약물중독 환자의 병원 전 단계 처치에 관한 119 응급구조요원의 지식과 수행 태도 (The Knowledge and Attitude of Prehospital Care among Emergency Medical Technicians Working at 119 Fire Safety Centers for Patients with Acute Drug Intoxication)

  • 2009년 3월 1일~4월 31일까지 광주광역시와 전라남도에 근무하는 119 응급구조요원 288명을 대상으로 병원 전 단계 에서 119 응급구조요원이 약물중독환자에게 실시하는 병원 전 응급처치의 지식과 수행 태도에 대한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 약물중독의 지식정도 평점은 10점 만점에 7.04점, 약물중독환자의 응급처치 수행 태도는 평점 4점 만점에 2.96점으로 응급처치 지식은 높으나 수행태도는 낮은 경향이었다. 또한 약물중독 환자에게 틀리게 응급 처치한 경우가 34.6%로서 환자의 생명에 직결되는 문제를 야기할 수도 있다. 수행 태도의 4개 하위 영역별로 살펴보면, 환자 상태파악 영역 3.52점$\pm$0.59, 환자처치 영역 2.95점$\pm$0.57, 환자예후 파악 영역 2.78점$\pm$0.75, 의료지도 업무수행 영역 1.67점$\pm$1.05의 순으로 의료지도 업무 수행영역이 가장 낮은 점은 시사하는 바가 크다. 즉 병원 전 단계의 의료지도가 중요하므로 향후 응급실의 응급의학 전문의 중 1인이 응급구조사로 부터 환자상태를 보고 받으면 투약과 처치를 지도하는 병원-응급구조대 연계체계의 구축이 바람 직하다. 약물중독환자에 대한 지식은 연령, 성별, 지역별 근무지에 따라 차이가 있었다. 응급처치 수행 태도는 성별, 지역별 근무지, 교대 근무 형태, 학력, 올바른 응급처치, 연수 여부 별로 차이가 있었다. 대상자인 119 응급구조요원의 약물중독 보수교육률과 연수률이 낮았고 약물중독에 관한 전문교육요구는 높았다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 병원 전 단계 약물중독환자에 대한 응급구조사의 지식은 높지만, 수행 태도에서 환자 상태파악은 잘 하고 있었으나, 환자예후 파악과 의료지도 업무는 정확하게 수행하지 못하고 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 응급구조사와 119 응급구조요원에 대한 반복적인 술기 중심 응급처치 연수를 통한 응급구조사의 질 향상과 병원 전 단계 약물중독 환자 지침서 개발에 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 본다.

일·가정양립이 취업모의 심리적 복지에 미치는 영향 -돌봄서비스만족, 가사분담, 양성평등의식, 성역할태도의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of Work·family Balance of Working Moms on their Psychological Well-being - Focused on the Moderating Effects of Care Service Satisfaction, Sharing Housework, Gender Equality Consciousness, and Gender Role Attitude -)

  • 본 연구는 취업모의 일 가정양립이 심리적 복지에 미치는 영향과 돌봄서비스 만족, 가사분담, 양성평등의식, 성역할태도의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 초등학생 자녀를 둔 취업모를 대상으로 2019년 3월 20일부터 3월 26일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 163부의 설문지를 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 소득과 긍정적 대인관계는 통제력, 자아 수용 등에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 양성평등의식 수준이 낮은 경우는 가정양립갈등이 커지면 개인성장 수준이 작아지는 부(-)의 관계를 보이는 반면, 양성평등의식 수준이 높은 경우는 가정양립갈등이 커지면 개인성장 수준이 오히려 커지는 정(+)의 관계를 보이고 있다. 특히 돌봄서비스 만족이 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 것은 돌봄서비스제도 확대의 당위성에 관한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 특히, 가사분담이 많고, 성역할태도에 대한 강박이 낮고, 양성평등의식 수준이 높을수록 일 가정양립의 갈등상황에서도 오히려 심리적 복지수준이 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 취업모의 성역할태도에 대한 강박을 줄이고, 양성평등의식을 고취시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안 마련과 함께, 배우자의 가사분담에 대한 보다 구체적 논의가 필요할 것이다.

