naturalized in daily use and promote the widespread acceptance of particular aesthetic standards. These interface design elements are not just tools for self-expression; they are also powerful cultural symbols that shape modern social interactions and visual culture. This research offers a new perspective to understand the interactions between individuals and society in the digital age, emphasizing the role of technology, culture, and social interaction in shaping contemporary human behavior and social relationships.

This study aimed to propose a gardening program that can be introduced in elderly care facilities and is effective by inducing active activities of the elderly, conducting a gardening program that can lead to healing functions and social activities, and identifying psychological and physiological changes before and after the gardening program is implemented. In order to achieve the above objectives, we conducted 30 gardening programs for 20 elderly people living at Chungju Senior Nursing Home from May 2023 to October of the same year to create three gardens. And as a result of evaluating the results of the gardening program, the psychological evaluation showed statistically improved results in most evaluation items, and the EEG improved to a statistically significant number as the gardening program was carried out in the measurement of mental and physical stress using EEG and pulse waves.

Lecturers' self-efficacy in teaching influences many different factors, including their instructional patterns, performance expectation level from learners, quality of learning environment, and interpersonal relationships within the community. The present study attempted to explore perspectives of college lecturers regarding this topic in order to draw meaningful conclusions and implications. To this end, four college instructors from two different higher education institutions participated in an online questionnaire. The results showed that positive attitudes and active responses of learners, and a high degree of freedom to prepare lectures tend to improve their quality of self-efficacy in teaching. On the other hand, classes that are either too easy to hard, inactiveness among learners, and heavy workload other than teaching can worsen teaching efficacy. Lastly, the participant lecturers believed that their self-efficacy are would foster if they are allowed to choose courses they wish to teach, observe a more experienced instructor's lectures, and teach smaller size classes. Findings are likely to contribute to enhanced understanding of features that are likely to affect quality of self-efficacy in teaching among college lecturers.

This paper attempts to analyze poems dealing with an affiliate school in A Good World by Lee Eunbong. Sardonically titled, the book contains poems that deal with the daily lives of mid-low classes in Korea that was undergoing industrialization around the 1970s. In six poems, the poet describes the facets of the affiliate school from a negative perspective. In "Affiliate School. Preface" he expresses his skepticism resulting from being faced with the harsh reality of school where normal education is impossible. In "Affiliate Schools. Sound," female students working as factory laborers are reified. In "Affiliate School. Geumja," "Affiliate School. Park Geum-a" and "Affiliate School. Letter," the speaker is sympathetic for the students suffering from hard work in destitution. In "Affiliate School. Opening Day," Lee criticizes the affiliate school system which is improperly run by school owner.

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived control on individuals' state boredom. We hypothesized that perceived control is negatively correlated with state boredom and is anticipated to be a significant predictor of state boredom after controlling for pre-task boredom. An experiment was conducted with 98 university students. All participants engaged in an identical task designed to induce boredom, with only participants in the experimental group given a choice during the task to enhance their perceived control. Correlational analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between perceived control and state boredom. Hierarchical regression analysis demonstrated that perceived control remained a significant predictor of post-task boredom even after controlling for pre-task boredom. The study concludes with a discussion of the limitations, the implications of the findings, and suggestions for future research. -
The purpose of the study was to examine the relations of early childhood teachers' resilience, empowerment, and job satisfaction, and to investigate the effects of resilience and empowerment on their job satisfaction. The research subjects were 419 early childhood teachers in charge of 3-5 year olds in kindergartens or daycare centers located in South Korea. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 Program. We calculated the Cronbach's alphas and conducted the descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed the statistically positive correlations between the major variable. The positive effects of early childhood teachers' resilience and empowerment on their job satisfaction were also found. In the relative influence on job satisfaction, the empowerment was greater than resilience. Based on the study results, we suggest academic and practical importance of early childhood teachers' resilience and empowerment, which enables them dedicate on excellent teaching and caring young children via satisfaction with work settings.

