This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of person-environment fit on innovative work behavior by focusing on mediating role of positive psychological capital. Person-environment fit showed a significant effect on positive psychological capital and turnover intentions. Innovative work behavior appeared to have a mediating effect on the relationship between person-environment fit and innovative work behavior. Especially the person-environment fit itself has no direct effect on innovative work behavior, and when the awareness of the positive psychological capital is firstly formed into a person, it can increase innovative work behavior.

Improvements in the work environment under the national evaluation have resulted in increased job satisfaction. High scores for job satisfaction showed a significant association with the quality of services provided in long-term care hospitals. In addition, the national evaluation itself had a positive effect on improving quality of services. • According to the research taken by the National Statistical Office, the fertility rate of a Korean fertile female is 1.17. This figure is the lowest in the world, and the reduction in the fertility rate over the last 30 years was the biggest in the world. It can be seen as a warning alarm about the effects of a low birth rate and a silver society. Assuming that there are several factors involved in this phenomenon, this study inquired into the attitude towards children, attitude towards nourishing children, attitude towards sex roles and the harmony between the jobs and families of married females, and examined the factors that influence the willingness to give birth. Final 581 copies of the survey questionnaire were used for analysis and the collected data were analysed by SPSS, Pearson's correlation analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Three main conclusions were reached: Firstly, the value variables, such as sex-role attitudes and the preference for work or home, affect the willingness to give birth. Therefore, it can be said that one's values have a significant effect on these variables and the willingness to give birth. Secondly, both working morns and housewives have a strong tendency to give a birth if they are supported on child rearing. Finally, the employment of the married women itself can be a variable that can affect childbirth. In other words, the working hours affect employed married women so as sex-role attitudes, the preference between work and home, ideal number of children, and the income to housewives. Also, even in whole married women, the employment itself can be a major factor of the willingness to have a baby. Therefore, unemployed married women have more of a tendency to have children than employed married women.

Regarding DiSC, job satisfaction of influence type was significantly higher than that of conscientiousness type. Of sub-dimension of OCS, the higher common value and reciprocity were, the high over all job satisfaction, but in a sub-dimension(trust), the relationship was reversed. Major findings of structural equation model analysis were as follows. Regarding DiSC, there were founded only direct effect on job satisfaction(D, i, S>C in relations with peer and others, job performance, retrospectively). Regarding common value of OCS, there were founded significant positive direct effect and indirect effect via job stress on all sub-dimensions of job satisfaction. Regarding trust of OCS, there were founded negative direct effect alone on 2 sub-dimensions of job satisfaction(work itself, job performance). Regarding trust of OCS, there were founded positive direct and indirect effect on satisfaction towards work itself, and indirect effect alone on 2 sub-dimensions(relations with peer and others, job performance). • In this era that technology is replacing human labor is coming. Like the introduction of Factory Automation and Smart Factory to enhance the productivity in manufacturing works in companies, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is being applied to strengthen the competiveness in service & office work of companies. But, RPA itself is not mature enough to be the specific technology or solution, but burgeoning as the conceptual technology alternatives to automate the business process harnessed with the concept of software robots, artificial intelligence etc. The biggest difference that the introduction of RPA can make is the transition of the work based on 'human labor', to the 'digital labor' that could result in the replacement of human labor itself with that. Considering this kind of impact to change the concept of labor, the discussion for the future policy for this is inevitable. In this paper, beginning from the overview of RPA, relevant concerns & consideration for the application of RPA will be described based on the understanding of industrial & technology trends and expected future of RPA.

  • 2014 Venice Biennale of Architecture, presented by general director Rem Koolhaas, has shown the distinct difference between his present displays and past displays. Under the theme of FUNDAMENTALS and ABSORBING MODERNITY, Rem Koolhaas has developed his own unique way which is a research-oriented display technique to explain the difference at the exhibition. The purpose of this study is to define a research-oriented display technique as realism rhetoric for the opened dialectic and identify its aspect of a methodic approach. This report investigated not only Rem Koolhaas's thought and theoretical approach through his work but also the comparison of between his present and past displays. His display is based on the constellation of Central Pavilion, National Pavilions, and Arsenale display and reflected the reality of architecture in self-deception through the metonymical interaction of various facts and records. Rem Koolhaas called it the composition of contradiction. In his work, the spatial situation which is the present has been made with the intervention of historical events and has revived the reality of architecture. Also, the present is a montage of the strict control of architecture, the isolation from the architecture itself, and the autonomic communication with other fields. Finally, as a result of his work, Rem Koolhaas has shown that his display is not the end of phase but a phase of creation.

  • In consideration of current circumstances which management activities for safety performance on construction sites are mostly controlled by safety personnel, it is necessary to maintain qualified safety personnel those who are experienced and have adequate ability. This is a major factor in order to prevent any of work related incident in the construction site. However, the existing standard which enforces certain number of safety personnel in the construction site aligning with respective contract amount could lead to difficulties for proactive safety management. So, it is required to get improvement on the existing standard. In nominating the proper number of safety personnel, it would be more efficient to consider the level of risk for characteristic of work itself and the total number of manpower mobilized in respective construction work, rather than to follow the existing standard of manpower ratio as per the contract amount. Hence, this study aims to propose several plans which enable to improve the existing standard for assignment of safety personnel on construction sites.