노인에 대한 간호사의 지식 및 태도 조사연구 (Knowledge and Attitudes of Nurses Toward Elderly)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the knowledge and attitude of nurses who play a significant role in taking care of the aged. Method: The research surveyed 132 nurses working at care facilities for the aged in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, Daejeon, and Jeju.. Measures were knowledge scale and attitude scale. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 12.0. Result: First, the mean of knowledge of nurses was 16.45 (0.463), which was high in the knowledge (66%). The mean of attitude was 2.71 (0.764), which was in the neutral range. Second, There was no correlations between the knowledge and the attitude of nurses toward the aged. Third, (1) The degree of knowledge was significantly different according to age, educational backgrounds, clinical experiences, hospitals they work for, how they acquired the knowledge, and whether they took the GNP course. (2) The degree of attitude was significantly different according to age, departments they work for, how they acquired the knowledge, and whether they took the GNP course. Conclusion: As a result, this study could show that nurses are taking a greater interest in the aged, which reflects the social interest in the aged following the rapid growth of the aged population.

호텔기업에서의 리더십과 조직문화 간의 관계와 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (The Correlation between Leadership and Organizational Culture, and Influence on Employee's Job Attitude in Hotel Industry)

  • 본 연구는 서울지역에 위치한 13개 특급호텔에서 근무하고 있는 274명의 직원들을 대상으로l 호텔기업 리더의 리더십과 조직문화 간의 상관관계를 분석하고, 리더십과 조직문화가 호텔직원의 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구결과 리더십 속성(카리스마/고무적 동기, 서비스/배려, 보상) 모두 조직문화(혁신성, 합리성, 집단성, 관리성)과 유의적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 보상과 서비스/배려 속성이 다소 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 리더십이 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 보상과 서비스/배려 속성이 직무태도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직문화가 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 집단성과 관리성이 직무태도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

요양보호사의 치매에 대한 지식, 태도 및 교육요구도 분석 (Analysis of Knowledge About, Attitude Toward, and Educational Needs for Dementia in Certified Caregivers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was first to identify knowledge about, attitude toward, and educational needs for dementia in certified caregivers; secondly, to understand the relationships among those variables; and thirdly, to provide base-line data for education program development. Methods: The participants in this study were 670 certified caregivers who were working in nursing homes or care hospitals throughout the whole of the country and engaged in education programs for improvement of their professional abilities. Collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, Duncan, and Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS 18.0 for Windows Program. Results: The scores for knowledge about, attitude toward, and educational needs for dementia were $14.12{\pm}2.83$ out of 20, $42.27{\pm}5.54$ out of 50 (item mean 4.22), and $121.51{\pm}22.13$ out of 160 (item mean 3.79) respectively. There were statistically significant positive correlations between knowledge and attitude (r=.238, p<.001), educational needs (r=.083, p=.032), and attitude and educational needs (r=.244, p<.001). Conclusion: Tailored and continuous educational programs for certified caregivers that can improve knowledge about the causes and symptoms of dementia should be developed. Nurses and professors who are experts in dementia should be on the front lines of education for caregivers.

중환자실과 응급실 간호사의 표준주의 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Compliance with Standard Precautions in Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of knowledge, attitude and compliance with standard precautions and to identify predicting factors of compliance with standard precautions in ICU and ER nurses. Methods: The participants were 228 ICU and ER nurses working in one of three university hospitals and one general hospital. Collected data included general characteristics, features related to infection risk, and knowledge, attitude and compliance with standard precautions. For the final analysis, 218 questionnaires were used. Results: Within the previous one year, 103 (47.3%) nurses experienced pricking injury from syringe needles or other sharp materials, 111 (50.9%) nurses reported exposure to patients' blood and body fluid. In general, the scores for knowledge, attitude and compliance were all high. Compliance scores for nurses in intensive care units were significantly higher than those of nurses in emergency. There were significant correlations of knowledge, attitude, and compliance with standard precautions. Attitude and work place were significant factors predicting compliance with standard precautions. Conclusion: The results indicate that to increase nurse's compliance with standard precautions, continuous efforts to enhance positive attitudes and at the same time, improve work environments and use individualized approaches based on the work units are needed.