In modern society, with the growing emphasis on health and fitness, the need for education on proper exercise methods is increasingly highlighted. The purpose of this study is to develop a 3D anatomical exercise encyclopedia application optimized for Korean users, enabling them to clearly understand the anatomical structure of exercises and easily learn proper exercise methods. In this study, a user-friendly interface was developed using Flutter and Unity, and a feature was added that allows users to intuitively check muscle activation through 3D models. Users can easily understand the anatomical structure of the exercise areas through 3D models that can be zoomed in, out, and rotated, and can easily access information such as exercise definitions, exercise sequences, agonist muscles, and synergist muscles. As a result of the study, most of the 21 users who used the application showed high satisfaction with the intuitiveness of the interface and the accuracy of the information, suggesting improvements such as the addition of exercise items and muscle highlighting effects, confirming the potential for developing an exercise encyclopedia application optimized for users.

The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect of gender perception on the life satisfaction of people with developmental disabilities. Based on the results, it was intended to suggest practical measures to improve the developmentally disabled's awareness of their gender and quality of life. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted with a significant sample of people with developmental disabilities aged 30 or older in Ulsan City. It was done. Of the collected questionnaires, 58 copies were used as final analysis data, excluding unfaithful responses. The collected data were factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, t/F-test, and regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 It was implemented. Based on the analysis results, the development of gender education programs for people with developmental disabilities to provide knowledge and information about gender and developmental disabilities. It suggested establishing experts and counseling institutions dedicated to gender and implementing and promoting social education for the general public.

As the introductory content of televison series, the opening titles are crucial for helping the audience quickly grasp the tone of the narrative. With the continuous integration of the televison production industry and digital computer technology, motion graphics, featuring its unique dynamic graphic design, offers new avenues for title sequence creation. This paper dives into the application of motion graphics in the title sequences of noir genre television series, analyzing aspects such as visual style, content presentation, and narrative expression. By comparing early static text title sequences with motion graphics ones, this paper reveals the advantages of motion graphics in designing opening titles for noir genre television series and examines how it enhances visual impact and improves audience experience. This study not only enriches the creative techniques for title sequence design, but also provides valuable insights for future creations.

In recent years, Otome Games, as a popular game genre, have a considerable number of players in the game market and gained high profits. This paper explores the characteristics and influence of Otome Games by analyzing the audience group characteristics, narrative structure, audiovisual design, and other aspects of Otome Games. The study shows that Otome Games attract young women through immersive relationship experiences and diversified plot directions, but there is a trend of templatization in audiovisual design. Nevertheless, the genre's emphasis on high realism and sophisticated simulation systems continues to deliver a compelling immersive experience, making these games an integral part of players' lives.

The collaboration between art and fashion goes beyond simple marketing strategies and creates new cultural and aesthetic values through the fusion of the two art forms. This collaboration enhances the brand's image and value, provides consumers with new aesthetic experiences, and provides artists with the opportunity to publicize their works. Fashion can also break away from the existing stereotyped patterns and express the zeitgeist contained in modern society in a much more diverse way through collaboration with works of art, which has cultural and social significance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to rediscover the meaning of fashion in art based on human life and the spiritual world, and to explore how fashion is expressed as a cultural code in modern society. In the past, most of the views looked at the relationship with art as fashion was the subject, but this paper focused on analyzing the interaction between fashion and art from an artistic point of view. This effect could be demonstrated through the analysis of the convergence case of fashion and art. It is expected that various forms of collaboration will continue in the future, especially fashion, which is based on the researcher's abstraction of color, absorbs and inspires each other's elements, and is related in various aspects such as color symbolism, emotional expression, and design composition principles.

There is no standardized concept of "at-risk youth," but from an overall perspective, they are youth exposed to various crises. "At-risk youth" are categorized into personal, familial, educational, and social crisis areas, encompassing factors such as family background, educational difficulties, and mental health issues. There is a dance piece that addresses these "at-risk youth. Matthew Bourne created a dance piece that addresses "at-risk youth" in <Romeo + Juliet>. Currently, Matthew Bourne is a popular choreographer from England who reflects certain social phenomena and does not differentiate between classic art and public art. In 2019, Matthew Bourne collaborated with young creators to reinterpret <Romeo + Juliet> as a narrative centered around youth. In this dance work, youth is both the subject and the expression of the story. In <Romeo + Juliet>, "at-risk youth" are depicted in various forms. The work explores mental health issues including homosexuality, trauma, and depression among teenagers, as well as societal issues such as violence and weapons. The stage depicted how teenagers perceive themselves and how they navigate the challenges faced by "at-risk youth". We would like to interpret the work in relation to the types of "at-risk youth" and the expression methods of the performance. Of course, there may be differences when examining performance cases in other countries compared to youth in Korean society. However, It has meaning in itself to analyze Matthew Bourne's <Romeo + Juliet> in various ways in relation to "at-risk youth" and to examine social phenomena from a broader perspective through this.

Due to rapid socio-economic development and environmental changes, particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the context of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and high-functioning autism, has become a significant social issue. This issue is increasingly recognized from a societal perspective rather than just an individual or family problem. But there remains a lack of information in frontline education. Traditionally, treatment for ASD has been conducted in specialized institutions, or by professional doctors, therapists, and counselors. There are still several challenges such as 1) accessibility to hospitals and transportation for children with ASD, 2) the maturity and competence of therapists, and 3) the lack of appropriate educational content. To solve these problems, we propose a supplementary 3D educational game process for children with high-functioning autism that utilize speech recognition technology and games designed for continuous and repetitive learning. Our proposed game content can be used at home, which incorporates Speech-To-Text (STT) technology and mini-games to help children indirectly experience and learn to handle unexpected real-life situations. With this approach, we will expect that the children can develop social skills and enhance the efficiency of their treatment. -
In terms of corporate sustainability management, the footwear industry is still at a very early stage compared to other sectors, and footwear, especially sneakers, is not as far along as apparel due to the nature of the product. As a result, there is a lack of research on sustainability in the sneaker industry in the academic community. Thus, this study analyzed the sustainability practices of three leading brands in the sneaker market, adidas, allbirds, and NIKE, in order to provide basic data for expanding sustainability in the sneaker industry. The study found that the characteristics of sustainable management in sneaker brands are economic efficiency, environmental circularity, social integration, and governance soundness. Sustainable management is increasingly recognized as an essential task in modern society, and as the sneaker market expands, the demand for CSM from relevant brands will grow accordingly. Therefore, the results of this study will help to set policy directions for sneaker brands pursuing sustainable management.

Existing research on walking aids has primarily focused on functional improvements, often neglecting negative aspects such as physical injuries and psychological discomfort, which limits the elderly's active participation in outdoor activities. This study aims to analyze issues related to outdoor walking stemming from physical and psychological factors in the elderly and to propose design directions for walking aids that align with their preferences. In-depth interviews were conducted with 13 elderly individuals aged 65 and above who use rollators, from May 2024 to June 2024. The interviews were analyzed using a questionnaire based on psychological factors identified in previous studies and functional aspects, utilizing Universal Design principles. The five-stage design thinking model from d.school was employed for problem definition. Issues related to walking aids were identified and analyzed during the 'Empathize' and 'Define' stages. The findings highlight priorities such as maintaining proper posture, reducing vibration, improving ease of folding and speed control, and providing additional storage space without causing discomfort. The proposed design directions reflect the needs and aspirations derived from the actual experiences of elderly individuals. The study's findings are expected to contribute to the development of walking aids that enhance usability and confidence, thereby improving the quality of life for elderly individuals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the need of college students for experiential learning, collaborative learning, and enquiry-based learning. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted with 308 college students. The need for experience, collaboration, and enquiry-based learning was comprehensively analyzed through t-tests, Borich needs analysis, and priority determination using The Locus for Focus model. The research findings are as follows: First, in Borich need analysis, the highest needs were identified for deep learning, self-directed learning, connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application, immersion, and application to real-life situations. Second, in The Locus for Focus model, the highest needs were found for abstract conceptualization, interest, conflict management, self-directed learning, and curiosity. In summary, since self-directed learning showed the highest priority simultaneously in Borich need analysis and The Locus for Focus model, it should be considered as the most prioritized item.