한의학에 대한 의사들의 인식과 태도 변화에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰 (Systematic Review of Changes in the Perception and Attitude of Medical Doctors toward Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • Objective : To find a collaboration strategy between western medicine and traditional Korean medicine (KM), this study aims to figure out the changes in the perception and attitude of medical doctors toward KM through systematic review. Method : Systematic literature searches were performed on six Korean databases. Studies were categorized according to the respondents and question items and analyzed by the context of questions, similarity of respondents and measurement scale. And we analyzed the changes of response regarding to medical doctors' and medical students' perspective and attitude to KM. Results : Eighteen survey studies including attitude of medical doctors and medical students toward KM were selected, which were conducted from 1993 to 2011. Although the attitude toward KM did not show any positive change, medical doctors have had more interest in acupuncture than herbal medicine and appreciated KM's treatment effect for musculoskeletal disease. In spite of little KM education experience, they had intentions for acupuncture education at least. Many medical doctors have listed the unscientific aspect as a major reason why they cannot trust KM. Medical doctors working for cooperative practice showed more positive attitude than other medical doctors and medical students had more positive attitude in general than medical doctors Conclusion : Though the growth of KM service and cooperative practice since 1990s, medical doctors' attitude toward KM seems to become more negative. To improve their attitude, making scientific evidences for KM is required as well as giving more education and treatment experience.

한.일 사회복지사의 노화사실 인지정도와 노인에 대한 태도 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Social Worker's Knowledge about Facts on Aging and Attitude toward the Elderly between Korea and Japan)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the social worker's knowledge about facts on aging and attitude toward the elderly between Korea and Japan. and to find out the variables that may influence their attitude. Four hundred and sixty two social workers working in nursing homes were given the questionnaire containing the Kyung San Facts on Aging Quiz to measure the level of knowledge about aging and Yoon (1988)'s scale to find the direction of attitude toward the elderly. The results of this study are analyzed as follows: (1) The Korean social worker's level of knowledge about aging was 63.0%, which was lower than Japanese social worker's level (67.6%). (2) Using 5 points scale. mean of the Korean social worker's attitude toward the elderly was 2.2 (44.8%), which was significantly different from the Japanese social worker's attitude 3.2 (63.4%). (3) Using multiple regression analysis, the social worker's level of knowledge about aging was the most significant predictor to explain the social worker's attitude toward the elderly. The other variables that are also statistically significant predictors of the social workers' attitude were country, personal experience with the elderly. and voluntary experience for the elderly. Especially the significant predictors to explain the Korean social workers' attitude were their levels of knowledge about aging. age, and classification of social worker license. On the other hand. the significant predictors to explain the Japanese social workers' attitude were their levels of knowledge about aging and periods of activity, Based on the research results, implications for practice and education methods for making social workers' attitude toward the elderly more positive are also suggested.

비전문직 취업모의 역할긴장에 대한 대처행동 및 관련변수 연구 (Role Strain Coping Behaviors and Associated Variables among Non-professional Working Mothers)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of coping behaviors of non-professional working mothers and find out the individual and situational factors which affect the degree of coping behaviors. For this research, the working mothers in non-professional job with children under age 18 answered the structured questionaire. The findings were as follows. First, the degree of coping behaviors was rather high in multiple role management strategies, strengthening family system and positive thinking, but rather low in housework socialization and role reduction/standard adjustment. Second, the effect of associated variables were different according to the subcategories of coping behaviors. So we conclude that, the coping behaviors of the non-professional working mothers were different from those of professional working mothers in some aspects, althought they have much similarities. The different aspects were 1) The relationship of family income and the degree of housework socialization was more evident. 2) The work-related variables did not affect the coping process significantly because of the conservative sex-role attitued of them. Second, non-professional working mothers should use coping behaviors such as housework socialization, role reduction/standard adjustment more for the more effective management of the role strain. Third, the attitude of occupational and parental role was one of the most important factors in using the role strain coping behaviors. And such an unconscious use of the coping behavior won't be helpful in the feeling of control over environment including role strain and active coping of working mothers.

스마트워크의 기대효과 영향요인과 직급/직무 간 수용태도 차이 간 탐색연구 (An Exploratoy Study on Influence Factors for Expectation Effect of Smart Work and the Attitude Difference between Positions and Job Types)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically whether the expected effects of smart work in organizations were different between job types and positions. The development of information technology is demanding innovation of working style within the enterprise. There is a tendency to prefer the face-to-face working style in traditional organizations in the case of some positions or job types. However, many companies are carrying out smart work such as teleworking or telecommuting, flexible working time. But many companies still stick to their existing working methods. There is also the causal relationship between accepting attitudes toward smart work and expectation effects, depending on the position and the job types, even within the same organization. As a result of research, causal relationship analysis showed that the significant factors affecting productivity were teleworking and increasing work efficiency. The national social cost savings were influenced by the improvement of quality of life and flexible working hours. In order to activate communication within the organization, there was a positive effect on the increase of work efficiency. Only flexible working hours between the general manager and subordinates showed a significant difference.