The sports cloud competition based on the network online platform breaks through the limitation of the time and space of traditional sports competition, changes the competitive environment and mode of sports competition, and is a new mode of sports competition. The detailed possibility model has been widely used in the study of information processing and attitude change. In order to better explore the sports cloud competition, we take 463 college students in Lingnan Normal University as the survey object based on the concept of detailed possibility model, and collects data through a pre-compiled questionnaire, so as to obtain the factors that affect the willingness of college students to participate in sports cloud competition, and explore the possibility of promoting sports cloud competition. Our results show that the convenience characteristics of the central path level are important factors for college students to participate in sports cloud competitions, and the credits, examinations and exercises at the edge path level can become important factors for college students to participate in sports cloud competitions, which play a positive role in promoting college students' participation in sports cloud competitions and are conducive to the promotion and application of sports cloud competitions.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of early childhood teachers' professional development and Grit on their teacher-child interactions. The subjects were 363 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens or childcare centers of South Korea. We used self-reporting survey questionnaires to measure the major variables and utilized the SPSS 28.0 Program to analyze the collected data. Cronbach's alphas were calculated and the descriptive statistical analyses were conducted. To investigate the research questions, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. As results, the higher early childhood teachers' professional development and Grit were, the higher their teacher-child interactions were. Early childhood teachers' professional development and Grit were found to have positive effects on their teacher-child interactions, which showed that professional development and Grit would predict the quality of interactions between teacher and young children. Based on these results, we suggest the importance of early childhood teachers' professional development and Grit so that they practice excellent interactions with young children in order to support development and learning through play.

In this paper, we analyze and study about the incidental music focusing on the Frederick Delius's choral music without instrumental accompaniment. Incidental music refers to music composed for a play, often played between acts or as background music. Typically, incidental music is discussed within the realm of classical music, but historically, it has evolved into background music for various media. Additionally, incidental music is predominantly instrumental rather than vocal or choral. However, Frederick Delius expanded the scope of incidental music to include choral elements. Delius's efforts opened new possibilities for incidental music, enhancing the integration of drama and music. His works transcend mere background music, enriching the atmosphere and emotions of the play. This provides the audience with a more immersive experience and elevates the artistic value of incidental music. Frederick Delius's unaccompanied choral work, "Two songs to be Sung of a Summer Night on the Water" is characterized by their lack of lyrics and melodic and harmonic texture, making them even more suitable as incidental music.

In this paper, we explore the historical development and revolutionary impact of music in mass media across various forms, including radio, television, film, and digital platforms. The evolution of music in mass media reflects significant technological and cultural shifts over the past century. From the early days of radio to the advent of digital streaming, music has played a crucial role in shaping the types of mass media. Early radio broadcasts in the 1920s relied on live performances and recordings to captivate audiences, establishing music as a central element of media content. The rise of television in the 1950s brought new opportunities for music integration, with theme songs, variety shows, and music videos becoming staples of TV programming. The film industry further revolutionized the use of music, with iconic scores enhancing cinematic storytelling and emotional depth. The digital revolution of the late 20th century introduced new formats and services, expanding access to music and transforming consumption patterns. Recently, streaming platforms and social media allow for personalized music experiences and direct artist-fan interactions. Through an analysis of technological advancements, this study highlights the integral role of music in enhancing narrative, evoking emotions, and creating cultural identities. We present our understanding of this evolution to provide insights into future trends and potential innovations in the integration of music with mass media, including the use of artificial intelligence and virtual reality to create immersive auditory experiences.

Seo Sang-cheon (1903-1950) was a sports leader and administrator who contributed greatly to the development of Korean sports after Japanese colonial era and liberation. And to us, he is known as the first person to introduce weightlifting to Korea. In this paper, through the main contents of the books of the 1930s related to this research topic, including the Modern Physical Fitness Promotion Act (1931) and the Modern Iron Stick Movement Act (1934), the main contents of Seo Sang-cheon's books related to physical training during this period, I would like to illuminate the characteristics such as infinite affirmation of the 'body training' and the exposure of disciplined upper body photographs in Seo Sang-cheon's writings related to physical training during this period. On the one hand, contrary to this, I tried to mention the regrets of his writings and political moves emphasizing the 'spirit' after the 1940s. We found that Seo Sang-cheon's early writings were focused on individual physical training, beyond the boundaries of nation and ethnicity. In contrast, his later writings reflect a shift towards thinking of personal physical training in alignment with the development of the state. We believe that this change in his writings demonstrates that Seo Sang-cheon's interests extended beyond physical education into political and social spheres, while also symbolizing a transformation in his perception of the body.

The current state of the domestic game industry is that most of the sales generated in the domestic game industry occur on PC and mobile, and the genre is limited to RPG, so games of similar genres are repeatedly released to increase sales. To solve this situation, games using IP are being discussed, and games based on webtoon and animation IP are being released. In this way, we would like to analyze and consider ways to utilize IP well and success factors focusing on "Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth."

This study analyzed the practical issues in the Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA) for construction sites and proposed measures to improve provisions that are detached from reality. The Act aims to prevent major accidents across various industries, with a particular emphasis on the construction sector. While the Act's intention is commendable, several significant legal flaws have emerged during its implementation. These issues were critically analyzed and strategic recommendations were proposed. Key issues include ambiguous legal definitions, the differential impact of the law on small and large businesses, and the increased administrative and managerial burdens. This study proposed specific measures to enhance the clarity of legal terminology and technology, balance the responsibilities between small and large businesses, and streamline administrative processes. Additionally, methods for effectively revising the regulations and reasonably complying with them on-site were proposed. By addressing these issues, we aim to improve the effectiveness of the law, ensure fair application, and ultimately create a safer working environment in the construction industry. The recommendations are expected to serve as valuable resources for future revisions and improvements to SAPA and contribute to the broader goal of sustainable industrial safety and development.

In line with the rapid spread of Metaverse in various marketing areas, fashion companies have also begun to devise various activities using the Metaverse. Fashion experiences within the Metaverse platform must be conducted considering the characteristics of the Metaverse itself. However, there has yet to be any research on Metaverse fashion based on the characteristics of the Metaverse platform itself. Accordingly, this study sought to empirically analyze the impact of various characteristics of the Metaverse platform on consumers' virtual fashion experience within the platform. In particular, this study focused on the relationships among the Metaverse platform characteristics, perceived avatar identity, and the purchase intention of actual fashion products. In order to test the hypotheses, a survey was conducted on 300 Korean male and female consumers with an average age of 39.3 who had experience with virtual fashion through the Metaverse platform. In response to the recent increase in domestic and foreign brands' attempts to experience fashion using ZEPETO, the questionnaire provided an experience scenario that included detailed captured images of the use of avatars in the ZEPETO world. Data was subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS 28.0 program. The results confirmed that the characteristic factors of the Metaverse platform (i.e., presence, social interactivity, anonymity) had a significant impact on the user's perceived avatar identification. Additionally, perceived avatar identity significantly affected users' purchase intention. Theoretical and managerial implications and study limitations are discussed.

Due to the government's announcement of the 2025 policy mandating coding education, there is a growing need for effective coding learning methods in elementary education. However, there are few methods available that can easily help younger students understand coding. While text-based coding and visual block coding methods exist, they have limitations. To address these issues, we propose a block coding learning platform that combines virtual reality (VR) technology with gamification elements. The traditional two dimensional (2D) block coding methods have some limitations, so this platform aims to overcome these by providing an environment where learners can intuitively understand and experience coding in a three dimensional (3D) virtual space. The primary goal is to enhance immersive, learner-centered experiences and improve creative problem-solving skills and computational thinking. This study proposes an experimental approach to demonstrate the effectiveness of a learning platform that combines VR technology with block coding. Furthermore, we expect that the VR-based platform will significantly contribute to improving the quality of education and promoting self-directed learning among students. -
This study aims to develop a personalized music digital therapeutic based on MBTI personality types and apply it to depression treatment. In the data collection stage, participants' MBTI personality types and music preferences were surveyed to build a database, which was then preprocessed as input data for the KNN model. The KNN model calculates the distance between personality types using Euclidean distance and recommends music suitable for the user's MBTI type based on the nearest K neighbors' data. The developed system was tested with new participants, and the system and algorithm were improved based on user feedback. In the final validation stage, the system's effectiveness in alleviating depression was evaluated. The results showed that the MBTI personality type-based music recommendation system provides a personalized music therapy experience, positively impacting emotional stability and stress reduction. This study suggests the potential of nonpharmacological treatments and demonstrates that a personalized treatment experience can offer more effective and safer methods for treating depression.

SIZE KOREA updates body measurement data every five years, providing essential information for the fashion industry. This anthropometric data is widely used to diagnose consumer body shapes and develop optimal clothing sizes. Artificial intelligence, particularly machine learning, excels in predicting such body shape classifications. This study seeks to enhance the suitability of clothing design by applying the new analytical methodology of machine learning techniques to better capture and classify the unique body shapes of Korean women. In this study, machine learning techniques such as K-means clustering, Silhouette analysis, and Decision Tree analysis were used to classify the lower body shapes of Korean women in their twenties and identify standard body shapes useful for slacks design. The results showed that the lower body of the age group could be classified into three categories: 'small stature' (the majority), 'tall with an average lower body volume,' and 'medium height with a fuller lower body' (the smallest share). The three-cluster approach is validated through Silhouette analysis, which minimizes misclassification. Decision Tree analysis then further defines the criteria for these clusters, highlighting waist height and hip depth as the most significant factors, achieving a classification accuracy of 90.6%. While this study is not directly related to Robotic Process Automation, its detailed analysis of body shapes for slacks patterns can aid RPA in clothing production. Future research should continue integrating machine learning in human body and fashion design studies.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational belief on mathematics teaching efficacy. The subjects were 187 pre-service early childhood teachers who enrolled in universities majoring early childhood education. We used self-reporting survey questionnaires to measure the major variables and utilized the SPSS 28.0 Program to analyze the collected data. Cronbach's alphas were calculated and the descriptive statistical analysis were conducted. To investigate the research questions, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. As results, the higher the levels of pre-service early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational beliefs, the higher their mathematics teaching efficacy. In addition, both pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational belief were validated as the predictors of increased mathematics teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers. -
This study conducted a systematic literature review using online databases to investigate the effective feedback types that enhance the learning experiences of online students. Feedback is a critical component for learner success. With the expansion of online education, the importance of feedback has become more evident due to the reduced interaction between instructors and learners. Instructors must provide high-quality feedback that motivates learners and supports their educational goals. This involves using automated tools appropriate for the environment and effective feedback strategies to deliver personalized feedback. The literature was gathered through an extensive search process, adhering to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria, and included a risk assessment of selected studies, drawing from sources such as Google Scholar, Elsevier, and other Scopus-indexed journals. The review adhered to the guidelines set forth by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Specific keywords related to the study's focus, including "Online learning," "Improving learning," "Learner performance," "Feedback type," and "Feedback," guided the database searches. The protocol for selecting systematic reviews on learning enhancement involved screening articles published from 2013 to 2021 based on their titles and abstracts according to established criteria. Analyzing and studying data on learning patterns in non-face-to-face educational environments can improve learners' needs and educational effectiveness. Selecting the right types of feedback, taking into account the learners' levels and educational objectives, is crucial for providing effective feedback. A variety of feedback types are essential for the continuous improvement of learners' learning.

This study proposes a deep learning-based LSTM model to predict the state of charge (SOC) of lithium-ion batteries. The model was trained using data collected under various temperature and load conditions, including measurement data from the CS2 lithium-ion battery provided by the University of Maryland College of Engineering. The LSTM model effectively models temporal patterns in the data by learning long-term dependencies. Performance evaluation by epoch showed that the predicted SOC improved from 14.8400 at epoch 10 to 12.4968 at epoch 60, approaching the actual SOC value of 13.5441. The mean absolute error (MAE) and root mean squared error (RMSE) also decreased from 0.9185 and 1.3009 at epoch 10 to 0.2333 and 0.5682 at epoch 60, respectively, indicating continuous improvement in predictive performance. This study demonstrates the validity of the LSTM model for predicting the SOC of lithium-ion batteries and its potential to enhance battery management systems.

Recent advancements in cloud computing have significantly increased its importance across various sectors. As sensors, devices, and customer demands have become more diverse, workloads have become increasingly variable and difficult to predict. Cloud providers, connected to multiple physical servers to support a range of applications, often over-provision resources to handle peak workloads. This approach results in inconsistent services, imbalanced energy usage, waste, and potential violations of service level agreements. In this paper, we propose a novel engine equipped with a scheduler based on the Hot-Threshold concept, aimed at optimizing resource usage and improving energy efficiency in cloud environments. We developed this engine to employ both proactive and reactive methods. The proactive method leverages workload estimate-based provisioning, while the reactive Hot-Cold Scheduler consists of a Predictor, Solver, and Processor, which together suggest an intelligent migration flow. We demonstrate that our approach effectively addresses existing challenges in terms of cost and energy consumption. By intelligently managing resources based on past user statistics, we provide significant improvements in both energy efficiency and service consistency.
